“Office staff Susy is super friendly and very helpful with any questions that we may have... The apartments are very clean and very close to stores and schools... I can tell that all the staff will be helpful with any issues or questions I may have...”

“Where do I begin..this place is just terrible it needs improvements. Rental rates are too high for what they are. Feral cats are very common. I even found a few fleas in the grass one day. Very disgusting. Trash is out of control here. Bed bug infestation is heard of in the left side of the complex. Maintenance takes almost a month to fix something. Management is not professional AT ALL. Very rude! They seriously need a crash course on keeping calm and professional instead of blowing people off. Too many families living in one apartment. Some folks living here get extremely drunk and make a scene (caught a guy urinating in the parking lot drunk a month ago). Good luck finding parking space it's too crowded.”

“I totally love it here! I've been residing here for while and I have no prbkem with the office staff or maintenance. I do recommend people to live here!”

“I have been living here for a year and a half. And I never had a problem! The Manangment and Maintenance are always helping me and my family (Always hands on). I never had any problems with anyone. The parking is also not a hassel anymore. I also love the fact that we are in walking distance to the grocery stores.”

“this is the nastiest scumbag of apts ever...full of illegal citizens and loaded with bedbugs...everyday i drive through there and see household furniture being thrown at the dumpsters. People here are nasty nasty nasty...to lazy to throw trash in dumpsters..they just throw it on the ground. Immigration would have a hayday here. drunks sit on curb all day drinking and management don't care.”

“what can i say, im a single mom and needed a second chance on renting a apt.the management helped me many times and even picked me up and give me a ride when i was at a bus stop when it was raining. its close to many stores walking distance making an effort to fix up the place and i appreciate the effort.i recomended some of my family and been living here for a while. i am glad i found a home here.”

“I was walking and a man tried to break into my apartment. HIDE YO KIDS! HIDE YOUR WIFE! THEY'RE SNATCHING EVERYBODY UP IN HERE!”

“I LIVED AT WILLOW BEND FOR YEARS AND MY KIDS GREW UP THERE. CRIME IS EVERYWHERE,BUT FINDING GOOD SERVICE IN APARTMENTS IS HARD, MANAGEMENT IS GREAT AND SO IS MAINTENACE,YOU WONT FIND SERVICE LIKE THAT MANY PLACES. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!”

“I moved to Houston and found these apartments. Talk to management and they lied to me about the law and order situation. After couple of months, I moved here my car was broken, next month some one broke into my friends apartment, next week my nabour got robed and every week you can notice any car broken or stolen. Management tells u that they grew up in these apartments ....... Yes, they r right. These apartments were used to have good atmosphere till 5 - 7 years ago but NO MORE AT ALL. My lease is gona be over and I will be leaving and never recomend these apartments to any one.”

“I have lived here for 5 years. When I moved in the apartments were pretty nice but as days passed by they got worse and worse. The apartments are located on one of the busiest road in the area and there is no such thing as a gate. There is crime everywhere....wanna buy some drugs...COME HERE...forreal!!! The lady who work at the office wants to fill the apartment up with illegal people, there are 3-4 families living in a one bedroom apartment. There is a car break almost everyweek. I dont put wheelcovers on my car cuz whats the point when I know that they gonna get stolen. since there are so many people living in such a small space there no parking limit. Some one bedroom people have 4 cars...how cuz there are too many living in them....forreal though INS need to come here some day....i am pretty sure they will not get dissapponted. I had been askin my parents to leave these apartment but they dont wanna listen and now finally they wanna listen when we got robbed. I live right infront of the street so everyone was watching when some one broke into my apartment. When i came back home two guy came out and pushed me...and fell on the stairs and went unconscious. They stole all the expansive stuff we had. I am glad that we are finally moving since its a safety issue. If anyone have any question please and I will be happy to tell everything about this crappy place.....OH YEAH THERE IS SOME KINDA PET POLICY BUT YOU WILL SEE CRAZY DOGS GOING AROUND AT NIGHT....”

“Willow Bend is a great place to live and raise a family. I hope the people in the office never leave.When we have something broken maintenance always fix fast. We love it here.”

“my family and I had lived here for four years and there have been problems with people that does not know how to behave in social enviroment but there were never a neglectful action on the management side. they were always warning us and bringing cops to teach about safety and security. when things heat up the courtesy officer steps in and keep an eye for all of us. The prices are affordable and there are a lot of children that play everywhere without any problems.”

“Wanna see where the illegals hang out..? or...hear terrified good ole folks tell the tale of how their belongings in these apartmenst were robbed in broad daylight at gunspoint...?<br><br>Then look no further....a perfect place to share with lowlife s and thugs.<br>Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!”

“The last place you gonna stay in houston. Break-ins and auto theft is common, In December alone there were 3 break-ins in one day...<br>The water leaks from the utilities main supply line and the residents are made to pay for it.<br>A Haven for Illegal aliens....”
