“My stay at this complex has been great. Management and maintenance respond quickly to my needs, and the layout, size, and view from my apartment are excellent. My neighbors are quiet, and the location allows quick access to services and restaurants. I highly recommend GalleriaParc. I've lived here for three years and feel very much at home.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“I recently had the pleasure of leasing at Galleria Parc, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, Dania and Christian made the process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set them apart. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided a thorough tour of the property, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. The amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and upscale. If you’re looking for a great place to live with exceptional leasing staff, I highly recommend Galleria Parc. Thank you, Dania and Christian, for making my experience so wonderful!”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“After living here for 2 years, I've waited to write this review for quite some time. There are a few pros of living here - the location is nice, you're close to downtown, and the interior of the apartments are not that bad. However, with that being said there are mostly cons to living here. Noise - lots & lots of noise. I would not recommend living here if you are an early riser, someone with children, or someone who needs sleep for work. Throughout my time here, almost every single day there was an issue with noise. We've had a neighbor who plays music between midnight and 6 AM (this time varies greatly, it can be before or after this timeframe) and has a subwoofer that shakes our entire apartment. Sleep is literally impossible. Music has been continuing for literal months, as the management does the bare minimum to help. There also seems to be another issue with tenants at this complex leaving their dogs on their balcony for hours on end. This can also occur in the early morning (5 AM) or early night (Midnight). The management is sub par, they will do their best to help and assist, but in the end generally don't care to solve any of your problems. The complex itself is usually pretty filthy, I don't think I've seen it cleaned once in the 2 years I've lived here. We also had a roach infestation, however, management was quick to bug bomb our apartment. The garage is always packed - living on the 4th floor, parking is almost impossible. Visitors are supposed to park on the roof, but will mass park on the 4th floor to use the elevator instead. This leaves no room for parking for 4th floor tenants, and we're usually stuck parking in the basement or on the roof. After living here, I honestly cannot recommend this Apartment Complex to anyone looking seriously for anything more than a place solely for it's location, as that is about the 1 and only pro of living here. Can't wait for my lease to end, and to finally be able to move out and move on to another location! TLDR; Avoid this apartment complex! Way too much money, for way too little value. Update: The music & other problems did not stop, management & maintenance are non-responsive regarding issues, and my apartment got infested with fleas (I do not have any pets at all). And the apartment charged me for the cost! See photo attached. If you're reading this, avoid this place. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in bar none!”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“This apartment complex has been a dream come true to me, not only is it close to virtually everything, for the price it’s a steal. I can’t speak enough about the managing staff especially Ms. Ernaistine. Whenever you have any questions or worries she’s the first one to call, her professionalism is unmatched and she goes above and beyond to make sure the tenants are taken care of.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Location is great. Easy access to freeways. Affordability inside the loop. Less than 10 minutes to Galleria shopping and restaurants. Nice apartment amenities, valet trash service. Nice pool area and quiet courtyard for reading, lounging/ grilling. On-site fitness center as well as convenient strip center 5-minute walk that includes carry out, dine-in / delivery and 24-hour Fitness Club if you prefer membership”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Beware before you move to this property. My daughter lived at this property for several years. The filth, violence and vehicle damage, together with the property being insecure, became so bad that she feared for her safety and was threatened by her neighbors. Her Ring captured several acts of violence, weapons and drug use right outside her apartment door. Also, a young man frequently walked the hall masturbating and actually put his private parts up to her ring camera. Another man walked the halls nude on several occasions. The guy across the hall pulled a woman by her hair into the apartment, shoved her through the doorway, and held her by the neck in the hallway. This woman was in the hall at all hours beating on the door and yelling to get in. There was constant screaming and arguing. The people upstairs sounded like they operated a bowling alley and basketball court inside their apartment. Another guy laughed as his dog pooped on her door mat. The hallways were so filthy and littered you could not wear your shoes inside. I personally witnessed these events, recorded videos and saw the results of several car break ins and a new car with the tires stolen. I feared for her safety every day. The trash area was filled with refuse for days and smelled horribly. She discussed these things with management and asked what it would cost her to move and was given an estimate of $1300. The apartment personnel did not walk the property when she surrendered her keys. The apartment was left clean. After she moved and paid the $1300, she received notice that she owed an additional $4,000 after deduction of her deposits. The apartment manager turned the account over to a collection agency. They won’t even discuss the amount she was previously quoted.