— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“Main office has bad customer services, make sure when some call to make report to maintenance they put to the system. Estella who is responsible in my secsion she pick my call and never did my report, my a/c was not working at all Saturday and she know Sunday they are closed. I went and front desk told me there were no report. Maintenance never went is almost 2 day is hot outside and hot inside.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“full of crimes, car towing every night, no parking lot, very dirty, full of bed bug, very depressed, at the end no deposit-return, the management is horrible, when there is electricity cut-of they may come within 5 days. In 9 months I went and reported them 6 times to cure the mice, cockroach and bed buck problem but no one come in this 9 months for spraying the apartment.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“So recommend for anybody. Can't usually have hot water in your apartment .”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“It's all crap ??! Once they made you sign the contract, they don't consider you even a resident! No issue is considered!!! The parking is a business between the apts stuff and the towing companies,,, somedays there is no spot so if you park your car somewhere not bothering, they tow it!! If you lose your parking sticker; no replacement and you pay $100 in the end ( total --------) We need DONALD TRUMP to clean the ---- out of them ?? ?? The parking stickers; employees' relatives sell them to people!!!! The stuff beside the front desk is horribly rude and inappropriate no respect for tenants at all, once you sign the lease they consider you as non resident WHO THE ---- WANNA LEAVE HERE,,,,if its not for personal that need that address I will be breaking the lease right now! Ohhh and rats in the apartments! Crap”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“So I have been living in these apartments for about a year now. The only thing that was good was the price but now that the property is under new management, they want to charge more for rent. I wouldn't mind paying more if they would actually put money into the property. SO, lets start with everything that is wrong with these apartments. The parking is horrible, they have storage containers all over the parking lot and still take away more parking spaces. If you are coming home after 12 expect to not have a park and have to drive around for 30 minutes to see if someone will pull out. There are never visitor parks either. The roaches are REALLY BAD here no matter if you are clean. They don't care about the landscaping on the property. The laundry rooms never work. There are these sewers all around the apartments that flood out everyones poop and toilet paper into the parking lot and phases which cause a really strong smell throughout the apartments if it is hot outside. They half --- do everything. Right now they are painting the apartment rails red. they have been doing that for about a month, and they only half paint and move to the next. It looks so horrible!! The girls in the office are so rude, they call each other on their phones to talk about you while you're standing right there. The walls are super thin and the windows will seep in water to your room when it is raining really hard! Please do not waste your time on these apartments you will be so disappointed. I know the price is cheap but take your money somewhere else!!!!!!”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“Someone threw a rock and shattered my living room window on Saturday Nov. 12, 2016 around 4:30PM. I went to the leasing office (that same day, Saturday) and I was assured by the assistant manager that someone would be going that same day to replace the window. Until today, Monday Nov. 14, 2016 at 4:50PM no one has come to fix my window at apt. 107A. The assistant manager bluntly lied to my face and my window has been broken from Saturday until today Monday. I do not feel safe and the apartment personnel is doing NOTHING to fix that. They personnel are utterly unprofessional and are not willing to their job!”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“very bad complex mouses every where very noisy not safety at all if cant have friend or sameone came visit you because you will find a parking or then they will toiwed your car i cant wait to finish my least and get out from here”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“My lease was up and this is what was in my price range at the time. I should of just renewed month to month than to come here with my children. The area of town is predominately -------- which I'm ok with. But to treat us as an outsider is unacceptable!! The ladies in the front would talk Spanish to each other in front of me even though everyone speaks English! Trying to make a repair request and actually getting it fixed is nonexistent! Small things stay broken and they just make a new request and give u broken promises to fix it. The parking lot is ----! Potholes all over and drains and speed bumps between the holes! It saved our cars from the flood but I've replaced tires 4 times since I moved here! There is No parking after 6/7 pm and if your car doesn't have a sticker it Will be towed! Visitors too if they can't get into the already limited spots bc people own more than one car (work vehicles)... Next door played loud blasting music starting at 7pm thurs-sun and it was extreme bc of the hollow walls! I complained several times bc my kids couldn't sleep but they pushed me out the door! I could go on with the Wrong things but to sum it up: Do Not Move here it isn't worth the headache or hassle! I Will be filing with Corporate!”