“Very dangerous. Management is terrible. Gates never work. It's on a street where there are a lot of clubs in an area which There are shootings every night. Residents have been robbed and shot there as well. There's a lot of gang and drug dealing going on management is aware of it but does nothing. Infested with roaches and rats, maintenance crew is pathetic and unreliable.”

“The worst place ever! they just come on the leasing office on rent day if something got broken they don't come to fix it just want your money and they don't have pest control which means the unit it's infested with roaches .”

“Signed lease 3 weeks ago, moved in 4 days ago. This place is infested with roaches, Stove, oven, tub, sink all broken. No mailbox key as of yet. Office has been asked many times for mailbox key, for maintenance fix everything and get the flippin roaches out. This is nasty. I wish I could upload the video I have, infested people. I am new to Houston, only 4 days, got this place without seeing it and dont know anyone here or I would already left. This is a compplete mess. Health dept. needs to close this place down. It is sick!”

“The manager Virginia is a lunatic she walks around at night and puts her ear to people's doors to hear whatever they are doing or looks in the windows if you don't have a curtain I have caught her multiple times and she says oh it's beacuse I was knocking and no one answered I wanted to see if someone was home, it doesn't matter the time you have to open the door for me when I knock She invades your privacy. Tries to know about your personal life I think she is bipolar. The reason I say that is beacuse when you explain something she screams at you by the way her breath stinks!! Yeah she screams and doesn't let you talk”

“This shrek looking manager need a reality check she thinks she is the owner of the complex she treats the tenants like if we are less then human she yells at you, she demands you let her borrow money she takes advantage of -------- people and She hates African Americans she pretends to be nice but talk about how they smell. she is very nosy goes into your apartment when you are not flirts with all the guys she wants that D*#*!!! and the owner lets her do all the stuff she does beacuse he sleeps around with her.”

“the so-called manager acts like we are in military ¡ Rude impolite and her mouth is a toilet.. She talks shut and thinks that we, tenants, know nothing,,, I barbecued twice ( 15 feet away from the combustible) and when she invited me to discuss the matter at the office, she was talking without me!!! Then when I asked about any law forbidding barbecue in such complex apartments she said I WANT YOU OUT OF THE APPARTMENTS BY 5 PM ( it was 3pm) and she also said ---- YOU I kept quiet cuz I was raised by MY MOM”

“Don't rent here run. VIRGINA the manager is not customer service oriented at all!!! She is trash like me the complex itself!! She rents to illegals immigrants and felons, for a few bucks. Gates allways open for more trash. Maintenance is a joke lazy --- illegals, I bet they know the word no!!!!!!”

“The person that left the good review is the ---------------------------------------- or probably another personality of -------- that crazy woman I wonder how many -------- live in her head anyways this apartment manager is the worst she sleeps with the owner and with the security guard or whatever he is and she smells like ----- She breaks Into your apartment when your not makes the dumbes excuse to make you go to the office when she can send you a letter it's like she likes to belittle people when you go into the office she starts yelling at you if your a woman if your a man she finds any excuse TO hug you or touch you And you can't even sit outside your apartment complex she tell you to go inside???? Like wth stupid ------------------------ just beacuse he is getting some from her lets her do whatever and is always saying he getting a divorce beacuse he can't stand his wife. He won't get rid of that --------- in the office beacuse she gives it for free it comes with her job and since he is stingy he doesn't wanna go pay for his needs. So he gets it from that --------------------”

“To the last person who left the last a freaking suck up...because that's all BS!!! I lived there since 2014. It was supposed to be a place to start over at. Rent was decent, I had 2 units. We winded up liking it and stayed up until VIRGINIA came along!!! She raised my rent from $700 to $1075. She tried to tell me they weren't renting out double units anymore and I had to choose. So I asked if you let me keep both my units, I will pay the $1075 - only because we thought things would get better and it's only around the corner from our jobs - she was fine with that! All of a sudden her attitude changed. She wanted that money!! After she swore up and down they WOULD NOT be renting out double units!! Well after signing a 6 month lease, we were ready to go after the 1st month. FREAKING ridiculious! That women doesn't know what the "F" she is talking about. She came in and started throwing people's belongings away that were in the patio areas. Contradicted herself EVERY TIME she said something. I paid my rent on time and would STILL get a letter on my door saying I was late. She walks around at night like some weirdo giving the tenants a hard time if their BBQ'ing or just hanging out. She lied and said she knew what the hell was wrong with the exit gate had it fixed just for it to break a week later. So she locks it up with a chain and nothing is done after that. When she found out I was leaving she offered to lower my rent back down to $700 - I was like WTF?? The complex is roach much as we sprayed, we still couldn't get rid of them! They were so bad that I would break out in hives every time I got home. The pool is a joke, NASTY AS HELL! They can't pass city regulations, so they just keep it locked. The water running through that complex is nasty as hell. IDK what it is, but you will get out the shower feeling more dirty than you went in and it burns the hell out of your eyes! We noticed taking a cold shower isn't as bad. Another thing is the ---- will grow on EVERY THING!! Why i stayed there so long?? Because it was convenient and everything in the area was so expensive, but after paying $1075 for 6 months I knew we could make it and knew there was better out there. I found a 2 bdrm 2 bath with a loft, a patio and a bedroom patio. All brand new appliances and washer and dryer for $1100 a month! I am a CRE employee and know how tenants are supposed to be treated. SHE IS A MESS and NEEDS TO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB! It won't be long that the property will be bought out by a developer! That complex is only good for the dirt - there's nothing anybody can do with that complex to make it better. Best thing to do is knock it down and build some nice town homes on it! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If there's any stars on here - it's because I HAD TOO!”

