“Don’t rent on this apartment is the 4 time my stolen my tools,please don’t rent,today 10/20/24 stolen 4 vehicles and the police and owner don’t make nothing every 2 months stolen vehicles on this apartments”

“Everything is about average, but the noise is a slight annoyance and rent is less than fair for the apartments dilapidated appearence. There's also no bike rack, despite --many of the residents owning bikes-- the existence of a rule against bikes on the balconies. The location is fortunate because its in the middle of a metropolitan area where everything exists, but there are alot of unsavory types and animals that hang around the grounds at night.”

“I been leaving here for the past 15 years or more and I don't agree with the previous Comment the maintenance has improved sooo much and the office staff are very nice and all ways ready to help specially Reyes . on the weekends no more drink on the parking lots or loud music”

“Plain and Simple. Karen Rosales, manager of Ivy Club Apts. Should not live nor manage. EXTREMELY UN-professional. Gossips about residential income and finances. Unless you are a friend and or kiss her behind, you will NOT receive ANY good\professional residential help. There are many residents there that do NOT abide by the rules however, only the ones she chooses to pick at receive pathetic unprofessional hand written letters. Very disrespectful toward marriages. Tries to speak to husbandâ??s about their marital problems. Dirty woman. Gossips to her friend\residents, making up stories about other residents, for instance (they are gay & they sneak men in their apt.) Karen Rosales is false and foul as a human being. No morals, No principles. All we want is to live in peace, to live legit and all we have asked for the past 2 yrs. is for a 2 bdrm. upstairs but keep getting excuses along with non-sense. Very lazy, manager.”

“I've lived here from 2010-Present, as soon as my lease is up, I'm out of here. I agree with the previous poster from (2008). It appears not much has changed. The staff are very rude & unprofessional. The manager (Karen) makes it a point to not only go about getting involved in the personal lives of tenets but gossiping about their personal business & salary history to other tenets! Unprofessional is an understatement. My complaints to the corporate office regarding her behavior hav gone unanswered as well. Nothing gets repaired, the grounds are dirty, loud music at all hours of the night. People using drugs out in the open. I would rather pay more for piece of mind then deal with repairs request that go unanswered and ignored and unprofessional under trained & flat out ignorant staff. Save your time. & look elsewhere! This place has nothing Ivy or Club about it!”

“Not bad for the price and location. Coming from a more upscale complex in the suburbs to this complex in the city was a big difference no lie, but I am happy. I feel safe and the management is great here. The money saved in gas for being so close to all necessities and the money saved for the complex being all bills paid really makes a difference in your wallet.”

“It's cheap. You get what you pay for. As soon as my lease is up, I'm out.(I've been here a year) The apartment is falling apart. One thing after another and considering it's age (built in the 60's) it would be understandable but not an excuse for the things that are not fixed because of the sorry, lazy, rude maintenance man named, "Rafa." He will come and pretend to fix whatever it is you need fixing. I've caught him several times just BS'ing around, acting like he's doing the work, then leave and lo and behold what you needed fixed is still not fixed. My neighbors have had the very same complaint about him. Since I've been here there have been 2 managers and their agents never really stay long. So when a new crew comes along they "claim" they will get on the ball with repairs were as the last "crew" dropped the ball but... it ends up just the same. Basically, they say whatever they think you want to hear to get you out of the office and out of their face with complaints but never fix the stuff needing to be repaired. It's to the point that I've given up putting it maintenance requests because as I've said nothing gets fixed due to Rafa's laziness, or your BS'd around or they never come at all! Drug trafficking/using out in the open and loud music/people at all times of the night if you're near the pool area. I've had to call the police many times. Walls are super thin and everything can be heard from all apartments surrounding you. Too noisy. Flea infested stray cats have run of both parking lots and trash cans. Also bring & stock up on many roach/flea bombs, because their spraying every Wed. won't help out....any. I've been battling fleas (from the stray cats), roaches, and MICE!! Since moving in. I rarely use my kitchen because the infestation is so disgusting. So, you know it has to be as bad as Im describing when I dont even cook there and have set off flea/roach bombs several different times and they still are in the apt. I keep my apt. very clean so there's no excuse. I'm worried with bombing the damn place so many times and the spray service spraying, what harm I've done to myself and my family being exposed to these chemicals so frequently. There's an ice cream guy that annoyingly honks a horn in the middle of the day & evening regardless of who it disturbs. I would not recommend this for anyone who isn't comfortable living in an unhealthy, -------fied place.”
