“A absolute blessing. I stumbled on the property friday night, called randomly on Saturday, Deja was so nice and accommodating. I loved the property so I applied right away. The process was seamless and I’m so happy to be moving in August. Deja was so nice and helpful and made my experience pleasant from the start. I’m anxious to move and praying that my time at the Pointe is as wonderful as I believe it will be. I’m so happy not to have upstairs neighbors anymore I was intrigued about how many floor plans The Pointe has. August can’t come soon enough!”

“Worst place ever management is horrible!! They have laud noise ordinance 24/7 and paper thin walls!! I can hear the neighbors talk and have sex and their TVs day and night!!! Management is slow to respond and they don’t care about anything very rude and they will lie specially ----! She told us we will be in a townhouse.. they don’t have any townhouse when I asked her why she lied I was told well it’s like a townhouse feeling!! Nobody is renting feeling!!! And we were never able to see the apartment until move in! It’s notable trust me not worth them”

“I am a future resident and just signed my lease. My leasing agent was Ms. Nuvia and she has been AMAZING through this process. Her professionalism is unmatched. She took her time walking me through the entire process and ensured I was able to have a selection of which apartment and which area would better suit my family. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming. The Pointe appears to be a great community. They have beautiful grounds, a state-of -art gym and a beautiful pool. If you are looking for a nice "home-like" feel community, The Pointe is the place!!! I will definitely be calling The Pointe home for years to come. The staff, the location and the price is unbeatable. And Ms. Nuvia sealed the deal for me! I am truly a happy future tenant!!!”

“The staff is beyond amazing here. I have never been more excited to move in anywhere like I am here. The apartments are adorable and we felt at home even on our tour. Liz in the leasing office is absolutely genuine, helpful, and a joy.”

“I've yet to move in, so this is written based on my experience visiting the grounds and from my dealings with management. Firstly, management was incredibly helpful and kind. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to help in any way to make sure the process went smoothly for me. I couldn't be more grateful or happy with the level of service. The grounds seem fantastic. There are a variety of building types to accommodate multiple floor plans, the gym, pool, and social area are all very nice and well kept. Having so many trails and benches between buildings is great. Everyone I saw around while touring was very nice and seemed upbeat and happy. The area was also very calm and quiet! Though there is a train track nearby, I imagine at some times there would be noise from that, depending on building location. It didn't pass while I was there. The interior I was shown is also really nice. The apartments seem good quality and spacious. The appliances seem nice as well. I can't say much more on it yet, but the tour left me very optimistic. The location of the complex I think is also good. West lake Houston is a major road, and it's very easy to get to the plethora of businesses on 1960, or beltway 8. It is also close to will Clayton which can take you straight to the airport. The positioning of the street the complex is on eliminates any issues with living next to a major road as well. It really feels like it's in its own nook.”

“I love living here because the environment is so friendly and welcoming! The staff is always there when I need them and I truly feel at home here in this community. Not only is the gym well kept and full of high-end workout gear, but the pool is always kept clean and running efficiently. The gate here is always working which makes me feel very safe unlike at past apartment complexes in the area. I am so happy that I decided to move here and I plan on staying for many years to come.”

“The staff has been nothing but excellent. They are attentive to our needs and take care of any issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend the pointe as a place of residence. Special thanks to Liz and Meela for going above and beyond to making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable!”

“I had the best experience living here. The staff in this place are amazing. Excellent Customer service, quick responses. This is a great community for a family or single living. The place is quiet and peaceful. Lots of trees everywhere and great walking trails around the area. I love that parking is not an issue. I honestly think if I ever move to this area again I want to live here again. There's nothing better than a small community that knows you by name and treats you like family. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to live in the área. There are a lot of new apt locations open around this area and they are new, but this place is like new at a much affordable price. I could not tell the difference between this and the newer location across the street except on the price!”

“Well they are way over priced for the amount of hassle you're goin to put up with to get anything done. The maintenance guys are nice but they take forever on most easy fixes. There is trash left out by light posts, in the parking lots, and scattered through the parking lots on most days yet they say if you leave trash bags in the trash cans outside your door on days they don't pick up they'll fine you 100$ a bag which is probably why that problem occurs. The office management is rude most days, they give the vibe off "they're better than you". They'll be nice and polite until you sign the lease. Every person that lives here that I've talked to has had some of these problems and nothing gets solved. I'll be moving across the street as soon as my lease is up I don't recommend putting yourself through any of the hassle. I've never been treated like this or had these problems at "lower class" properties.”

“My move-in experience has been GREAT! From the moment I did my "look & lease" the staff has made my move easy, worry/stress free and been of great help. The community is even great. I quickly had to decorate for the holidays because I didn't want to be left out of Holiday Spirit in the neighborhood. This was truly a great decision to move here!”

“The property is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. This is luxury living at its finest and its not just the appearance of the apartments but the smiles and courtesy that I received from the ladies in the office. Nuvia was very professional in answering all of my questions and concerns. There are a lot of apartments in this area and I needed to find the one that I could call home, and this community gave me just that.”

“They have new management. Don't be bothered by the bad reviews. Great gym for my perfect workouts! Doesn't get crowded for my workouts. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend. My daughter attends elementary school, high ratings”

“Went by to look at the property. Very well maintained and great area. Everyone we seen seemed to be happy which is a great sign of a place to live. You know that feeling when you go to a property and it seems gloomy. Not here. Very nice place.”

“The new management is terrible! They have driven this once nice apartment to the ground. The trash pick up is a nasty mess! There are no dumpsters and garbage is regularly laying around... The pool is unkept regularly. Don't move here you will regret it!!!”

“This is the worst apartment experience I've ever had. Neighbors are noisy, dog owners don't pick up after their pets, and there is literally trash everywhere you look. The valet trash service sounds nice, but it's a joke. The "service" is not offered on the weekends, so by Sunday afternoon, people just place their full garbage bags out on the grass, or they pile it up in front of the incinerator. The incinerator is at the front of the complex, so I get to see it every time I leave or come home. I feel like I live at the city dump. Parking is inadequate, so residents regularly park in fire lanes, and the management company does nothing about it. I pray there's never a fire and the fire department can't even get through! I can't wait until my lease is up. If you value peace and quiet, and not constantly looking at other peoples' trash, do not move here! The only nice thing I can say about this property is the maintenance staff is great. They're very helpful and responsive.”
