“This place is the WORST in the area. My best friend lives there, and there is not enough parking for the residents and their guests, especially if you have more than one adult with a vehicle per apartment (even a two bed-room apartment). The office/management staff is incompetent; rude; and poorly responsive to maintenance requests! Not having working heat on the coldest night of the season, or a broken A/C unit for weeks on end in September, cracked foundations and broken tile floors, not to mention mold and rats, is not a well maintained complex! The rift-raft transient traffic through the complex feels unsafe. They advertise park-like settings in their courtyards...in reality they are -------like courtyards. RENTER BEWARE! The experience is as bad as the complex looks!”

The managers and the staff are very nice and very helpful. The apartments area are kept very clean. And many of my neighbors have lived here for many many years. Daokta Woods Apartments feels very safe even although there are no gates. Also good price with big units and big closets!!! I will stay here for many years and reccommend very highly.”
“It would be a nice place to live if management would fix things and you don't care about "attitude" and outside appearance. Ms. Suzanne Feather is only concerned about Dakota Woods' Financial Interest, not fixing things. If you like a convenient place to live, but don't care about things being fixed, functioning and her "attitude", this is it!!! OH, by the way, she took $25.00 off of my rent in lieu of replacing the filthy carpet; so, I pay $450.00 instead of the $475.00. In fact, it looks like I will be filing suit against her shortly in small claims court because my heater hasn't been working in a year, I, initially, had to spend my own money to buy space heaters, then argue with her to buy 2 more--which she refuses to supply. My suggestion: run for your life--if you like things fixed, decent, functioning and working.”

Everyone i've met that lives here is real nice.”
