“If you want to be chraged on your credit after you leave these apartments rent here. I never had a late payment and everything was left super clean and come to see a $483 charge on my credit for no reason. These are thieves not mention they never fix anything.”

“OMG. DO NOT COME HERE. Yes, I know it is cheaper than alot of other apartments in the area but let me tell you it isn't worth it. ------ --- woker, ANNA, also has an attitude with the residents and does NOT care what you have to say, whether it is a compliant or a request. I visited the location because it is close to my job and let me tell you, my experience was HORRIBLE. All she would do is give me an attitude and rolled her eyes. She never once address any questions I would have and it would seem like I was disturbing her non-working ---. I had a friend who used to live here and recommended me the place. She just wants to talk back if I have questions or anything. I was told this USED to be good apartments but because of my encounter with ANNA, I will no longer proceed with this apartment any further. HIRE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO CAN THE FACE OF THE APARTMENTS. Not someone who just looking for a paycheck.”

“DON'T Go here PLEASE! I Promise you, you will regret it the second you receive your keys to your apt. and step foot inside it. On MY FIRST DAY YES FIRST! On my first day of living there I had a bad experience. These people don't even show you the apt. You will get their excuse is we are "fixing it up for you" putting carpet, cabinets , etc. Well when I walked into my apt. The carpet was wet as HELL felt like it got flooded and smelt flooded the wetness didn't go away for like 3 days AND not only that it wasn't even nailed down I could Litrally lift the whole carpet up with ease. When the maintness people showed up they were rude as hell too. They told me not to expect it to be good because the apartments are old and ----*Y. The Apt management is also Fake as hell. ALL of them just sit there an laugh at what you tell them. They seriously don't care about you there. They LITRALLY laugh straight in your face. Rose(Rosie), Maria, & Ana. I wish I could rate zero stars it's not even worth 1. Please don't go here even if it's the cheap route. Even if they rent you for a Dam dollar it's not even worth that! Go buy yourself a spicy chicken instead. Save that dollar! If you want to be infested with Roches get Robbed or risk being shot at or give your money to people who don't care about you or your life then go here YOU'VE been Warned.”

“Don't DONT let them fool you. I started renting an apartment on the entrace of Morgan Bay on November. By December (less than a month) someone broke into my apartment. Took all my things. Invaded my space and also took my peace. My apartment was in the entrance IN the ENTRANCE. The people in the office (Maria, Ana, Rosie) are very very very rude and when I spoke to them, they didn't offer to help instead they laughed. Maria, Rosie, Ana (all of them laughed) I told them I was scared because I felt that they would attempt to go back inside, i felt like someone was stalking me. They laughed and said "No, I guarantee you robbers do not go in twice. We have security on the premesis 24/7. " And it happen again January in less than a month of the first incident. AND their was NEVER any security officer there. The maintaince people are also rude. They took very very long to fix things. Alberto said it himself I quote "These apartments are a piece of sh*+!" They never provided a safe environment. The area is violent. It's always on the news. All you hear is sirens. The apartment was full of roaches. Infested. The police officers in that area do not care either. If you want to get robbed, deal with rude people, and get infested. Go here. Other than that, take my word, avoid Morgan Bay. I would give it zero stars. Everything there sucks and you're wasting time and money. They do not care. I was force to leave for my own safety. Go somewhere else.”

“A Great place to live!I move here on 6/1/2013 not one thing have gone wrong.I am very hard to please person,I am pleased here.I don't know what a person is looking for,I found it at Morgan Bay.The office staff is very nice.Need something fixed,don't take long to get it done.Sure they are not there in five min's and you should not look for five min.service unless true emergency.”

“Black man, who's name is Derrick; in rental office is rude and constantly flirting with women on the property!!! He allows a certain female tenant's children to constantly trash the property.”

