“Very nice quiet apartment complex in the heart of the city, where all main attractions are just 4 minutes away. I love living here and close to very quiet neighbourhood. Only issue that I faced so far is my bikes were stolen from the garage area”

“Great staff, clean building, excellent dog accommodations (an issue that another reviewer had posted two years ago which has now been redone and is beautiful) - so fantastic for my two dogs, convenient package pickups, ample parking, and overall a great experience so far. I’m the new kid on the block.”

“As the longest existing onsite resident, having moved in back in 2008 while the building was literally still under construction, I can say with complete confidence that this place has exceeded every expectation I had. I even sold my house in Florida and committed to living here full time, which should tell you how strongly I feel about the quality of this property. After so many years, I am still very satisfied and continue to feel that I made the right decision. It is rare to find a place that holds up this well over time, and I think that alone speaks volumes. One of the things I appreciate most is the construction quality. The walls are thick enough to keep things remarkably quiet, and that level of soundproofing makes daily life more peaceful than you might expect from a high-rise environment. You do not hear drama from neighbors, elevators, or anyone walking down the hallway. That level of comfort is not something you notice until you experience it, and once you do, you realize how important it is. The location is another huge advantage. Being in what I would easily call the best neighborhood in Houston puts you close to nationally recognized restaurants, top-tier shopping, and everything you need at your fingertips. You can walk, drive, or ride to anything essential in minutes, and it feels like living in the center of convenience without giving up comfort or safety. After living here this long, I can say I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.”

“Very good place, the only thing is the neighbors and the promises, if you have one apartment un of you with 2 guys (no more than 25 years) is very noisy, dangerous and not comfortable, in my experience one of this guys is a disaster, more is he is drunk”

“I’ve had a great experience living at The Westheimer Apartments. The location is excellent—close to great restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making daily life very convenient. The community itself is well-kept, with beautiful landscaping and great amenities like the [pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.], which I really enjoy. The staff has been helpful and responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner. My apartment is spacious/modern, and I appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live, The Westheimer Apartments is a great choice! I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering moving here.”

“Wonderful staff always a pleasant experience. We figured out the source of the leak and she came in night time to fix the situation we thought it was the washer that was leaking but after some digging we realized it was coming from the wall from upper units above. Also submitted a roach problem and two days later they came to spray to get rid of infestation”

“There is a good overall experience at this community as this has a great location and very large units that are very convenient and comfortable. There could be updates to the utilities, as well as a larger or more functional fitness center which is my largest regret”

I have enjoyed the “new” management, as they are no longer new but new to me, as I’ve seen two different management teams.”

“so far Great. cleaning the exterior areas would be a plus, also if I am only having 1 car but getting an extra gate control would be excelent, because my daugther needs to enter from the leasing office to the elevator inside the building, otherwise she can not get into the apartment”

“I have enjoyed living here so far. It’s a relatively safe area and I rarely have any noise issues. The staff is friendly and usually responds to maintenance request within the next day or 2. Overall good place to live”

“See the rest of the survey. Common areas and main office building need after hours access. Doorway entry should be accessible to tenets who have a key fob. This does not exist during office after hours.”

“Good overall. Truck stolen from garage and multiple windows busted short after moving in. Game room could use a couple more gaming tables besides pool. Pools are too small to actually enjoy. Living experience has been great.”

“The Westheimer is a great place to live. Situated in the middle of a robust community, there’s so much to do. Bars, grocery stores, restaurants… you name it are steps away. Whether you work downtown, medical district, or in the galleria the commute to work is 15 minutes max. The elevators are down occasionally, but the community staff, spacious apartments, and amenities make up for it. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend.”

“It’s ok you’re paying for the location mainly. I’ve noticed bugs and stray cats in the garage and stairwells so despite the appearance of the property it’s something would have liked to know before moving in”

“Great management and location! Neighbors are very quiet and the complex is kept in great condition. I plan on renewing my lease because I love the apartment layout and neighborhood. The office staff is always available and super helpful with anything we need.”

“The maintenance guys are outstanding. There is a lot of staff turnover here but they remain consistent. The garage area by the elevators could be cleaner...it's trashed every weekend and by Monday morning is always very dirty.”
