“We stayed here from 09/19/2014-09/04-2015...these apartments are okay. If I had to give them a grade...its an D-. But for 1220 a month 2 bedroom two baths. They aren't worth it. The MAIN issue is Donna the Assistant Manager. She is a horrible little troll. She talks crap and is very disrespectful. She gossips without even knowing you....telling all her tenants business. Then there's Rob Myerick....he just sits his fat --- in his back office and lets the chubby troll do as she likes. The first six months here our utilities bill was sky high. I found out they were renovated the leasing office to give the little troll her own space. Third problem is all the stray cats and possums. This place should be a petting zoo.”

Constant Monitoring WESTHOLLOW PLACE APARTMENTS AT 13702 RICHMOND AVENUE 77082 these apartments have a thug family atmosphere. Most residents been there 5 to 10 years. Complaing to Mark about a neighbor will land you on a bad list. He uses some residents to work together to make you move out and break your lease. If no rent is paid by the 7th you will be EVICTED. There is prostitution at this complex, drug dealers, and a lot of gangsters walking the property. The complex is old and patch work is done when pipes bust in the walls. Many residents complain about mold on walls, they refuse to pay rent and are EVICTED, and when you put things in your attic they're covered in mold spores. The city is not concerned when you bring it to their attention. Mark turns everything around on you when you bring issues to him, eiher deal with it or move out. Parking is limited and horriable the later your come. At this complex there is lack of professionalism, gangsters for security, and constant monitoring because the owners Live onsite.”

— 13702 Richmond Ave · Houston“Westhollow Place Apartments 13702 Richmond Avenue Houston Texas 77082 is moldy, roach infested, unsafe and an undesirable place to live if you are looking for a NICE place. The Owner Mark is a liar and doesn't fix anything and the Owner does not care one or the other about any issues you may have with your apartment. Seems that he is only interested in fixing his antique cars. The owner lives in the complex and his place is fairly nice and upgraded. If you question anything they speak to you in a rude manner and tell you to move. However, they TRY not to refund your deposit. Think 500 times before you move here.”
— 13702 Richmond Ave · Houston“DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE MIKE THE OWNER IS ALL ABOUT MONEY....THEY DO ALOT OF PATCH TO UR APARTMENT....I HAD WORDS WITH MIKE CAUSE HE WAS TRIPLING MY WATER BILL, CAUSE OF OTHER TENANTS LEAVING SO TO PAY THE WATER BILL HE HAD TO CHARGE THE ONES THAT WAS STILL THERE DOUBLE AND TRIPLE....CAUSE HE LOVES MONEY...ANYWAY WE GOT INTO IT OVER THE PHONE, THE HE SENDS ME A LETTER STATING HE WILL NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT ANYMORE DO TO MY BEHAVIOR TOWARDS HIM AND I WILL BE ON A MONTH TO MONTH AND THAT I CAN MOVE OUT ANYTIME AND HE DONT CARE....I MOVED OUT AND FAT MIKE SAY I BROKE MY LEASE, WELL FAT MIKE I STILL HAVE THE LETTER WITH PROOF....MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT EVERYTHIN THERE IS VERY OLD HE WILL NOT FIX IT....THE CABLE PPL CAME OUT TO MY APT ONE DAY AND TOLD ME THESE APT IS TO OLD FOR THE TECHNOLOGY TODAY...LOL..LOL...”