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“This apartment is hell, I only move in there because my list expired and I was on able to fund an apartments closed to where my mom live. since I move in there it be like hell, the first day there wear things that was broken and even now they are still broken, the apartment is always smelling, the A/C always broke in the summer when it 100 degree outside it will take them three to five days come fix it. don't think about moving this apartments never ever.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“My father has practically lived here all his life. Until recently with new management, I suppose, and help in this apartment complex office everything has gone down hill. I've called for my father numerous times to fix the AC system in his apartment. No response, and no a/c fixed! This was a month ago! I live in the same apartment complex and same issue!!! The place is also infested with unwanted pest and every time I call the office to please fumigate the place and they act like they don't care! It's completely unacceptable! And then there's no parking spaces anymore! If you want an actual parking space where they won't tow your car better get to the apartment before 8pm because by then they're all taken! Horrible place, horrible people! No home!!!!!!!!! Oh and the security there does nothing! I went to them when i heard someone getting beat next door and they did absolutely nothing except told me to call the police! Horrible place! Run while you still can!”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“Security is bad they are lazy they don't do anything they are suppose to they always look like they are high and even do drugs on property with the residents. The supervisors are suppose to do a job and they don't do anything either they are lazy and on several ocassions I have seen the officers and supervisors argue real loudly amongst each other they are so unprofessional it is sad. I would never reccomend anyone to move over there. They even sleep at work so if they sleep who are they protecting?”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have live at Napoleon Square for 5 years and honestly I don't know how I lasted so long I'm finally moving in the beginning it wasn't bad but recently it has been very bad if you go home after 10pm you can't find a parking spot if your past 12pm any day you have to park all the way in the back on the other side of the property and walk to your apartment security is bad they let anyone in to the apartments. People go inside the dumpster looking for cans there's always people outside drinking. I live down stairs and there's always people behind my back window smoking weed. So glad I'm no longer living there and also there apartments have weird carpet it has carpet that you would find in a office so ugly. DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Oh also 2 years ago a kid got shot and killed steps from my apartment in the laundrymat there always gang members walking around like they own the place.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“My Mother in law lives in the apartments with her husband. Worst apartments I have ever seen. I moved out as soon as my lease was over. The complex is so noisy, and your neighbors don't seem to have respect for your sleeping habits. Parking fills up so quickly you need to get home early and stay there. Sewer system backs up, cats and fleas are everywhere, and there are young kids vandalizing people's property. My Malibu was broken into last year and my father in law tailgate, rims, and stereo have been stolen twice. Security is a joke. Maintenance is a real problem here. I complained about my burned out bulbs and closet doors that seem to break every time you slide them open for about two weeks straight on a daily basis.. 8 months later they have yet to send anyone. Not to mention some friends that visited us the first month we were here... Bed bugs everywhere.. And our neighbors have said the same. They can't seem to get rid of them”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“People in the office is unprofessional. Maintenance is so slow. If you have a problem in your apartment, let them know every day but dont expect them to come for a while. People who lives here is messy, throwing away stuff everywhere, noisy with loud music. You can see shopping carts everywhere: people use them to carry their laundry or garbage.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have lived in these apartments since 1997 and i never had a problem until now. First i lived in a 1 bedroom for 5 years and i didnt have any problems there. It was when we decied to upgrade to a 2 bedroom that we started to have problems. The leaseing agent that helped us get this apartment lied to us and told us that their isn't BED BUGS in this apartment turned out there was! So we had to throw away our Beds our couches and now we are sleeping on the floor. I have called them to come and extermanate and they have came four times but the Bed bugs are still in here. I am so tired of these damn bugs. It's annoying to have these blood suckers get on you in the middle of the night. It's sad the the place that you are suppose to call home doesn't feel like it. Another thing parking sucks here. The neighbors are ok but they have and annoying dog that barks like at 3 in the moring. I hate that they open the pools whenever they want. I won't recommend anyone moving here at all.