He always answers you like your bothering him ummm you are the manager. I think he cant handle to much responsibility obviously. No I am not being dramatic everyone here complains about how rude he is I trying to report him but he will not give out corperates number. So if anyone know please leave me a comment...if you are wanting to move here just be ready to deal with his moody behavior. His name is taylor and is african american with ------ gold tooth. Enough said!”

— 310 BERRY RD · Houston“I have been living at Oak Arbor Townhomes since May 09. The positive thing downtown is 10 mins away and accessible to 610,1-45,beltway and 1-10 freeways. Now living in the apartments not so pleasant. I live in a townhome and the floors vibrate when the next door neighbors kids are running in the townhome next door. This is my 3rd townhome and never, never had that happened in previous townhomes. My daughter bike was stolen off my patio. Complained several times about neighbors working on cars in the paid parking and fire lane. Kids used the garbage dumpster as a playground and on Valentines Day the dumpster was smoking due to kids trying to have a campfire. Yes there more, there are stray dogs wondering around even though the community have a policy no pets. My car was towed in the paid parking even though I paid for parking. Of course, I got my car back even though management trying to say wrecker service fault because info was updated. The wrecker company saying never recieved any recent updates. Putting in a maintence request takes forever to get done because you have to put in another request to remind them the first request wasn't done. The kitchen cabinets, stove and dishwasher is very dated. The flooring has very worn cheap vinyl materials. So that is just some of my experiences living at Oak Arbor Townhomes. I wouldn't advised my friends or relatives to live here.”