“Inwood Gardens has such great staff and management. Virginia is such great help when you need something fix with you're unit. Her boss must be really proud of how much she works to make the property as safe as possible, due to the other neighborhoods amount us but also the business down the street. I always feel safe when I walk at night to free my mind from the amount of stress I get at work. This place is great if you want to save up. As for these other reviews if you would actually mind you're own business you wouldn't be caught up in this "gossip".”

She kicked out all of the --------------- and only wants people that have ------------------ so she can keep abusing them and up charging rent. She yells at you and tell you to leave if you contradict her. maintance never gets done and she finds any excuse to go into your apartment just because she is nosy to see what you have in there and she is bipolar has mental issues. And she lies more then Pinocchio she asks tenants to be her friend and to go visit her at her office ,---------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------. -------------------------------------------------------------------- nobody in the complex likes her but we pretend so she won't kick us out. she is is the most evil apartment manager ever and the owner the dumbest.”

“To start off the apts are fine for the price nice location close to everything.Now the problem is the lady at the office alot of us moved beacuse how much she lies she is will make a problem out of anything. She likes to talk about the people living in the complex land then has the nerve to send a letter that says we will not be putting up with gossip? Like im a grown man how dare you treat the tenants like if we are in kinder garden ? Im so glad i moved out the day i got that letter i would have gone and told her off. I dont think the owners know that she is causing people to move out she threatends them and lies alot . So if you are willing to go and put up with the drama them move in i coudnt so im long gone and far away from that crazy woman.”

“Don't go there, it's a piece of garbage complex. It has an amount of roaches not even in all houston sewer combined, but you can say...equal to numbers of roaches in all over united states, and no matter what you do of spray them or kill them, you will get even greater numbers of roaches every single day. They will f**k with all your appliances, food left out, or even will walk on you while sleeping. This issue is in all the units in this scummy complex. Even though we witnessed snakes on the walk ways. The new owner is a scum bag from Turkey. He lives there and thinks he owns the people who lives there as well. He will never repair anything for you until you have asked hundreds of times and have a fight with him. The whole complex got only one maintenance person, and he never did a good thing. All units are just a kitchen and bath with the entrance, so this is what you expect to live in "Kitchen". Even in the morning when you are in a hurry to get to your work, the complex's gate won't open for you and you have to struggle to get out or to wait for someone coming in to open the gate for you and it might not even open, and you got to be trapped there for an hour or two. Complex's gate stuck closed about eight times out of ten, and that nasty owner doesn't give a f**k to fix it. So if you liked what you just read then move in. I don't recommend this nasty complex with that nasty owner to any respectable person.”

If you ever have to live here, don't drink from the tap, go to HEB and buy gallon water. This place is the perfect example of what you can do in a big city, but never in a small town. “My friend live there and let me tell you, run away. At night people play there musice loud and are up all hours of the time. I didnt feel safe walking to my car. At night it looks very bad. so runaway and do not move here.”

“I have lived here for 2 years and been very happy. It is a great location, close to work and Galleria. A lot of people who live here work at restaurants or clubs and come home later at night. If you are looking for a complex with no activity you should probably live farther away from town, but if you are young and like activity it's a great place.”

“This is the worst place to live in the whole of the US. There are roaches, bad ordor 24/7, drug people and prostitutes, horrible environment. At one time, they were unable to pay their light bills and we did not have water and security lighting for 3 days. The place reeks.<br>Don't attempt to near this place. Its completely messy. I did not need anybody to tell me scram when my lease was up.”
