THEY DONT HAVE MONEY SO NOTHING WILL GET FIXED. OFFICE GHETO AND THE PROPERTY IS AS WELL. THE LEASING AGENT MISERABLE AND INSECURE. SHE IS ALLOWED TO CALL YOU OUT YOUR NAME. THEY MEANING MANAGER AND REGIONAL. THE MANAGER LIES AND PLAY RIGHT ALONG WITH IT. INCLUDING REGIONAL. THEY HAVE NO SECURITY SO AGAIN YOUR APARTMENT AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE BROKEN INTO. ITS NOT SAFE. THEY SAY THEY HAVE SECURITY. THERE IS NO SECURITY. PEOPLE SIT AROUND AMD WATCH YOU AND THEN BREAK IN YOUR APARTMENT. YOU CANT EVEN GO TO THE OFFICE BECAUE THEY ALLOW TRUDY THE LEASING AGENT TO DISRESPECT YOU AND THEY LAUGH AND THEN COVER FOR HER. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED AT EHAT THEY ALLOW TO GO ON HERE. “My car was broken into and management didnt seem to care after i brought it to their attention. I heard it happens often here. Spend your money somewhere else thats safe. I wouldn't recommend living here.”

“Hello I just wanted to inform you if you move here please don’t expect your deposit back I moved out in June of 2025 and now it’s October and I still have not received my deposit . I have emailed corporate and they said they sent it and I still haven’t received it and that was in August also I have talked to the office manager and assistant manager several times and they still haven’t resolved the issue for my deposit. The manager said that my address wasn’t correct sad to say I have given my address to 3 to 4 people. If I would’ve been late on rent they would have put a notice on the door and also eviction notice. They are sad management.”

“I would like to thank the new management team especially Mariela. She has always been very helpful, supportive and efficient with communication as well as getting things done/taken care of. The staff is always pleasant and attentive to the needs of their residents. U highly recommend this property.”

“I called this place AFTER being on calls for over 4/12 hours today. I spoke with Patricia. As I was writing down the details of this place, she kept interrupting me. I believe that she should NOT BE WORKING FOR A SENIOR APT. She also kept saying hello, I told her that I was writing. She then said I was rude. She also felt empowered to just hang up the phone!! I will NEVER SPEND ANY OF MY MONEY ON AN APT THAT FEELS THAT THEY CAN ABUSE SENIORS. Apparently she too young to understand that elderly people have some form of disabilities!!!!! If I could rate this place, I WOULD NOT GIVE IT 1 STAR. Corporate office needs to know that these people should not work here. After all the calls that I made on 2/14/24, NO OTHER LEASING OFFICE DID THAT TODAY! SOME WENT ABOUT & BEYOND WHAT PATRICIA DID, & were Pleasant to speak to.”

“The manager the regional the whole office staff needs to be replaced it's a shame the regional and Orion allow this to happen they are taking money stealing racist etc but the regional does nothing they treat the resident like crap”

“This place is filled with mold broken appliances and roaches. They don't fix ---- but charge you for EVERYTHING. Me and my kids lost our housing because they lied and said I damaged their property. They are money hungry and don't care about their tenants. I lived there 3 years and the pool is NEVER open the kids throw trash all around and the gate is always broken. My neighbor apt was broken into 3 times and she live next to the office. The person climbed on the 3rd floor and broke into her house in broad daylight. They don't care about the tenants I'm telling you guys DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It was the biggest mistake of my life me and my kids are homeless at the moment but it will get better.”

“I'm not going away. I'm so very frustrated and angry, i have been trying to get resolution of a very big problem at Mansions of Hastings Green. I will place a police report and File a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. I have waited for almost two weeks and made a crazy amount of phone calls and left numerous emails. i have been told Iris or Anna Nelson was going to call me back and had no response. I want to be reimbursed for the leather loveseat ------- that works in the office stole. I'm tired of trying to be diplomatic and rationalize to work out a solution. This is ridiculous. Reimburse me for my $1000 leather loveseat. ------- in the office at Mansions of Hasting Green is a lying stealing thief and his cousin Iris who manages this crap hole is just as bad. I was trying to avoid all the muck and mess but no one is taking this seriously. So now i have to get the police and the BBB involved. i have eye witnesses and statements to all my accusations.”

