“Worse place, unfriendly mangemnt and extremely rude Manger Her name is Sheryl she look down into people and she has three reserved parking spots while other people had to find them own spots all night long , yes this place suck bed bugs and roches all types and it takes you forever to have someone to comeout to fix your issue with your apt and sure all time proplems rent it's rep off , hard working -------- people it make me sad see her taking them money away for poor services all time I wish I can give this place zero star .”

“A todos los que quieran mudarse a este complejo de apartamentos les digo nooooo no cometan el grave error,la manager es muy prepotente se cree general de división y te amenazay en vez de ayudarte a resolver te ataca pero qur clase de persona pisieron de manager ???? las lavanderias no sirven y te roban el dinero ,hay cucarachas y gatos por donde quiera ,ratones n los jardines ,dicen que es todo incluido y cuando les da la gana te quitan el aire acondicionado y ahogarse se ha dicho ,no se los recomiendo a nadie ????????????????”

“This apartment complex is awful. There are stray cats everywhere that are apparently being fed by other tenants and office personnel does nothing to remedy the situation. Speaking of office personnel, they are thieves. While I was in the process of moving out, Elena, the bookeeper went into my apartment and stole a purse from me as well as all of my jewelry. I informed the manager of this and was cursed out.”

“Is the worst place to live. The Manager Shirl Toledo is very rude and she assaulted my teenager son.”

“If I had choice I would never had live there. I stayed there because of family member who ended up regretting moving there. One time we were out of power for almost than a week, half of the complex was out of power because of Some heavy rain. They did not make it a priority to fix the power back. I had to throw away 2-3. Weeks worth of groceries. Went to the leasing office to complain, they told there was nothing they can do. I told them that I had receipt showing I spent over $100 worth of food a day or two days before the power went out, still nothing . They told me that they can't reimburse any loses i had suffered. Days after when the power came bck on it is almost funny because they say free electrify but the rent is sure as high. The lady at the gate is so rude. She is soo rude with the worst attitude anyone could have.”

“Worst apartments I ever lived in i strongly don't recommend these apartments. The apartment comes with mold all they do is paint over it. It comes with roches rats and bed bugs. Parking sucks. People in the office are rude no manners. It takes days for them to fix something.”

“This place is so horrible I don't recommended no one to live here the manager is such a smart --- when u ask her something they make it seam like its the best place and they do everything right thats bull there is no parking at night. maintenance it horrible you have to keel calling over and over and over. Oh and the AC at night they turn it off and they give you a apt. Full off roa!ches.trust me Don't Move In here”

“this apartments suck mostly everyone that works there are hipocrits if you try to play any sport they let you unless you work there and it's so cheap but for a apartment with one room cost $600 and then it's filled with cats everywhere and people that don't even live here come here during the weekend and you have wait 30 minutes to find a parking spot and then in the middle of the night people crash into your car but sadly I still live here oh yea and you to pay to keep your pet”

“They have us like in prison they dont let us have a fun talking with friends out side they dont let our childs play out side for nothing!!.Once this happend to my child he was berly going to play out side and they cought him with a ball in his hands and they gave us a warning and my son was not even going to play in the apts he was going to the park I dont recomend this apts I still live here but Im moving like in 1 week and by the way sherol dont have maners for nothing!”

“Security guards are ridiculously fastidious given the circumstances. The manager Sheril is deplorable & has ZERO customer relations skills. This place is ran like a prison camp. Suspicious of what is really going on that they wish to control their residents every move.”

“this is the worst apartments I've ever seen when you call for maintenance it takes them from 2 to 3 days to come to your apartament or sometimes they dont even come you have to call 3 or 4 time or go to the office. The people in the front gate is very rude and recist. The trashcan is always full and theres trash everywhere around it, and theres lots of homeless cats making noise. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. P.S THEY LIE ABOUT PRICES, DONT BELIEVE IN ANY OF THEY'RE "SPECIALS"”

“I lived her when i was younger and now my best friend lives there even though i don't remember much when i was younger i knew its always been a nice location!!! On the outside it might fool you but on the inside the actual apartments are great and spacious! It's really in how you decorate! Not all the managemnet is rude at least not Maria she's the nicest one there!! The main manager well thats a whole other story!!! But the ac works great its always nice and cold in my friends apartment!! The price for rent is seriously affordable and its not the managment fault the other tenats make it look so damn trashy!! The People at the gate are what i like ive been turned away many times for not haveing a reservation although its annoying they try there hardest to not let just anyone drive or walk in! I've already decided in moving back and yes parking is a little hard but people have like 4 or 5 cars they dont even use and as a guest i always end up finding parking so don't complain!! like i said its more the renters than the actual apartments! Not only have i already reccommened it to friends and coworkers i'm moving in May 22nd!!”

“I am living here for an year only because of lease agreement. Will be leaving soon. No Parking, manager parks his Vehicle in Two Spaces though there is no parking for others. Lots of reserved parking. Low in Maintainance, AC does not work. A very below appartment.”

“I have been living here for 5 years and it's has been a horribal experiance.<br>There isn't enough parking.<br>The maintainence is very poor; you have to call them about 10 times or more to fix a problem.The management is very very rude.”
