“Our kitchen lights are not working. I had called in the office to inform. I was calling from 11.45am to evening 5.05 pm 7 to 8 times I had called but no answer. number. / . Irresponsible staff The rent here has also been increased . Rent is different for everyone . We n our friend came just a month different same year but the rent is different . When asked they don’t give a sane reason .our rent has been increased to 162 more .total is 1181 $ and for few others who are come the same year and just a month difference it’s 1139$. That’s not fair . Office staff don’t give proper explanations. My friend just changed this month June 1st 2023 from single to double they asked to pay 1139$ And we here since 2 years now and they have sent a notice saying it’s increased 162 dollars more where the total comes to 1181$.hoping the management will do the proper justification. Thank you”

“Security is not good .unknown cars keep moving around. No proper parking and garages are not given near or little closer to the unit .staff not that helpful and not bothered about the residents safety or issues.”

“Very bad security at night time.. after 12 its very scary to park and go to my apartment... i got attack 3 times while parking my car .. and 1 time while entering into my apartment.... . My cousin also got attack several times at mid night...... need to do something......”

“I BEEN LIVING IN THESE APARTMENTS FOR OVER A YEAR AND A HALF. I REALLY LO??E MY APARTMENT . SO MUCH THAT I RENWED MY LEASE FOR ANOTHER YEAR. IT'S A GREAT COMMUNITY TO LIVE INN. IF YOU ARE SINGLE OR HAVE A FAMILY. THIS WOULD BE THE PERFECT COMMUNITY TO LIVE. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING FOR FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. CHECK THEM OUT!!!!!!.....”

Email me at [email protected] I'm trying to close down Parking and Towing Experts, INC. I got towed 3 time. There is no way I can park incorrectly 3 times. Something is up.”

“First to start in I been putting in complaints since I got here, they said there were gonna but New carpet, fix cabinets, fix my ace unit I been here 4 months and they have not fix anything and know I have a problem with my water it has a funny smell coming out like a dead animal and there is little buggs flying around my kitchen . I called the office about all this and all they say is we working on them but that's a lie Iam a st at home mom and they never been t p my apartment to fix anything really bad service but they wanna bug you aboit paying the rent . spoke to the main manager she started getting and attitude with me cause of what her workers told her Erica specially don't know what she said but she starded yelling on the phone and saying she don't have time right know to get my complain so I rate this place a 0 for bad service and bad front office people and manager also ....”

“Reci n fue a aplicar en los apartamentos Brittmore con mi esposo. Seg n la manager, el nico disponible era para el 8 de noviembre. faltando casi dos meses, pregunto por los pormenores, deb amos pagar por adelantado un dep sito de 325.00 y pagar dos aplicaciones. Indagando un poco m s, preguntamos c mo era el apartamento, no s , la respuesta de una trabajadora, podemos verlos? No, est ocupado, fue su afirmaci n. Un apartamento modelo al menos? Pues no...refiri nuevamente. Tiene carpeta o piso de madera? Su respuesta, igualmente fue negativa. por ltimo, y ya viendo pisoteados nuestros derechos, preguntamos qu pasaba si el apartamento no era lo que esper bamos. Pierde el dep sito, pero c mo, insistimos, el dep sito no es para pagar los da os que ocasionemos en el apartamento?? Pues no, pierde el dep sito y ya....Fue su ltima respuesta, consentida por la manager. Una forma m s de robo, de abuso y de estafa por parte de los due os.”

