“I've been living here almost 5 years. I lived in one apartment then I moved to a new apartment. I have no complaints at all.. An as for new management there doing a great job. An for the pool they have cleaned it plenty of time's. New water an all. An all the residents are very nice. So move here it's way better. Since new management.”

“Right now, this property is in full blown panic mode. They are trying to renovate units at a furious pace to keep tenants here and bring in new suckers. First off, be aware of any good reviews for this place. Most likely, the good reviews are from management. The problems here are endless to say the least. On a monthly basis, the water is shut off for some repair. These monthly shut offs have been going on for more than a year since I've been living here and possibly longer than that. Why can't they fix the water pipes here? And once it comes back on, the water is a dark brown. It almost looks like poop. They shut the power off several times this year alone for extended periods (8 hours or more). Everything in this complex is OLD, OLD, OLD. Don't believe me...check out the mailboxes. Everyday, someone mail box is left open because it simply won't close. The driveway has more craters and potholes than the moon. The security gate is not secure so anyone can walk in and steal cars. Roaches are practically your neighbors. The bats at night are not going anywhere. In addition, the central air always break down in the summer. This complex is so cheap. In some units, They have to put in cheap air conditioners with low output since they can't afford to do any repairs. Imagine a cheap AC trying to cool apt down in the middle of summer. The pool is a cesspool. I never seen them clean it. The laundry room is old and in need of repair. The washers and dryers rarely work and steals your money on a regular basis. And on a more personal note, here are pictures of the damage in my unit that I live in now. For over 2 months, my ceiling has been leaking and HAVE EXTENSIVE WATER DAMAGE. They REFUSE to fix it. I plan to move soon. DONT MOVE HERE--YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!”

“dont move here, apartments not well tooken care of. everytime it rains it floods (literally) cant get out of your apartment, there are rats all over as well as bats. hot water doesn't work in winter water heater always busted. apts have a moldy smell”

“Management is so bad words can't explain. They almost never respond to the request. I had to get a lawyer to go shake them up. Mold all over the place and they didn't want to fix thing. On top of that I had a child in that house. My lawyer got me out of there so fast. the only thing left was to take them to court. 6 straight months of asking them to fix things. No AC and its hot in houston. they change they staff a few times and same ohh problems. A few gun shots and robbery in the place and they say its not thier place to let the resident know what is happen in regard to other units. You are no safe at this place. so Run and Run”

“The new management company, Lincoln Property, has been a breath of fresh air! Issues are taken care of promptly now and a lot of changes for the better seem to be happening. We were going to move out but just signed another lease because of the new company!”