“If you want to know anything about these apartments here is my forwarded email to the manager. I pray if anyone moves to this they don't come to these apartments for a place to live. They make the entire city of Houston and my new beginning look so bad. I'm going to try to start over with another side of town with some people who are more fair. The Northwest side of Houston has a bunch of hateful -------- and white people who try to make you feel inferior when really you just want to get an apartment and go on with your life. They will take your application fees over and over and do everything in their power not to give you a place to stay. This is the most two-faced ------ property I've almost ever tried to become a part of. Also there are break-ins children everywhere and Section 8 from what I hear. They did me and my ten-year-old son so bad when we don't have electricity in our apartment. I am totally devastated today but I'm going to get over it I'm a 41 year old ----- mother from an entirely different state and I don't understand what's going on but one thing is for sure God will have the last say so on this woman. She is fake MessMessy and need to be replaced. But they are probably not because they probably enjoy hiring people to do ----------------- wrong. News flash I'm one of the good ----- women. I would never invite people over to vandalize your property. Or have children tear up your grounds or whatever. I make my child obey. I keep good company. Sad shame. Can you forward this to the president of alpha real estate company. I feel that you are just being discriminatory towards me and my child for no reason. You've come up with several reasons not to let me in these apartments everyday it's something. You send your regional manager to talk to me but she didn't call me to do anything but argue with me she tried to fight with me and hang up the phone saying I falsified my application. But you told me you would fix the application or that we would do it together if I had filled it out wrong I didn't intentionally do that only to give you a good reference that's it. I am so sick and tired of racism in this country. And especially being done to ----- women and ----- children. It seems as though if other races don't care about anything else but their own race. For you to try to keep me in my child out of a place to stay is the most evilest thing in the world I've lived in hotels and with people who didn't want me in their home because the electricity in the place that I am in keeps going out. Then you're in cahoots maybe with the people out here where I live the both of you trying to keep me from moving out of this apartment we have been cold in for days at a time the maintenance man never shows up the pest are bad and it's flooding to where I can't get to work some days. But I'm not hurt even though you did me very wrong I'm a strong ----- woman and I'm going to make it through this rather I get out of here or not. But this is my official complaint against you and your regional manager. You have told me several lies about my place to stay you said that we would fix the application and then you turn around and say that is the reason why you deny me. And instead of admitting to what you did you tried to pick a fight with me with your regional manager. You are wrong and it's sooo wicked evil and mean it's just pathetic. So please I don't know if your vice president is as mean and evil as you are but I still should have a right to report what has happened to me thank you! I hope this never happens to any other mother in the need of help I'm definitely going to report you to the fair housing authority and the Texas Apartment Association I feel that people like you should never be in a position to house people. When u get my application fee u were looking for more reasons to not let me get an apartment. When u should be trying to help people. My God lady watch how you treat people. I'm going to leave this battle to God and you because you know what you did is a low down dirty act of discrimination”

“Hi everybody I'm Angie nice to meet you!!!My dream apartment a monks The great staff that we have the maintenance people are the best it's very peaceful when putting in a request for a work order The staff and very prioritized I love my community I must say I feel very safe Living here with my child The community neighbors are very nice and respect one another it's pretty much just like family I must say our apartment manager Miss Yevett is amazing and does care about the residence Miss Cynthia which is our assistant manager is very very loving she's always looking after the kids and Mrs. D such a sweet lady she loves our pets and especially her dogs sugar when he comes to knowing the residence in perspective The nature of our community I will maintenance team Mr. Tony along with our other guys are some of the hardest working people I have seen we keeping up our neighborhood and always willing to give a hand if needed I will police officers Who live here help us feel safe by keeping up with the property and keep an eye out the negativity if you're looking for somewhere to live hey I've been here almost 7 years and I must say it feels like home and is a great feeling to have no one and mother nature lives right in your backyard ????????????????????????????????? ???????????? we truly appreciate I was staff??”

