“Before I signed the lease it was very easy to get in contact with the office, but once I was a resident it became extremely difficult. Anytime I’ve had an issue I must call the office usually 5-6 times through out the day (during their business hours) to get a hold of anyone. I’ve sent probably 15 emails to the and only received a reply once. There is not enough parking for residents. They don't complete work orders in a timely manner. Sketchy neighbors. Utilities (not electricity) and extra fees is an average $100 each month. Littering problem so consequently a roach and mice problem. Bookkeeping errors where they leave threatening letters on your door even though you have proof you paid.”

It tends to be okay in level of noise from the neighbors which it is predominantly elderly asians, and ---------. The only things I do not like about the apartment complex is that at night it is very hard to find parking since they are not assigned. When it rains it tends to get flooded to the point it looks like we are living in a lake. Also they close the water lines all the time, sometimes they send a flyer and sometimes they do not. The people at the main office are very nice, and they are usually quick to get things fixed. These apartments are very very old so the water sometimes comes out cold when you want it hot, and yes we have had roaches and rats. So far there has been one break in but they let the police know. It is an okay to place to live in if you don't mind this.”