“Omg it's like living with the cartel Mexican gangs!!!! Too many drug bust has happened since I been here!!! Not to mention the illegals!!! And they wonder why there is nooooo parking! WOW! Under covers cops came knocking on my door do to see if I was dealing drugs acting like he was concerned about my electric! This is not the place you want to come to raise a family if u have one. Oh and the roaches are OUT OF CONTROL! It's disgusting here. Please look elsewhere”

“These apartments are very nice BUT they are full of roaches!!! The manager and leasing agents don't care about your issues and they always seem like they are on their periods! I CAN'T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP!! If u want to live with roaches please come here! The roaches will crawl in your frig and bed so I hope u can sleep with one eye open. I really had to stay up to keep the roaches off of my kids. I'm constantly cleaning and picking up crumbs just to keep my apartment roach free but still no luck. If u move here u will be living with plenty of roaches for a year because u won't get out the lease! This place should be called ROACHmore....lol. One more thing u won't have a parking spot at all! Yep! U will be paying to live in a place where u can't park. I regret moving here. Please look around some more! Don't come here. Staff lazy as hell....THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER. Ps:when u moving in the leasing agents act like they are your bestfriends!! But as soon as u sign that year lease and stuck with living with those damn roaches u won't be able to ask them a question without them rudely cutting ur a** off. Dont do it to yourself please!”

“I love my apartment its quiet for the most part compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in I can go outside late don't get bothered by people around me. The manager is very helpful and everytime I have a problem maintenance men come very fast. Only one thing is there is not a lot of parking they have garages for $60 extra a month but they are big I would recommend getting one overall I love it here”

“The manegment is very sloppy and messy she really does not know what she is doing. This job is hers because people are to poor to complain as she puts it "who dares to complain I have it made in this place I use this people as my stepping stool, Im better than everyone because my job is secure and this company wont dare fire me, they have it made with me and low budgeting" And those two girls that work with her are nothing like her but she wont let them speak to you she doesn't think they should get credit where she's concern. People if you feel WORTHLESS and feel thats how you should be treated then this is the place for you./”

“went i move in here i thought this is a very nice place. but after i moved nightmare beging. i been here 3 months an i can't wait to move out of here. people drinks and do drogs in the parking lot. the manager do not care. parking is always full. i call them to fix something it'll take for ever.if you have children do not come here. i totaly agree with the preview viwers.”

“I can't wait to move away from here. There is no parking after a certain time, so if you plan on having company, its out the question. They just changed management again and i here she a mess. I've been here for a while and last year when i renewed my lease i was trying to get my carpet cleaned they say they have no one to clean carpet so my carpet has not been clean for 2 almost three years. I can't wait til the end of May so i can get the hell out of here.”

“What a place! Never seen anything like this. They changed management recently. Which happens every few months but this manager - Thelma - is the worst we ever had. People are always hanging out in the parking lot blocking garages, drinking, and urinating. Just NASTY!!!! You don't want to let your kids out here. The pool is maybe open 5 days a YEAR!!! I'm not sure if the fitness room was ever open. Our grass looks yellow/brownish... don't know if they forgot we have a sprinkler system. Maintenance will take up to 2 months to get something fixed. Bad, bad, bad...”

“This apartment complex is a nightmare...I totally agree with the previous review. If you come home after a certain time you won't be able to get a parking spot. My car got broken into also. Loud music almost 24/7. People hanging around in the parking lot and drinking. The office staff won't do anything about it. ------!!! Stay away if you can.”

“Dont' let sheik looks fool you.... it's fifth ward in disguise...first off all don't think you gettting a parking spot if you dont come home before 8...the parking is horrible and i hate to hate on my people but these illegal mexican that they renting to got like 300 people living in one unit so that means there are at least 5 cars per family which means no parking for those of us that actually speak english. my car was broken into 3 TIMES the first time they took my laptop, the second and third time they were just trying to see what else they could find....the apt manager said that we have a security officer that patrols the apts but i been up till bout 5 am waitin to see that b**** but i never have seen any kind of security.... our dishwasher broke down about 3 months after we moved in.... i called in about 4 times about that, it never got fixed. The neightbor aint nothing but some boogey a** hoodrats that will break anything they can get their hands on and the apt complex wouldn't do anything about. The gates never f******* worked! or some drunk mexican would run into them and the gate would be broken for months....the lights at this complex would go out with every storm.... So in general please dont move in here unless you just got out of jail or you on section 8 and cant find nothing better...trust me, they'll find ya a spot.”
