“I was at this hotel for 6 nights. My room wasn't refreshed as promised, supplies not given. Majority of the staff(excludes the cleaning crew, sales manager, one of the sales associates by the name Tyra...) were so rude, unprofessional including the general manager. So, if you had a request or problem you are sure not to get it resolved. When you turn on the heater, it sets the alarm on. Our accounts was messed up, charging us for what even at the moment we do not still understand and on different cards not designated for payment but that they have on file. This hotel is a big shame to the Marriott family of hotels. I wouldn't recommend this facility.”
