“The management staff is very welcoming. They worked during the Christmas holiday to get us moved in. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, smelled so good the first day and the overall layout is very well planned. There is a bus stop for my kids right at the front and everything feels very safe. So happy with this move!”

“Loved it. We looked and leased the same day. I love the gym and pool. Concerns are the open mailbox center. It's nice to offer a hi tech pkg for tenants. Some large windows with no blinds may make it awkward but will know after the move in.”

“Office and maintenance staff, Susana, Alex, Jazzmine, Zack, David and Mirna are above and beyond on my moving in experience and my house it's perfect, thank you sooo much guys, y'all are amazing, I really appreciate it?”

“The property is nice and clean. Nice gym and pool area. The community itself is very quiet hardly anyone every really out. Property at one point had security that would drive through at night but believe it may have been stopped havent seen anyone in a while. There are also no cameras onsite well atleast that seem to be apparent other than in the gym. Perk that it's near so much retail and restaurants. The only issue is parking when you have guest it can get a little hectic since there is not much free space available occasionally will have neighbors have guest blocking driveways. Getting in and out of the complex can be a pain during times of traffic since the majority of the entrances get blocked by cars trying to access I10 side road, and traffic cutting through since the gates are broken a majority of the time. Street noise for homes along the outer edges can get loud usually all through the night.”

“Quiet, clean, very nice staff and maintenance team. Grounds well kept and maintained. . Affordable monthly options for paying rent. Close proximity to lots of entertainment. Trash service is always on time.”

“This are nice little townhouses, super close to i10 and memorial area. You definitly hear the cars on the road but its managable. I like how it has attach cover garages. Only real negative is the is not much green areas for kids or dogs.”

“The townhomes here are absolutely beautiful with multiple living spaces brings everything you want from a home without the hassle of owning one. I would highly recommend anyone to move here if given the chance”

“The community is very quite and easy access to the highway and shopping centers. Jazzmine went above and beyond to explain the details, answered all my questions and always answered my emails and phone calls. She is great to work with.”

“Gerald was nice, but this property lack of communication to future residents is horrible!! You start off wrong with not communicating, so that tells me ot would be worse if I move in. These are a no go for me! Was on the path of moving forward, then they just stop communicating with you! What a shame, because I really did like these”

“I like this town houses because they have a good location, for me it is important to live close to my work, it is friendly with animals and they give you suggestions. Apparently the property is fine and I hope it is like that living there. I have reviewed several sites and this is according to the budget to live comfortably.”

“It is a lovely place to live. It's quiet for the most part and super convenient. The property is well kept and the staff are always so helpful. The community seems to be pretty safe as well. Really happy living here.”

“The leasing staff was amazing and patient with us. We'd only had a few days to get everything in to move. Gerald was always friendly and took care to help us find the unit that was right for us. Jasmine was always there with a smile and helping hand and I'm not sure of the managers name but she too was available to help when we needed it. They were very responsive and quick about everything.”

“The Arrabella has a Wonderful Staff and Excellent Maintenance Team. Additionally, all of the Community opens areas are kept very clean and neat. Also, the updated paint job on all of the buildings outside have made the area more beautiful.”

“Maintenance personnel have no idea what they are doing. No matter how many times you tell them and make them aware of the problem, they don't understand and never fix anything. Almost 6 months since I moved, nothing in my original request form is fix. They come to the apartment and leave a note of job "completion". But the work never gets done.”

“It was a great experience overall. But gates on property were open and broken. No sense of security. Also no follow up was made when was told I would receive a call about a unit. Which was exciting because the units go fast and never received a follow up.”