BOY WAS I WRONG THERE WAS LEAKS, WATER DAMAGE IN MY DAUGHTERS ROOM THAT MADE A HUGE HOLE IN THE CEAILING AND TOOK ABOUT ALMOST A MONTH TO FIX IT. THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND I WAS BRINGING HOME A BABY AND DIDNT WANT TO HAVE HER BREATHING ALL THAT MOLD AND CRAP FROM THE ROOF! AND DURING THE WINTER MY HEATER WOULDNT WORK AND THAT TOOK ALOT OF CALLING DAILY TO FIX. OVER ALL THE APPLIANCES ARE OLD AND SO IS THE PLACE JUST PASS BYE THIS PLACE DONT STOP!!!”
— 13702 Richmond Ave · Houston“I would not refer anyone to these apartments. Mainly because of the management he does not care about you are your well being I had a broken window for over a month and had to refuse to pay rent in order to get it fixed. This is the last place you want to move even if they were giving it away. Mike cares about nothing but money when you complain he tells you that you can turn in your 30 days notice. The patch work jobs they do is actually an insult to patch work. The best thing about these apartments is nothing. NOTHING do not MOVE here.”
— 13702 Richmond Ave · Houston“Please save your self the headache of being treated like less than human- The OWNER MiKE is the rudest man ALIVE - I have taped recordings of how rude he spoke with me. The apartments are crappy - they do PATHCHWORK-buy OLD USED SECOND HAND appliances- and mostly THEY HAVE MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD- BEWARE!! IF you move in now - you are asking for it- don't do it - unless it is FREE!!! They don't provide the services that they promise - Leaks in the ceiling, the garages half work, people hang out in the garages in the back of the unit, the water is disgusting and they always turn it off to work on problems, one neighbor has RATS, ROACHES, ETC... OH MY GOSH- PLEASE DON'T do it - they woo you in and make promises, but take their time fixing it, if they in fact- be thankful if they do! They made me feel like I was the problem - although I was inconvenienced and endured the problems and am still enduring!! WOW this is only a third of what I have!”
— 13702 Richmond Ave · Houston“Words can't express my feelings about this place. Living here has been like partaking in the movie "SAW I, II, and III". I wish that I could wake up out of this bad dream. When I originally moved in, I had a list of items to repair. I know what you're saying.. I should have taken that as a hint to "STOP the Process". However with anything, I try to give it a chance. The roof had suffered some damage (supposely repaired), The carpet was colored to cover the disgusting, dirty, filthy, caving floors. The appliances are ancient. The washer and dryer never has worked properly and you can probably hear it now!! The racks in the refrigerator are missing. The nails were sticking up out of the floor, tearing up our feet. The ceilings have now mildewed and are growing mold. The bathroom is leaking and has a huge bubble in the ceiling. The kitchen has a piece of sheetrock hanging out of it. The garage has a leak as well and has started to leak onto our vehicle. The neighbors sit out all times of the day and night, partying and drinking ridiculously. The tenants that have children, allow them to play in the tiny parking lot, riding bikes, throwing balls, playing tag, and other games. There are centipedes, little slimey bugs, roaches, and some unknown bugs in and around our apartment and on the stairs (requested several times to be exterminated). The mailbox was broken for 3 months, and we stopped receiving our mail. We didn't know where it was. We found out 3 months later that it was at the post office all piled up. Our electric bill has been 320.00 because the apartment is so old and neighbors steal electricity when theirs is not connected. Sometimes you can't get in or out of your garage because tenants are blocking you in, You almost feel like you are bothering them, when they conducting their cookouts in the middle of the parking lot. The manager has moved her entire family in and they are running the camp. They are quick to attach a late note, but the owner will not make any amends. We have sent e-mails, made phone calls, and in-person made requests. I am positive that I am missing something, but I am tired of complaining. In other words, unless you are homeless, this is not the place for you. Trust me, I have been homeless and the best part about this old, beat up place, is the garage to sheild your automobile and when I pack my bags and move!! The place needs to be totally renovated of condemned. The location is great, the trees are lovely, the quiet outside life is what moves you. If you read this, and then sign a lease - you need psychological help free of charge. If you are an attorney and happen to read this. Call this number and leave a message. Call (713)504-3066.”
“where shall we begin...initially the apartment when first rented was full of "patch jobs" which is not done well at all, you can see where in the kitchen they just passed a paint brush over niks here and there so it looks crappy, the management is hard to get ahold of and they LIVE IN THE COMPLEX!! if you ask for any repair plan on waiting forever, the apartments never keep the same maintenance men...overall the complex needs a new makeover and should be updated with its building codes. they are quick to leave you a note about any late charges, but will not take off any $ off of your rent for anything they fail to maintain or fix..i spoke with a few neighbors and one lady had to wait 6 months for something that was included with her apartment and they never knocked off any payments, another lady had a water leak and her home smelled of mildew and they failed to replace anything, another resident had no hot water for some unreal amount of time having to take showers at relatives, and her hot water heater sparked and still no concern they "did what they could" still didnt give her any discount...the only good thing is the neighbors themselves are all nice and its a quiet area small complex...i still don't recommend, it should be a heck of a lot cheaper for the overall negligence”
— 13702 Richmond Ave · Houston“it was ok nice garages and staff....the apartment was ok but a few flaws like the carpet was very old and damaged they tried to patch it but it didnt really look any better, a couple of appliances had tape on it but thats about it....oh yea and people their are always out side it doesnt matter what time it is 6am, 3am, 12pm etc there is always gonna be people outside.”