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“DO NOT RENT HERE!! I reside here at Galleria Parc and the new mgmt. has got to be the worst I have ever seen. This complex has gone downhill due to New Mgmt. - Shoregate. Within 6 mos. we have gone through 2 managers and currently is without still. The Garage is falling apart and is damaging autos and Shoregate Management gives you the run around about accepting responsibility. A COWARD OF A COMPANY. The security gate has only worked for a few weeks in a year, they continue to give false repair dates. The dog run is nasty and most people walk their dog across the street. The trash bin has all kind of rodent's residing around the complex. The up-keep is horrible. Residents have "Sofa Sets" on the patio as outdoor furniture and mgmt.. could care less. BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“New horrible people are constantly moving here, dope smokers, cigarette chain smokers, loud music. I had a neighbor beneath me that blast music for two months from 9:30 pm to 5:00 am every day, and the office ignore it. They became angry at me. I now have a neighbor that smokes in the hallway and drops cigarette butts over her balcony. nothing is done about it. Now I am experiencing cigarette smoke in my apartment every day on my furniture, and in my wife and my expensive clothes. I paid a lot for my furniture, and clothes, I say they are not cheap! Their emails are so soft when they address these issues. , people are constantly dopping trash our their car in the parking garage. I expect this to happen when you choose money over character, but I don't understand why the office act like they can't tell who is committing these acts when you point the people out. I talk to other neighbors that are disgusted with the cigarette lady smoke too. They have new assistance that is so arrogant and distasteful in her disposition toward mankind. She thinks she's god gift to who, I don't know. THE IS CRAZY!”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“I've lived her for a year and will be renewing my lease contract. I like how helpful the office staff is and love how on hands Natalie the new manager has been in the community. Ernestine and Christina are great with the residents. I love my apartment and the location. I would recommend this beautiful community to anyone who ask. Please keep up the good work ladies. TW”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Please do not move here. We've had nothing but trouble since moving here at the end of October. An office worker tried to scam us when were moving in. Every time something isn't working it takes forever to fix. We currently have a rodent in our apartment. We've trying to get this problem taking care of since 4/29/21. We feel like they don't believe us and haven't been taking us seriously. Yesterday when I returned home I found rodent droppings on my bed and various places in my room. We called the emergency line yesterday around 7 pm and still haven't received a callback. I've not been able to get a full night sleep or eat since we first found droppings.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“I was here on a business trip living in corporate housing at this location and my car got broken into. What I did notice about this apartment complex is that they like to break the cameras on certain floors so that they can be able get access to certain cars without being seen on the camera. I also did notice that the gate is always open with no security which allows individuals who are up to no good to do mischief without being stopped. When my car got broken into I was on the 4th floor which shows the audacity; and that these individuals are willing to go up to the fourth floor in order to break into someone's car and get away scot-free. Management did nothing all they said they would do is to document. This all happened in less than 30 days of me staying at this property and even though it's a business trip and I'll be leaving in November I feel sorry for those who actually have lease agreements for an entire year. P.S. there is always dog ---- and urine all over the place so watch your step”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Earnestine was very gracious in showing a model unit to me during the quarantine time, using precautions. I loved the brick wall and high ceilings, updated kitchen and w/d in the unit. She offered a rent special and pushed my application through quickly. I've been moved in for a week, getting used to apartment living again. It's tough to rate my satisfaction when COVID-19 precautions have kept the pool, clubhouse and gym from being open. I do think the staff could do better with cleaning the hallways and keeping some sense of community with the residence. But overall, it's okay.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Overall experience good. Appliances out dated. A lot of noise from freeway. A few minor problems in apartment that still haven't been fixed. Area is nice and easy access to local stores. Office staff professional”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Since I moved here in 2018 I've continuously had problems with the prior managers and employees the manager that now is here is a wonderful person and so are deploys the only problem I have is with the maintenance people they never do what they say to do they never come back to lie I get tired of it it's frustrating they make me wait at home for them when I have to go to work and they don't show up there's always an issue of some kind or they forgot to switch forgot that it gets tiresome and it's it's not right And the problem is that every year and I've been here at the rate of the rent kids growing up but everything goes down to service pros down to community goes down does rough people smoking pot do you drums in the hallway the floors are dirty in the hallway the hallways are dirty they don't pick up the trash on time there's always noise outside my window there's always people driving up and down all times of the night there's always al people smoking at my windows”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“My apartment was not ready when I came to pick up my keys. The paint buckets for my wall was on the counter, the place didn't look clean and the microwave was detached from the wall. I love the apartment space, but the cleanliness of the property is not the most pleasant.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Chanel in the front office has been AMAZING. Hopefully the complex can create a system to better monitor the trash area for each floor. The gate system for the parking garage needs to be updated (there were numerous of times I was locked out and had to wait).”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“I moved September 28th. The apartment had to be ready the 27th and was not. I was told it was getting fixed on the same day. The apartment was in very bad shape, the attempt to get it ready in such a short time is quite notorious. I did not want to accept the apartment for it clearly not satisfied the quality you would expect for century galleria lofts. I was promised all of it would get fixed asap. I putt he requests in with pictures. I never had an answer back even after I called and showed up the leasing office repeatedly. To the date I have note even received acknowledgment of this, little less a confirmation this would be done. Additionally I asked to review security cameras to see who dented my girlfriend's car the day I moved and still waiting for that answer as well. At&t couldn't install fiber on the living room because the fiber on the Wall is damaged and has to be fixed by the complex. I was also told we would talk about taking other steps for all the trouble, still waiting. When I was visiting the building for the first time, I specifically