“Don’t live here. There’s zero security and the water is contaminated. My car was broken into twice and they refuse to let police look at video footage/claim there is none. The management is extremely unprofessional”

“UNSAFE PROPERTY! I can’t wait to move out, unsafest apt I’ve ever lived in. Doors and garage frequently break and it takes weeks to get fix. Last time it took them over 6 weeks to fix the main door. Cars get stolen, broken into and tires get stolen from inside the garage. The security is a joke. Managements excuse is that they don’t need to provide safety. And residents are not inform when break ins happen. I suggest you request a run report from the police before ever moving here, it’s public record.”

“I have been living her for less than 2 week and my car was broken into. On May 12, 2021 the residents were notified that the gate would be closed. A week later the gates were never closed and my car was broken into. My car was broken into on May 21, 2021 and its now May 24, 2021 and the gates still are not operational. To add insult to injury I was informed that the apartment complex would not be taking responsibility for the damages even though the failed to do their part by securing the premises and the gate is still broken. The apartment complex still hasn't sent out a notice to the current residence about the car break ins.”