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“Not a luxury property but it is an apartment I can actually can afford, I haven't had any issues with any neighbors. When I have a maintenance request they usually go the same day or the next day! I defenitely will recommend this apartments if you need a place that you can afford. By the way is a lot better than few other apartment complexes around this area.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“Average apartments. I have lived in the area for over 5 years and this is the best in the area. I had a/c problems but were fixed. I recently moved out because of my pets. I would move back.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“There are mice, roaches, ants, and BEDBUGS!! Do not move here!”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“My step mother lives in these apartments and I've gone to visit her multiple times. These apartments are as cheap as you can get. Unless you have nowhere else to turn, I suggest you do not move into these apartments. Napoleon Square is for people who cannot afford to live any better. You get what you pay for, that's all there is to it. She has roaches everywhere, people pee off their balcony into her patio, throw trash into it. The sewer is always backing up right in front of her doors. Also, the traffic flow is amazing in this complex. I'm not sure what happened, but the way the traffic is supposed to flow is a little poorly planned. One last thing, the "security guards" are afraid themselves. They don't guard anyone and they hardly ever do their job by taking down the license plate of your car as you drive through. All that to say, I was disgusted by the place.”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“THESE PEOPLE WILL MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, THEY ARE MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THEIR POOR MAINTENANCE, YOU LITERALLY RUN OUT OF WATER ALMOST EVERY WEEK. THE SEWERS GET OVER FLOODED WITH SH*** ALL THE TIME SO YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU STEP AND IT STINKS LIKE IT. I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND THAT IS WAY TOO MUCH. THE GATES ARE RIDICULOUS I HAVE NEVER SEEN LINES THIS BIG IN THAT WHOLE YEAR UNTIL YESTERDAY AND TODAY!!! BUT THEY OFFER YOU A CARD FOR 'ONLY' $25 SO YOU DON'T GET ASKED FOR YOUR ID AT THE GATE BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO WAIT IN FREAKIN LINE FOR AN HOUR BEFORE YOU CAN GET IN!!! THEY SURE KEEP RECORD OF WHO COMES IN BUT NOT AT WHO GOES OUT!!! I HAVE BEEN THREATEN TO BEING BURNED WITH GASOLINE AND MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO!!! OH AND THE OFFICE WON'T CARE BECAUSE IF YOU WANT TO BREAK LEASE YOU HAVE TO PAY OVER $1,000.00 AND IM SERIOUS ABOUT THIS. THERE ARE RATS, I HAVE A TWO YEAR OLD BABY AND I FOUND A FREAKIN DEAD RAT IN MY LIVING ROOM. (AND I GOT THE "NEWLY REMODELED" APARTMENT!!! THIS IS JUST SICK!!! BTW, THEIR POOLS NEVER OPENED THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER ONLY THE ONE BEHIND THE OFFICE AND OF COURSE IT WAS FULL YOU COULDN'T EVEN SWIM IN IT BECAUSE OF HOW CROWDED IT GOT!!! MY A/C KEPT BREAKING ALL SUMMER!!! LAUNDRY ROOMS NEVER WORK AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP FALLING APART!”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“I stopped by in 2010 I came back to Texas almost 20 years to the date November 1986 The area had changed alot but the property still had the ambience I loved The year I worked their I then moved on to Greenspoint. Regaurdless. Of the stories and cheap rents I found more class in some of the people their than some of the areas of Houston Unfortunately for me being actually homeless since 2003 for reasons I still can't explain. It was funny returning to Texas and Houston almost 20 years to the day as in the eighties Jerry W Goedde Homeless Panam City and Panama City Beach Florida just turned 45”
— 6001 Bissonnet St · Houston“For the first 3 years I over looked the sewage everywhere because it didn't affect my section nor my way in or out. There is tons of floodage when it rains if even a little rain. The ONLY exit always floods. Sercuirty is VERY rude. Residents can BUY a card that allows access to come in without passing sercuirty but it never works. So between 7-9am and 4-7 pm you will be waiting in a line 2 blocks long to get into your on home while the sercuirty check cars without parking stickers. I like the idea, but there should be 2 lines. I had an issue with a sercuirty which ended up with him being wrote up for threatening me and calling me a B!t$h just because I would not bow down to him. If you are outside walking your pet or just enjoying the night after 11pm you will be rudely told to go in. I understand they are trying to protect us BUT they have it all wrong. Some of us work different hours. POOLS are always broken or down. There are 100's of wild cats. WORST of all there is many apartment that are infested in BED BUGS. Although the apt complex take action it will never work if they dont make the tenats do a better job of preparing for it. Office empolyees are very nice during the contract signing process but not as nice after they have you. The young front ladies are always on their personal calls. MOST of the employees are nice though. Maintanance are awesome and quick. I stay here because of convienence. Close to everything and everyone. But this will be my last year because it keeps getting worse here. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and if you like to sleep on the weekends at all then this isn't the place for you. VERY Loud music and parties. If you call sercuirty they will try to control it but not enough.”