asked about the noise and was told it was cero, the windows where not closed correctly (the outside windows) and even thou it got a little bit better after maintenance closed them (the one thing they did) it is still very loud so probably the seals are broken or need further repairs. I'm really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and low standards. I expected much more from this place and this company. Please contact me back, Joseph Brozovich Apt. 231”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“While I was looking forward to moving here in September, I now have a different viewpoint about the community after several months. Safety is a major concern. The gate is constantly broken. In the 4 months I have lived here, the entrance gate has worked correctly THREE TIMES. In fact, during the day, they keep the gates wide open. Does the office believe bad things won't happen during the day? We all know theft can happen anywhere, but this apartment complex happily welcomes it. Furthermore, you should not require residents to pay for a fob when the gate is NEVER in working order. There were also multiple issues with my apartment upon moving in. The toilet, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine... all had issues. The maintenance staff took care of the issues promptly, and Jessica was very helpful in adjusting my rent. She was an awesome employee, but she no longer works here. The last two times I went into the office, I spoke with "temps". To be honest, I'm not really sure who the manager is, because he/she is never on site. I see none of the maintenance staff who took care of my issues, they have all left. This is a bad sign of office management. Recently, in December, I submitted a maintenance request to fix my dishwasher because the soap dispenser is broken. It has now been over a month, and NO employee has entered my apartment to fix the issue. I spoke with the maintenance worker, and he told me to find an alternate solution. These apartments cost too much money to be given a suggestion for maintenance. The office sends memos about pets and trash, all the usual stuff. But they have never addressed the largest concern of safety - a poorly made gate with no sight of being fixed. Only a few weeks ago, I walked into the office to find another resident speaking with HPD about a car break-in. In my last apartment complex, we were always notified of these things. Yet, to no surprise, there was zero reply from the office. These are only *a few* of the issues. I know the apartment complex rents out air bnbs - I think this is part of the problem. There are strange people walking around, sitting on the office steps outside late at night, etc. The size of my apartment is nice, and I really like the loft style. But this apartment is SUPER mismanaged, it's so obvious. Plus, there's heavy construction in the area going on right now. Don't get swayed by the beautiful pictures online and the pretty brick!”

— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Hello! I have been with Century Galleria Lofts for a little over 2 years and I will be finishing my final lease here in November of this year, making it 29 months. My stay here was great, I leased here because the price was unbeatable and I really enjoyed being minutes away from the Galleria, work, school, and restaurants that I enjoyed. I also enjoyed easy access to highways! Apartments aren't always perfect, but Century Galleria Lofts has been my home for nearly 3 leases and I am pleased with my stay. This is mainly because of the promptness of the office staff members Chanel and Yolanda. Yolanda is no longer with us, but she was outstanding! Chanel is still with us and whenever I have an issue, she is always so quick and professional. I've told her and many others that she is a big part of why I leased and have renewed at Century! Whenever there was noise at the pool (there will always be noise at any pool, any where, at any time and Century is no exception), the courtesy officer would always respond quickly and shut down the noises. When I had pipes freeze over and burst in one winter, the lead maintenance was at my apartment within 15 minutes and this happened at 5AM! The promptness and smiling faces of the maintenance staff at any day or time always astounds me. If you are looking for your next home that is price conscious, has a great staff, and have a tolerance for apartment living shenanigans, then Century is perfect for you.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Great experience! From the staff to the community grounds to the apartment itself, I am very impressed and excited to stay here. The entire experience has been effortless. The apartment is beautiful and the location is ideal.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“So far my experience at this community has been really great. I got moved in easily and Jessica has been there to help me with any issues that I have experienced. The property is quiet and well-maintained.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“Worst place to live !! Management Wendy and Mike are the worst !! They will not remove the black mold after the flood that happened ! I have been telling Mike the manager for a month and no response !! Do not live here !!!”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“We are still in the process of moving in so cannot comment on what it's like to live there yet. What I like so far: smaller community, so smaller garage needed (feels more homely/ comfortable than massive complexes) but there seems to be sufficient parking spaces. 3 bedroom apartment is well planned and has great bedroom & closet spaces. Nice size pantry too. Kitchen cabinets look small but actually have quite a bit of room. Open concept living/ dining area makes the room feel larger and airy. Glad to have a balcony! Linen closet in secondary bath. Coat/ hall closet too. Master has an additional second walk in little closet. Like I said, good use of space. Jessica was willing to meet us early on our move in day, since it was Sunday and the office would only open midday. Chanel walked with us to the keypad to set up remote access through the phone. Very nice to interact with them. Apartment complex corridors seem to be kept clean. Garage cleanliness is mostly fine. It feels like an older complex. But seems well kept. Negative: Apartment was not cleaned before our move-in date. However, Jessica was very responsive and got housekeeping over to correct the issue. Huge difference:) Interacting with the office team seems positive. They are friendly and very helpful. We are looking forward to actually moving and settling in.”
— 3363 MCCUE RD · HOUSTON“This apartment community is perfect! From location to amenities there is everything you may need to enjoy your time living here. I enjoy each day that I walk into my newly renovated unit. The office staff is more than accommodating to my requests and the onsite Amazon Package Hub makes receiving packages a breeze!”