“when i moved in July of 2017 i loved it. It was quiet and whatever maintenance issues that I had were taken care of except for the stove. The ovens heat penetrates to the top of the stove and makes it so extremely hot you cant have any other food in pots because your food will continue to cook. Then the element moved in. The back gate people line up to piggy-back in behind you because they don't have a key card to enter the gate. the enter through the exit only gate. The rate of speed in which they zoom through the parking lot is ridiculous. I cant' go downstairs in the morning because the kids congregate on my stairway for school but that don't live in the apartments housed for this building and will not move out of the walkway as you attempt to descend down the stairs. Now parking is on a first come first serve basis. Meaning if you get home late you don't have anywhere to park as people who are guest or guest for the weekend have taken up all of the parking and you have to drive around to look for a spot. On Friday nights if i decided to leave for a few hours i will have to park at least two buildings down if there is an opening. there is no security and we have received notices via something stuck in your door that there has been a rash of vehicles being vandalized. My upstairs neighbors make so much noise it sounds as if they are about to come through the ceiling. I don't know if they are moving furniture or bowling. this starts at 11:00 pm and continues until about 7:00 am the next morning. i had to move my bed because the neighbors behind me fight every weekend and I can hear their fight because the walls are paper thin. The man in that apartment should change his name to the explicit word his woman references when they begin to argue. But truth be told i don't believe that he lives there during the week but visits her on the weekend. Which would account for the extra cars and lack of parking spaces available on the weekend. One of my neighbors was followed by a group of kids that live in this apartment and harassed/bullied for because there is no supervision. I lived near the pool/playground area so when its 8:30 -9:00 pm at night and kids are still out loud , cursing and what have you where is the supervision? The neighbor across the walk way loves to share his music so he opens his windows and blast his music for a couple of hours on Sundays. Again in about year or so this complex will easily become rundown and a place not to be. I have given my 60 day notice and I moving. Since now my vehicle has been dented due to the parking or the people's inability to park within a parking spot. I forgot to mention that I know when my neighbors take a shower/bath because the tubs squeak when you get in and out of them and you can hear the water running. I can hear when the neighbors are "goosing" one another, If they slam their door my windows shake. But for the price of the rent if you can look past all of these things then by all means..”

“I moved to the Mansions December 2013 and will be leaving 12/16. I gave my 60 day notice yesterday 10/29/16. I held back my tears lol. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Everybody in the office was ABSOLUTELY GREAT. ESPECIALLY LILLIE. Work orders were done in a timely manner, ladies in the office was professional, and maintenance was on point. I loved the location but disliked the traffic. The CyFair school system is the best. Honestly, I could go on and on about how much I loved this place. You won't go Wrong!!!”

“My stay here was pleasant for the the most part, I lived here 1.5 years. When i first moved in I noticed roaches dead and alive. I Immediately spoke with management who got pest control to come exterminate my place. no roach problem after that. Quiet here, parking is crazy, and my car got towed! Anytime I had an issue, maintenance would fix it in a timely manner. Ms Dee is knowledgeable and the best leasing consultant at this place!! She needs to be in management position. At the end of my lease I tried to move into a 2 bedroom and was told i couldn't. Management is rude, unknowledgeable and overall unprofessional!! They gave me soooo much run around just to switch apartments. I didn't even want to do it anymore. Rent goes up each time you renew your lease! Ridiculous! I would go back to these apartments but would like to avoid the people in the office.”