“I am currently a renter at Bayberry. I have lived here just over a year with my young son. Overall I have to say I have been very happy and had no problems. The staff and maintenance crew have always been helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept and clean. Any time I've contacted management they have gotten back to me in a timely fashion. My apartment was updated and clean with fresh paint when we moved in. Both myself and my son feel safe and happy living here. I would recommend Bayberry to anyone who is looking for a quality apartment at a good price.”

“Overall I liked living at Morgan Bay. My boyfriend and I moved in because it was close to where he worked. We moved into a brand new apartment that was just renovated with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The people that worked there were very nice as well.”

“I am a recent renter here at this complex. The grounds were always clean and well maintained. The management was friendly and professional. The maintenance crew was knowledgeable and timely. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.”

“I just reciently moved into the apartment complex 6 months ago and i am throughly impressed with the professional nature of the management team. All of the units have reciently been remodeled and not so much as a piece of garbage can be found on the premises. Way to go Bayberry Tree team. John Dutco”

“I have a friend that stays in these apts and he says they are EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. He says the people in the front office are cery rude and fake. The maintenance people don't ever do their job. They just sit around and act like they're working. He has also told me that there is some crookedness going on in that office. I hope and pray that they clean that place up real soon after everything that he has told me. It is SAD.”

“MAN I USE TO LIVE IN THE TREE BACK IN 07' IT WAS A HELL HOLE THEN TO. I THINK THEY CHANGED THE NAME NOW BUT IT'S STILL THE SAME, HELL ELLA BLVD., STILL THE SAME. I THINK PLACES LIKE THIS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN,KNOCKED DOWN AND RE-BUILT. PRETTY MUCH EVERY APARTMENT BUILDING ON THAT END OF ELLA NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. HEY TRU STORY I REMEMBER WHEN PEOPLE COULDN'T PAY THEY RENT ALMA WOULD TAKE THEY AIR CONDITION UNIT UNTIL THEY PAID THE RENT. I SAW THEM GO INTO PEOPLES APARTMENTS AND COME OUT WITH T.V'S DVD PLAYERS,CLOTHES FROM THE CLEANERS HAHHAHA STEREOS WHAT EVER LOOK LIKE IT WAS OF SOME VALUE ALMA WOULD TAKE IT FOR RENT.SHE ALSO GAVE PEOPLE SHE KNEW PERSONALLY FREE APARTMENTS. SHE WAS ------- ALL THE DRUG DEALERS I GUESS SHE WAS TRADING HER ASSISTANCE FOR DRUGS. YA IT WAS WILD AND IM SURE IT STILL IS ALMA EVEN WENT TO THE SOUTH AND DID THE SAME ---- WITH JARMESE APTS. ANYBODY THAT KNOWS ALMA OR HAS ALMA WORKING FOR THEM NEED TO CHECK HER --- CAUSE SHE FOUL FOR REAL SHE GIVING ALOT OF COMPANIES A BAD REP. “So where do i begin with this piece of ---- hell hole???When i first moved in they didnt even clean the apartment from the people that lived here before, i actually had to put bombs in the place because of all of the roaches living there-wrote numerous complaints on this issue and was NEVER taken care of! I actually found dirty dishes in the cabinet not to mention the lovely bleach stain that was on my living room-guess they were too cheap to put even some new cheap carpet in! MOLD MOLD MOLD completly covered my washer and dryer that worked when it wanted to. Now the most important part-NO HOT WATER NEVER HOT WATER hell i was lucky if i could get water for the 5 miserable months i was there before i broke my lease!not to mention i have a 4 year old child!!i had complained about this incident on 5 occasions-but some how it just kept getting broken!hmmm mysterious but yet i still have to pay my ------- water bill! I wont leave out how me in leasing agent Jessica almost got into a fist fight! yes a fist fight...I had just gotten out of the hospital after being in there a week with meningitis(wouldnt b surprised if i got it from that hell hole) and all i was to do is take my bandages off and take a nice warm shower but i guess thats too much to ask! i go to the office to once again ----- and complain and jessica actually had the nerve to yell and scream at me on my way out the door (what a ----!)i called their head office and the actual owner had the nerve to tell me that the problems i am having i should expect because it is an olde property and i get what i pay for...that's -------- noone should live in moldy, roach infested trashy dangerous apartments with no water or hot water-yes i actually had boil water just to get ready for work in the morning meaning i missed out on and extra 2 hours of sleep!i hope that place rots in hell and takes the ------ leasing agent jessica with it and the owner for thinking people should live this way, i know they sure as hell dont! they dont do their paper work and thats the only good news i can put here because i broke my lease and its NOT on my credit...oh yeah they dont pay the apartment locators the referal fee like theyre supposed to-RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!”

