“We got our first car a few months back, we see lot of small scratches around my car because kids playing around it. The apartment managers and parents don’t seem monitor the children very well. Problems.”

“I love living in these apartments! The staff is very nice and professional. The maintenance request get taken care of in good timing. I'm very happy and would defiantly recommend these apartments to my family and friends”

“I have lived here for 18 years very happy with the office staff, very thankful that they are bilingual because my mother is able to understand and communicate with them at all times. My issues in my apartment get fixed right away when I let the office staff know. My mother is unable to walk for a long period of time with out getting tired so they found her a RESERVED spot near the apartment so she does not have trouble getting in out my car. VERY HAPPY WITH WILLOWBOOK POINT APARTMENTS. THANK YOU”

“These are the worse apts ever we never have hot water like today the boiler breaks every other week I have a huge hole in my ceiling for two weeks now all they did was come put cardboard over it my freezer was throwing sparks and burning plastic all they did was come and scrape the burned part I was promised a new fridge that was 3 months ago never got one I never had base boards in the entire house so I'm constantly sweeping up foundation ants are constantly in my apt because of this I wouldnt wish this apt on my worse enemy !!!!!”

“I have lived here for 14 yrs I have no complaints, it is like any other place you stay to your self and you live happly here. The office staff have been very nice with me since they been their, 5yrs of knowing them have help me with everything, the young girl even helps me get off my car when I'm struggling and walks me to my apartment to make sure I make it ok. I am very thank full with them. Maint. yes they do take a little longer to fix stuff they say I will be back and they dont, so I have to let the office ladys now and they send some one right away the maint. guys just need to get a little better but my work gets done. very happy with this place....”

“My mom has been asking for a parking for two months, and everytime we came to the office for it, Yestina (office person) kept saying tomorrow. This period for asking for a parking lengthens for 2 months. During this time, she told us many irrelevant reasons why she hasn't done it for us. I decided to come in and spoke with her instead. Again, she said,"no parking, not now." I asked her when, and she got angry and yelled at my face saying that I have an attitude and refused to talk to me. This is ridiculous because I live in the same apartment and I am older than 18 yrs old. She literally refused to talk to me or explain why she hasn't done her job. Even if I was younger than 18 years old, she shouldn't act like that. Her job is to assist people! For this reason, I conclude that this apartment doesn't really need customers. Once it gets your money, it doesn't guarantee your service. Continue with the story: I told her to talk to me because my mom came many times and the office is closed. (The office closed early before it business hour). She should have apologized to us for being inconvenient. Instead, she says, " your mom can talk to me. I tell you nothing!" I got very angry and said that if you don't want to give the parking to us, then just say so. And then, she yelled," I AM NOT GIVING YOU NOTHING, NOTHING!" The last thing I said to her is that she is so rude. The next day, the blank parking was painted reserved. My mom asked her if that parking is for her, and Yesnisa said,"no, not for you". The parking is reserved and nobody parks in it. We figure Yesnina (office worker) probably just wants to do that to make us angry?! Her action proves that she is a terrible person!!! I have never seen someone like her before. Where is the manager? I live here for almost 2 years, and never see her once. The manager doesn't seem to do her job either. She authorized everything for this girl (Yesina) to do whatever she wants in the office.”

“This apartment is extremely terrible! Their customer service sucks!!! Here are some negative about this place: 1) Takes several days to fix something 2) They were barely there at the office. It said opens from 8 to 6pm Monday to Friday, but when I came at 10, they close. I came at 3pm, they closed. I came at 4 30pm, they also closed. Just really --------! 3) They office people are not very nice either. very unprofessional! 4) Parking is limited! One apartment only has one reserved parking spot. The ridiculous thing about it is that they said other parking spots will painted white so people with the sticker can park whenever they are available. But recently, they keep putting reserve parking back on, so I don't really have a parking to park at all! 5) A lot of crime over here. My mom got robbed, and my boyfriend got a gun pointed to his head! 6) Lack of security. The wooden fence always got broken down by those black kids who lived other side of the fence. They keep trespassing and robbing tenants whenever they got a chance. If you are smart, do not live in this place! FYI: The girl who works at the office names Yesinia is unprofessional, uneducated, and disrespectful!”

“I'm currently living in these apts now i wouldn't recremend my worst enemy to live in these apts that's how bad it is. if anything is broken or needs to be fixed they will not fix it. I've had a hole in the masterbedroom for a yr. and a half now been telling the office and it hasn't been fixed yet, all they say is its a contractor problem. these apts act like they can't fix anything. when i first moved in they didn't change the carpet all they did was die the carpet, it smelt like a dead animal in here it took them at least 4 months for them to actually change the carpet after my husband and i repeatedly went to the office and complained. office staff is not good at all they act like it but when it comes down to it they will not do anything that needs to be done. it's drug dealers that walk around all type of morning you don't feel fade at all. there is alot of break ins no security at all. the pool has been open once since i been here. constantly no hot water you have to take cold showers even in the winter time, then come home and everybody water is off on a daily basis. kids kicking down fences. it's too the point family and friends don't want to visit. parking is bad no where to park, they want you to pay $20 a month to have a reserved spot and its not guaranteed that you will have your spot coming home. it's alot of illegal immigrants here and if they do anything to you the office don't want you to call the police because there illegal so we have to suffer. I'm not races at all but the office staff just seems like illegals are all they wanna help its other races here as well and we should all be treated equally. it's just not a good place to stay seeing that felons live here along with the access gates being broken. it's suppose to be a gated community but anyone and come in.”

“,, the repair takes more than a month(and its not the maintainance ppl fault,simply lack of communication),,,, the security dont do crap,,, you pay for parking,the pool was open once,car windows, and apts being broken into, teens smoking weed in the laundry facility, gates are open for easy access(for strangers),,,if you go for a tour,, youll find out on your own,,”

“I didnt live there but just the tour scared me away. If you like the ------ then heres a place for you. My bf and I checked this place out. The staff seemed nice but once we went on the tour it changed our minds. We looked at an apartment and the sockets were hanging out. My bf opened the pantry door in the kitchen and saw 2 small roaches. Then as we left the apartment I was stared down by an older male and its like the woman knew and happened to mention security right after which was a red flag to me. We didnt bother getting a number or app. I wouldnt recommend this place as a 1st option. More a last resort.”

“I recently moved into the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. The apartment has "new" everything! New carpet,new wood vinyl floors, new kitchen and bedroom cabinet, new A/C (what a money saver) and really large patio and closets.I feel good about my new place , it is so close to my job, I get to sleep a little longer.The maintenance department is great! Even when it is hot outside, they are always friendly and polite.”

“I was looking for an apartment close to my home for my mother, the minute I walked into the office at Willowbrook, I knew she was going to love her new home. I was right, she does love her new apartment!”

“I have lived at Willowbrook for two years and what I like the most is the patrol service they have, it is really good! If I have any problems in my apartment, they are quick about resolving them. I have two children, the school is located right next to the property and it is very easy to get my kids to and from school each day! I love it here at Willowbrook! The office and maintenance staff is great”

“I am very happy here at Willowbrook Apts.. It is convienent to my work and central to recreational activities that my daughter and I enjoy. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help with any issues that I may have. I feel so comfortable coming home here.”
