“Friend of a tenant at this complex. She had a medical emergency where the paramedic had to break her window to get to her. She had to cal lJesus because she had NO ACCESS to the apartment portal to get this window fixed. She had paramedic turn the AC off till window fixed. It got 93 % in the apartment. She is close to 80 years of age. Her kids don't live here and her friends are also elderly. She finally called me. She is a client of mine. I figured out how to get on the apartment portal to request a work order TWENTY days later. WINDOW IS STILL BROKEN. NO ONE RETURNS calls or text. Maybe this will grab the attention of someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!Can someone please fix her window...WOW..a LONGTIME tenant has a medical emergency, and NO ONE does anything, answers text or calls...What is going on at this complex. From my point of view==TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service!!!!! Friend of a tenant==Appalled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! figured out how to get on her portal..Maybe someone will do something!!!!!!!!!!!! If not I am in my late 60's and I will go over there to fix it myself”

“The new staff members are great. They returned all my calls and Ms. Anna get things done. Her personality is great. I can call her and she gets back with me and get things resolved. She keeps posted with what going on here and maintenance guys are great too. They keep up with the maintenance of property, it is clean at all times. Thank you KJ”

“My AC hasn't worked properly since the day i moved in, and getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth. If you dont mind being lied to and given the run around after you sign the dotted line then yes move here, otherwise RUN! My AC is broken, light bill is sky high, critters scratching in the walls, sugar ants in the pantry, truck broken into because there isn't proper lighting in the parking lot area. The staff is never in the office using Covid as an excuse, they do not answer emails, phone calls, text messages and will just sit in the office while you call talking on personal calls. Every since they changed from Oak Leaf Management to Guardstone Property Management this complex has gone all the way down. AGAIN DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE, TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!!”

“Everything is excellent. The new manager is very sweet and is getting the work done. Work orders are being completed and the maintenance guy is great. The apartments are huge and you have more than enough space. We will be renewing another year.”
