“I love that they offer community events and the people in the office are nice. Maintenance fixes my requests quickly. The area is very easy to get around in and close to everything. I plan to stay for a long time.”

“This is a horrible place to live in.This property is not recommended for nobody. The persons that are in charge that I guess is not the owner, Does not know the bad service & the mistreat ness that they are giving. Why? Because when you come and ask for information, they are so friendly. But when you are already in the property, They act like they weren't educated, matter fact they don't have manners. They charge at their convenience. They send you notices only when they feel like it. And when they're suppose to send you notices they say they don't have time. By the time you have to pay rent, They tell you owe more then your soppouse to pay. There's people that when they come they leave exactly as they came or they don't last long. Other than that there's bed bugs, Beetles, Roaches, Mosquitos,Spiders everywhere in the apts & there are even bats! Every contract they raise it up to 50 and is not yearly it's probably even every 6 months & they never change the carpet.”

“Horrible place to live. Infested with roaches, things break down all the time. My apartment still has things broken in it that maintenance was supposed to fix when we moved in but they never did. Management will find ANY excuse to fine you even if you're not at fault. People are always partying outside at night with incredibly loud music that goes on until very late at night yet no one ever does anything to stop it. The landscaping is very poor. It only looks nice at the front of the complex perhaps to fool people into thinking this is a nice place when in reality it's in terrible condition and nothing is done to improve the overall quality of the complex.”

“Can't say there excellent. There o.k. Have great activities in the community center. They help alot in the community center.But the one thing i hate is that it's been months MONTHS that they haven't fixed the washing machines and drying machines. Out of 8 washing machines 3 work for NOW.. and drying machines out of 8 of them 4 work now is 3 since my mom washed yesterday one didn't dry well enough. The manager there is just such a snitch. If she sees you outside at night she thinks wrong of you and accuses you of nothing. She dosen't do her job that well. The rent is expensive. Also when the dumpsters get full of trash it takes a long time for the trash to picked up.Been living here for a while and before i loved it now it's different now i'm sure i'm going to move out. If you're thinking on moving in there first walk the property. Every inch of the property also check out the laundry rooms,the park,and the community center too.”

“I lived here for 15 yrs.Therse some things you might not like but its not gonna stay there forever.i love living here.I know all the staff and they treat me right.So therse nothing wrong with this Apts.”

“I love living here, for the first time in a long time I live in a community that is very family oriented, I love the family events that is hosted by the apartments, and im always greeted with a warm smile when ever i enter the office, and maintenance is always respectful and quick whenever i have had something done to my unit... I wont be leaving anytime soon.”

“I thought i was moving to a better place but i was wrong..i recently moved in on october and since then, nothing but fights, shootings, rapes and drinking lots of people outside drinking.. i called the mgr to complain about it all she kept saying is it happens anywhere u go..uuuh. no it doesnt.. she was making it seem as if i just need to deal with it.. i'm very unhappy and cant wait for my contract to be over with.”

“I love living here everybody is great, the maintenance is always concerned and the office staff is very profesional and are always always there for everything.”