“These apartments are horrible. I moved in here with a roommate last year. Our apartment had got broken into, and the only ones who helped were the maintenance people. The office not once did anything to help out in this situation. They close at 6 mon-fri. And they are closed on Saturdays; what kind of apartment closes one Saturday's. You would think that's their busiest days. So it's very difficult to get anything done with this apartment complex. Also the only internet available is ATT DSL; seriously, who the hell uses dsl anymore? Andy you can inky have Direct tv or Dish network. Uverse or Xfinity is not available in this complex. Horrible apartments. Once the lease is up, I'm gone.”

“Apartments are well maintained on the outside. Inside we have a different case: We moved into an that needed a few repairs. Including mold in the vents that I had to clean off because they failed to. We have been here for about 4 months and NOTHING has happened after repeated request to the office. The came into every apartment for an inspection, and said they will look in your apt to see if anything needed to be fixed, and they still failed to fix anything after the inspected all units. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: They have no internet providers in these apartments. We have been calling the office weekly asking when will they receive a contract with the internet and they keep giving the run around. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH EASE, BUT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICE TO ITS TENANTS. WE ARE STILL INTERNET LESS IN OUR APTS AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. BEFORE LEASING HERE, ASK FOR THE INTERNET PROVIDERS IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TAKING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE”

“The mantion turkey at creek is a one of the bad property went you can leave. The staff is very umprofetional and then is not quiet and safety. From office can say they are very bad, mainence os very poor, and special TERESA, shes bad and make a wrong busines, she had a lot people living in property out of lease, she take a money from people and then cant understand how she can have a roommate and her appartment.?? Its unacceptable ...”

“Could someone tell me if these apartments are based on your income somewhat? I have done some research have found out that this is a "tax credit" property. Is the rent based on a percentage of your income or is it a set rate?”

“Horrible staff. Ive been here for 3 almost 4 years and last month the office gave someone else access to my garage. They went through my things and even had thrown away some of it, which the assistant manager pulled out of the dumpster herself.The people they gave access to tried to hotwire my car resulting in the fuse box blowing out, they cut of my alarm and ripped off the panel under the dash. The office manager tried to get me to press charges against the people who they had given access to, but hpd told me there was no case because they had access to my things thanks to office management. At that point the manager and assistant manager said theyd pay for the damages to the car to just take them 3 quotes and that theyd pay for the cheapest. I had a hard time finding 3 trustworthy people to come give me quotes, so i called teresa and she said she knew a mechanic and shed ask if he could come look at it, i told her to schedule it so i could meet him there to look at the car. A month later and i still hadnt heard from the assistant manager or her mechanic so i got 3 mechanic shops to come look at it and took the quotes to the office only to have assistant manager tell me they were too high and shed have her mechanic come fix my car. I already had scheduled the chaepest mechanic to come fix it tomorrow sunday july 20 2014 but she tells me no they cant fix it because its too high. So now im car less for god knows how long because they dont wanna pay for their mistake.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this community and the staff. My experience here has been very pleasant. Management does an excellent job maintaining the property and the apartments. The interior looks just as good as the exterior.”

“I lived here for 2 years, only reason I moved is because my roommate and I decided to part ways. The property is very quiet. The only issue I had was the residents that would just pile trash in front of the dumpster. It's not hard to just lift your arm a little and place trash inside the dumpster. The office staff is nice, although I didn't care much for Teresa and Francesca. Melissa and Dee are awesome. I would definitely recommend these apartments to others.”

“Manager is unfriendly and wants little association with tenants. She is a new manager here and does not have a clue how to deal with seniors. She is getting rid of office employees one by one and putting in her own people. The previous employees were efficient, friendly, and easy to work with but apparently that is a threat to this manager who is power hungry. This used to be a nice place to live but this manager is unbearable and cold.”

“I have been ay this resisdence since 2011. ..I have had no major maintenance problem besides the normal changes of air filter and a garage disposal ...my one and only concern is the traffic that accumulates from kids waiting on school buses in the morning with no adult supervision. .”

