“Don't even waste your gas driving here. The girl from the office acted like she didn't want to answer my questions. She didn't offer for me to have a seat or give me a floor plan all she really had to say was i needed to "qualify to live there." You can keep your attitude and i'll take my money somewhere else.”

“This is the WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVE IN. I WILL NEVER WISH ANYONE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD. MANAGEMENT IS NEVER THERE MAIL BOXES ARE BROKEN INTO. IM NOT ON HOUSING AND PAY MARKET VALUE FOR THE APARTMENT. THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WOLL CALL YOU BACK NEVER DO. APARTMENT HAS MOLD IN IT AND HAS NEVER BEEN CLEAN. FULL OF ROACHES THEY DONT CARE BECAUSE THEY DON'T STAY THERE. APARTMENT MANAGER MUST BE SLEEPING WITH SOMEONE IN CORPORATE OFFICE BECAUSE SHE IS NEVER AT WORK. TO GET THINGS FIX YOU HAVE TO CALL 7 TIMES. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS FOR ANYONE. PLUS TRASH EVERY WHERE OUTSIDE. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AT ALL WILL NOT RENEW LEASE AT THIS APARTMENT EVER!!!!!!!!”

“I BEEN HERE FOR 3YRS AND THIS PROPERTY HAS WENT DOWN! EVERY SINCE THEY PUT THEM HOOD RATS GOT INTO THE OFFICE IT HAS BEEN DOWN HILL... THEY DONT PAY THE TRASH PEOPLE TO COME PUT UP THE TRASH. THEY HADN'T PICKED UP THE TRASH IN 3 WEEKS!!”

“I lived here at this complex for a year and it is HORRIBLE!! Don't let the outside fool you by driving by during the week come on the weekends when they have not cleaned up all the trash from the nasty residents not putting trash in dumpsters!! They have RATS, ROACHES it's just NASTY and the Akeha Green Manager on Duty is a thief!! Make sure if you move there beware she will STILl your RENT and DEPOSIT!! She also has a NASTY ATTITUDE I wanted to move out 2months after I moved in! Neighbors are Rude and you can hear everything they do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO-ONE MOVING TO THESE APARTMENTS UNLESS YOU ARE ------ CAUSE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! And NO I was NOT ON HOUSING I PAID MARKET RENT.”

“I've been here for only 2 months but I already have enough to make a review on. First the good. They are very nice and very spacious. Crown-Molding, beige walls, paneled doors. It is a very lovely apartment. One of the nicer complexes in Acres Homes. It's also pretty safe, I can leave at anytime and not feel worried about my safety. The Bad. They don't allow pets (although I have seen quite a few on leashes). The walls are VERY thin. My neighbors are always waking me up. I hear every word my downstairs neighbors say, I hear EVERYtime they yell at their children. I can hear my neighbors next door when they play their music, I hear my neighbors across the hall everytime they're entering their apartment and I hear everything that's going on outside as if it were going on in the other room. This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the type of neighbors I have, bringing me to... The Ugly Loud, ------, Unhappy Hoodrats. They fight all the time, argue all the time and for some unknown reason... they feel that outside their apartment is the best place to do this. There is not a week that goes by that I'm not awaken by one of their chicken fights. It's ridiculous. The Bottom Line This would be a lovely place to live if the tenants weren't so awful!”

“The outside area is ALWAYS filthy. I've never seen such inconsiderate and dirty people (tenants). The tenants do not utilize trash cans, but just dump trash all over the parking lot or from the staircases to the ground below. It looks more like a junk yard rather than a place of residence. The gates are always broken, and a lot of the tenants there are questionable.”

“well i have lived her at little york villas for almost a yr. i havent hand any major problems with the office manger (ada) the only problem i had is a mice!!! yess!! what i couldnt understand how in the a mice get on the 3rd floor.. i called the office and told ada. she got pest control right on... the apartments are fairly new.. about 4yrs old... and its BASIC ON YOUR INCOME SOME UNITS. i really dont think i would lease again due to the 3 bedrooms are to much, and plus the area. u the people from across thr street come ova and tear everything up trash, dirty the pool and start fights !!! but other then that its quite in the front of the apts... and the maintence is good!!”

“I think the apartment are okay but the management makes it very impossible for me to live here she is very rude and vindictive( Ada Alexander )so i will be looking to move and it is a shame i been here 4 years and i want to move because of her. corporate needs to see that it is a problem.”

“I have read the reviews that were given I have been here almost 3 years and it's not that bad. The manager is very good considering the person I had to deal with at other apartment communities. She is not rude... I have been in the office when a disruptive person came in and it was handled very well given the ordeal. I do have to ask if someone owed money why did they not pay it if they had the money. Why would you allow an eviction to be given? The walls are thin and there are problems with people coming from across the street but again I have had no problems.”

“I have been in the complex since they opened. This is a low income community that also accepts housing vouchers. On the outside looking in ths is a fairly good complex until you lease compared to the others around. You soon come to find that cheap is not better. The walls a extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors full conversation from one bathroom very well and those walking/talking outside even when I am in the shower from the other. They sent out letters asking tenants to be mindfull of neighbors because of this issue. From day one the foundation has been bad. I have cracks in my wall and along the baseboards. I had and still do have issues with bugs which I feel is because of this. Not roaches. Spiders are very bad during the summer (big and small so watch where you walk). Mosquitos are also always very bad in the walkway/hallway and management says they aren't responsible to spray. There have been many car thefts including one of mine and a second attempt after that. Access gates are always open/broken, fights frequently, police more frequently now. I found that there are many reports from my complex that are not reported to tenants when I called to report my car theft and the lady who answered said there are always calls from there and that I should move. I don't think she was supposed to but she did. The people from across the street in the homes/complex (trashy housing units)come over and cause trouble (stealing, fighting, noise)all the time. The manager Ada is rude sometimes and uncooperative at times. She is the only leasing agent who has yet to leave in the past 2 1/2 years (atleast 6 different other people so far). Not many people there like her. They are becoming just like the other complexs around. She tries to keep out "bad tenants" by giving evictions but I don't think it is always necessary (no I did not know the evicted tenanats). This is not the best but most definently on the way to being one of the worst. Don't do it unless you just can't afford anything else. I left 1 month ago.”

“I have been there for six months and its horrible at night they have people from a community across the street that come and steals out of cars and the apartment and also fight at night the manager is rude inconsiderate "ADA" PROPERTY MANAGER she will not compromise with you.I have been evicted over $50.00 late charge within 20 days on my last month staying there. $50.00? i called the cooperate office and they dont answer to report her. i had wanted to stay there temporarly until i get into a home and i was ready to move after 3 months . trust me im not talking bad cause i got evicted, but it was horrible and to make it worst i got evicted and i make very good money. the manager put alot other people out but it never got to me.if you want somewhere nice to stay visit it at night and ask alot of questions about management.”

“I have lived there for about 2 years now. Its quite and I never had any problems with anyone. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent place to live. The manager is a nice person and things get done pretty fast.”