“this property is such bad shape. the management is SORRY and LAZY. I saw Paul the Maintenance man BUYING drugs from a LOCAL RESIDENT IN THE COMPLEX..I rented a newly remodeled Unit and there was MOLD all thru the UNIT. Connie brings her child to work everyday she is only in the office for maybe 5 or 10 mintues per day if that. There is major drug trafficking”

“Don't you people research where you live before you sign a lease????? If you are living in that invironment its because you choose to live on Ella. Ella Blvd. has had a bad reputation for more than 10 years that I personally know of. If you really want to make a difference, try calling the Mayors office and getting the police to clean it up!!”

“I currently reside across the street from Bayberry. My property is GREAT! The TRASH across the street at Bayberry is not! There are shootings happening weekly. They will just let ANYONE move into there. They do not have any security. There are people walking along Ella at all hours of the night. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. WE NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND CLOSE THIS PROPERTY DOWN!!! TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!!!”

“I can honestly say that the local 911 EMS service refuses to enter the property without escort by the Sherriff's department. If you value your life you would stay away from this hell hole”

“Roach infestation. Request for pest control,<br>management made no attempt to resolve. Trash<br>everywhere. $30 or more water bills enforced upon us without<br>agreement. Sometimes complex never has running or hot water.Limited visibility at night due to non-working lighting fixtures. Elderly handicap resident had neighbor to build ramp to his unit after 2 years of<br>broken promises.Some residents do not have refrigerators which are<br>included within the lease.<br>Individual resident has placed window a/c unit in<br>their window out of despair after so many broken<br>promises from management.<br>Management uses unoccupied well maintained units for<br>their storage while residents wait on completion of<br>their maintenance request. Feces and tissue are seen<br>draining from the septic tank. <br>The police are called out on a day to day basis due to<br>shootouts amongst residents and or trespasser, drug<br>distribution, fighting, or because a resident's door<br>has been kicked off of its hinges and robbed off their<br>belongings.<br> <br>Management has received numerous complaints, request<br>,and demands on these issues.<br>Last night I was awaken by the blast of gunfire again<br>and startled to hear the voice of one of the gunman<br>below my window struggling to reload. I have seen<br>trespassers taken into custody only to return within<br>an hour time. Management again has broken their<br>promise to display a no trespassing sign. I know that<br>we can only pray to end crime. I feel that the<br>management team over this property is ignoring request<br>and complaints.They are not taking any steps for the<br>safety of their tenants. This complex is not only<br>receives money from citizens but also from the<br>government for housing. Some of the leasing agents are<br>associates of some of the trouble makers so I have not<br>disclosed my name due to fear of retaliation. If there<br>is any information that can be given to us please<br>help. This needs”

“wonderful place for white people...IF U WANT TO GET MUGGED, SHOT, RAPED, or JACKED!!! I just love the lively community, no one seems to sleep OR HAVE A JOB, FOR THAT MATTER!!!.....lo-life slum apartments, LOUD MUSIC IS A MUST, GUNSHOTS. its unbelievable how people can live this way and not give a crap...oh oh, and the occasional tire and rim theft is a bit of a problem, i traded my tires and HUBCAPS in for a nice set of cinderblocks, unknowingly...i guess that was in the fine print of the contract somewhere. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!! oh yah, and i dont know how many times ive seen people pissing in that toilet they call a pool.”
