“I haven’t really had any issues. You put a request in for maintenance they’re pretty much on it quickly. Still waiting on my ceiling to get fixed though every time it rains my ceiling leaks but I think they’re working on getting it fixed, fingers crossed before it rains again. The community is quiet and clean. The gates always work to my knowledge I’ve only been here since 4/11. Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming and the process was easygoing. The pool is nice as well as the gym. Can’t really complain I’m happy I moved back.”

“I couldn’t have found a more perfect place for my family and I than cortland copper springs! Brookelyn is seriously so sweet and always goes above and beyond for her residents. Very convenient location to everything as well.”

“I absolutely love this property! It is so close to 290 and the beltway which creates easy access to and from work and my kids school it super close to the property! Wonderful staff is the key to my happiness as well!”

“Over all a decent community but over priced for the amenities provided. No real adherence to certain rules, specifically supervision of children in the pool area. Apartments are average and were clean upon move in.”

“The place is great. Greats customer service, good people, nice neighbors, good pool, nice gym (could be better). Within 5 minutes you have all of the stores you can think of, Kroger, HEB, Aldi, Sam's, a Starbucks and a barbershop. Easy access to a highway.”

“I love the office staff and so does my dog! Shout out to Kevin, Kallista, Sonya and Heather. I’m sad I have to move back to New York. They always answer phones and ready to help. Especially for those packages.”

“I lived here for about 3 years. The staff is always helpful. Property is clean and quiet. Maintenance works really to get work orders completed fast. I loved the fitness center and their yoga classes they have every Wednesday. Had to move to another Cortland community due to my job transfer. But you will love it here.”

“I love my apartment. I love the location and the floor plan. I’m on the first floor. The neighbors above me are very noisy. It sounds like someone is running and knocking over furniture. I understand that apartment living can be noisy to some degree. But the hard thumps that startles me sounds like stomping, running and heavy items like furniture hitting the floor very hard. The degree of thumps and bumps I’m hearing is abnormal. It doesn’t coincide with normal activity.”

“I love where this property is located, right off 290 with quick access to beltway. The propety customer service is awesome, they are nice and very quick to reply. They answer emails and texts almost immediately. It's an older property but they maintain it and do not avoid residents.”

“Amazing property. We toured and leased here. A family emergency came up where we had to cancel but we will defiantly be back once we clear up a few things. The property is pretty. Pool is nice and gym if huge.”

“We love it here. Been a resident for 2 years now. The apartment is so much like home. My children love the pool and the gym. Community is quiet and clean. Walking distance to the high school my kids attend. They hate riding the bus so that makes it very convenient. Office staff have always been very helpful. We plan to renew next year.”

“This property is located very conveniently off of 290 which is perfect for me because of trips to Austin. The fitness center is huge and the staff in the office are very quick to respond via email and assist you when visiting the management office. Kevin made my tour very fun and informative. I love that you do not have to go all the way to the third floor to not have anyone above you! Maintenance is very quick to respond. There is a 24/7 maintenance hotline. The stairs are very few and it's great exercise honestly! Very close to Cypress where there is great shopping and dining options.”
