“Living at Clearpoint Crossing was a nightmare. We dealt with a severe German cockroach infestation so bad that if we left food on the counter while cooking, roaches would swarm the plate within minutes. Dog waste was left all over the property, and multiple times dogs relieved themselves on the sidewalk directly outside our unit. The latch on the children’s playground was broken for months, creating a clear safety hazard, and black mold grew on nearly every window due to poor sealing and lack of maintenance. Despite these conditions, management tried to charge us $435 in cleaning and carpet fees after move-out â€â€ even though the apartment was not clean when we moved in and we left it in better condition than we received it. Some charges were eventually removed, but they continue to pursue invalid fees. Obvious sanitary and safety concerns were ignored during our tenancy, and now unfair charges are being pushed after we left.”

They go up with sky high for rent renewal, even on parking fees, pet rent, trash. The roof leaks when it rains. There is mold, bugs everywhere inside apartment. Work orders take forever! They literally nickle and dime you to death! If you don't have a paid spot, you will most likely be towed bc there is no free parking other than a few spots! Oh, and neighbors leave bags of trash sitting by doors for 3 days straight while there is no valet trash. The office doesn't fine them. It's a horrible place to live!! The good reviews are fake. People are told the application fee will be waived in exchange for a good review when they haven't even lived here yet! Unbelievable!!”

Now on to the many negatives. The parking at this community is terrible! I work as a bartender and I get off work late at night only to come home to no parking space. If you park in an unauthorized spot they will tow your car no matter if you could find a spot or not. So, I had to purchase a spot for $35 a month to guarantee a spot when I got home. The gate barely works for guests or delivery drivers. You have to pay to access the amenities. They also will try to find other ways of fining you for more money. I once was threatened with a fine because my broom blew over and the end was sticking out over the railing. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor easily in my room and bathroom. When you move out, they will charge you all sorts of unnecessary cleaning fees. They charged me a cleaning fee because I was told I should've painted my walls when I left. I never changed the colors of my walls, instead, my couch made a mark on the walls. I was also told the reason why I was charged for my carpet is because I have to pay for the remaining life of the carpet. This management is BS! They make potential residents leave fake google reviews in exchange for a waived application fee. They are doing this because their google reviews from actual residents are so terrible. Do not rent from this community!! They are frauds trying to squeeze any money out of you!!”