“I have been living at the Mansions at Hastings Green for over 4 years and I love it here. The manager Iris is very nice and she goes above & beyond to help us. I had a situation & needed to down size to 1 bedroom. She helped me and made it possible. The grounds are always kept clean and maintenance is great. I see other ratings about roaches. I have never had a problem with roaches. It is very affordable and I do not plan on moving.”

“Over all have enjoyed my stay here. The staff is very friendly and maintenance request are all was completed promptly. In addition they always give a courtesy call when packages are in the office. The grounds are well kept and any problems are addressed immediately.”

“My husband and I have been here since October of 2013. The leasing agent in the main office is a real sweetheart and kept us very informed about the upcoming availability of the apartment that we desired (3 bedroom, 2 bath, main floor, garage and nice view from patio). We interviewed in March and was informed in July that our new home would be ready for us October 7th. There was an initial issue with cockroaches. But the office and exterminator were very efficient to eliminate the problem and we have been roach-free for 3 months! The apartments are lovely with crown molding in the main living areas, open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms, built-in desk, double sink in bathroom, garden tub and patio or balcony for having morning coffee!”

“I must say I was surprised to see all the negative reviews on these apartments especially since I have been a tenant for three years now and love the property. It is very quiet of course the children play and occasionally make noise but that's what children do but never in a disrespectful manner they have an excellent bible study that is conveniently located on the grounds. And the manager ( Mrs. Melissa Reilly) is absolutely wonderful, helpful, patient and kind and always available to help assist my needs and others. I have never had roaches so if you do it's probably because you need to clean.”

“So glad to be leaving these money hungry people especially the manager ----. I lived in these apts for over a yr and have never been late one time on my rent except for my last mth living in the apts. First of all its a $50 late charge and then $10 for each day after that and by no means necessary will they waive it or work with you on the amt. Can't wait to get the hell out of these apts, I had bugs in my cabinet that they never did anything about except spray every wednesday and the bugs would still return, I killed 20 little bugs in my cabinet in within one day. I have seen roaches in my apt but the only good thing I can say is that I think having the apt sprayed every wednesday helped with that. My neighbors on top and across the hall are noisy as hell well at least their kids are. Do what you want but I would not recommend staying here long term al least if the apts are still under the same mangement.”

“As a tenant, I experienced barking dogs; nasty pet owners; loud walkers and talkers; noisy, gossipy, hostile, inconsiderate and profane neighbors; even some who would try to fight you. It is nice and calm when you first move in, but stay there and meet or talk to some tenants and you will witness everything or more than I did. Save yourself the emotional pain and money to move out by NOT moving in this hell hole! The office staff is afraid of certain tenants and let them stay in order to keep their jobs. To complain about noise, nasty pet owners, or anything else is a waste of your time...even if reported to the corporate office. Keep not managing this complex the way you do and one day you might rent to the wrong type of people. Good Ritings, Mansions! I am in a very nice house not surrounded with such turmoil.”

“I RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE....ITS ALL GOOD ONCE U LOOKIN AND THEN WHEN U GET READY TO MOVE OUT...U GET NO DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY LIE SAYING IT WAS FOR SOMETHING U DONT EVEN HAVE OR HAD IN UR APARTMENT...I WAS TOLD I HAD A DOG STAIN IN MY CLOSET..WHO WUD HAVE A DOG INSIDE OF THEY CLOSET AND THATS WHERE MY 200.00 DEPOSIT WENT TO CLEAN THE CARPET...I DONT EVEN OWN A DOG..ON THE OTHER HAND IS THAT I WAS TOLD ABOUT SUM CABLE WIRE..REALLY..IF U --- UP WITH ALL THIS JUST TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT AND THEN SAY I STILL OWE THEM...THEY ARE LIARS, DONT FIX NOTHING ON WHEN NEEDED TO BE DONE...THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT HAVE ATTITUDES..I WUD NOT RECOMMEND A HOMELESS PERSON TO LIVE HERE..OFFICE MANAGER WORRIED ABOUT WHO VISITNG UR HOME..REALLY WHO DOES THAT IF U NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY ONE IN APTS..THEY TOW UR VEHICLES EVEN IF U HAVE UR PARKING PERMIT ON IT..THEM AND THE TOWING COMPANY WORKIN TOGETHER AND THE MANAGEMENT THERE IS AWFUL ..DONT LET THE SMILING FACES FOOL U.THEY NEED TO WORRY ABOUT ALL THE DRUG SELLIN ON THE PREMISES AND ALL THE PPL WHO NOT ON THE RENTERS LEASE TO BE REMOVED THEN IT WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BACK THERE...BUT UNTIL THEN...TWO THUMBS DOWN”

“I LOVE THE MANSIONS! I have been living here for 3 years and I love it. I don't have any problems, my apartment is nice, and Iris and the other ladies are so nice and profesional. My mother lives in the Senior community and they are also nice apartments. I have nothing but good experiences here. Iris is a strict and fair manager. Don't move in if you like to party because you will get in trouble. This is a nice and quiet apartments and i hope it stays that way.”

“I currently live in the Mansions and have signed my 2nd year lease. I am happy! Because the last two apt complexes I lived in were horrible and these are great. I love the. apt where I live. Besides seeing spiders alot when I moved in, it has improved alot, pest control came several times and they keep that problem under control. I have no roaches in my apt which is a plus, but I do know people who does have a major pest problem. My neighbors are pretty quiet and I don't hear too much noise, which is great because I live on the 2nd floor. The only thing I have a problem with now is parking, I've had a few new neighbors move into my building and obviously they have a 2 car family, so if I come home at a certain time I won't be able to park near my building. So besides the occasional spider problem, and parking problem I am happy. Next year (2014) I may be moving only because I am too far away from my family and I would like to move back closer to town. Oh and management is great, I haven't had a problem with them. They are nice & polite every-time I go into the office.”

“The appartments are nice, they look very good and everytime a friend sees where i live they get really impressed. The staff is nice also, Teresa is very helpful and kind so is Francheska. There are little problems here and there but i see the staff tries to do thier best to help. If anyone here is complaining is probably because they have a bad atitude towards the staff. I myself have seen it. I dont konw why ya'll are complaining if yall start off with a bad attitude and expect to be treaded like kings and queens. If yall would be nice and pay yalls rent on time maybe then yall would write good reviews.”

“The parking is HORRIBLE ! The gates are always open and anyone can come in and park so when the people that actually live here want to park, you can't ! The walls are super thin. I live on the 3rd floor and I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on downstairs from them starting their washing machine to their conversations ! The staff is super nice but that's about it .”

“If you value safety and privacy, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. I cannot wait to get out of this place! I've found black mold growing on my windows and roaches in my kitchen and bedroom closet. I've also witnessed from my bedroom window sometime early this year the sound of a gunshot and several people running from what I assume was the point of its origin. Needless to say, I jumped to the floor scared to death! Parking is definitely inconvenient and I feel unsafe at night walking to and from my car. Speaking of parking....a tow truck company has been contracted to work for the property and they circle around every night in the wee hours of the morning looking for cars to tow which are vehicles that lack a sticker or guest pass. Residents and guests alike are often victims. The cost of getting your car back is close to $300.00. The walls are paper thin as well inside of the unit. I've often been awakened by my neighbors yelling at their children early in the morning and kept up at night by the sound of their baby crying. VERY irritating. The only pro about moving here is the isolated location. Also, certain members of the management have no customer service skills.”

“Teresa is one of those people that i not kid friendly.Also you need to call about maintance service more than once because appearantly no one ever gets it! Franchesca is a very helping and caring person if it wasnt for her i would of moved out ! Very safe and nice apartments do recommend.”

“We liked it at first when we moved in but then we had people upstairs that sounded like they were moving furniture and bowling it was insane. They kept saying they would talk to them but nothing changed. They also cooked this awful smelling food and it penetrated through our air vents so we had to leave our apartment around dinner time. We always have people shouting about how their going to steal my fianc "ride" as they say and one day we woke up to the drivers side door handle crowbarred off. The gate tore up the side of my car- even though its broken 50% of the time. People wait outside in a line to follow you in the gate and speed in the "out" gate and out the "in" gate. We have heard kids that live here comparing what they stole from Walmart that night while hanging out in the stairwells. The apartment we walk past everyday to get to our cars has people smoking pot on it all the time. I want to tell my kids to hold their breath but I just try to walk by really fast as not to draw their attention to it so they start asking questions. The last package I had delivered I had tracked it arrived here but they lost it. They did have packages for me that we're sitting in the office for I don't know how long because they don't contact you to let you know. They come in your apartment to take pictures whenever.”

“I just need some clarity here. Someone please tell me this IS NOT The Mansions at Turkey Creek on Birnamwood right by the airport. I believe there may have been a mistake because for one the address is completely wrong and these stories can't be representative of the complex in Humble.”

“These apartments in Humble are not a safe place to live and staff are very unprofessional. Not to mention maintnance very poor service they show up 2 months later for service. They tow cars for no reason and they dont care about their tenants. Place is not safe at all. Building may look well kept but dont let that fool you. Shouldve done a better research before moving here. I definately do not recommend this place.”

“I just moved out of the mansions into a house. It was very nice living there, the staff is always friendly and the grounds are always clean. If you are looking for a quiet and clean community this is the place to live.”

“I regret moving here stayed here for a year and would not recommended to anyone. The office staff think they own this place rude as hell. Teresa has no good customer service skills thinks her crap don't stink. The entire office staff is rude. Bad experience from the beginning and am so glad to be leaving soon. Please dont be fooled by the looks of this place. I hope this place goes down and this good for nothing staff who just sit around giving air to their ****** end up out of business.”

“I was a tenant at this apartment complex for about one year, until I was robbed at gun point. Was walking to my apartment when a black guy came from behind with a gun demanding all my belongings. Management was extremely uncooperative. I had to leave the apartment one month in advance leaving my last month rent and security deposit, which management refused to reimbursed. And to top it off, the manager, Melissa, was extremely rude. I wish this place goes down the toilet along with all the staff that works there. They are very unprofessional and rude. Don't stay there. You will regret it every minute of it, trust me.”

“If your looking for a nice place to stay it's not here they have a real bad mold problem and after many attempts of trying to get them to do something about it. I just decided to move. The management team is unprofessional and rude they just want your money and take there time comeing to fix anything. It was'nt like this when I first moved in, but they got new management and it went all down hill from there. They also stay on site I wouldnt recommend anybody to stay here looks are deceiving.”

“i was going to look into leasing these apartment, but the reviews turn me away, i don't know how true the statements are, but i don't want to take a chance in leasing the apartment, i've read more bad reviews than good reviews.”

“The complex is under new management and since then they will let just about anyone move in. My vehicle was towed because it wasn't parked against the fence, and as a paying tenant with parking permit on the window management still refused to release my vehicle. That night I counted six vehicles parked illegally and without a permit that have not been towed and after calling the tow truck company they notified me that they tow at managements request. In other words, they enforce parking policies halfa$$ And when they feel like it, so they really don't give a crap if you work hard and come home to a parking lot full of vehicles that don't belong there.”

THE LEASING STAFF LOVE TO SCAM THE TENANTS. SO BE BEWARE WHEN YOUR LEAST IS UP THEY WILL TAKE PICTURES OF SOMEONE ELS NASTY APARTMENTS AND TRY TO SAY ITS YOUR APARTMENT YOU JUST MOVED FROM. BUT THEY DONT KNOW I HAD PICTURES AND OTHER PROOF TO. SO BE WARE BEFORE YOU SIGN A LEASE HERE.”
