“The manager is Tina and she seems okay but can not speak Spanish, another girl in the office speak Spanish. There's no pool here, but a good park for the kids to kick ball. They had a Halloween thing for the kids and that was good too. Most is -------- or Asian in here, and is close to Asian supermarket. The maintenance guy James is nice, sometimes fix things that you don't even know need to be fix, like dryer vent or a/c clean. The elementary school is across the street and there is lots of buses or shopping with Walmart.”

“I have been living for 7 years here. I have been paying $450 a month. Lisa is a very bad manager. But now 2012 oct. 18 she had been kicked out because of being robbing money from the money order.If you have a dog and want to take it in the apartments, take that though of your mind.You can't even take a dog in here.The playground needs a lot of improvement! The pool,very bad.It is so green they drained out. So come to this apartments. OH, just in case there is police man in here every week from 8:00 pm to 8:10 pm.”

“I have been living in this complex for over a yr now. The only reason why I stay is because the rent is cheap. I pay $550.00 a month really $595.00 because I have to pay water. This is one of those places where you get what you pay for. The staff when I moved in was horriblew, Lisa is the apt mgr and she only cares about the money that is obvious. Tina, has gotten better and now they have a -------- woman that is there temporary and she is nice. The apartments have potential they really do, if managment would do there job and if they would fix up the places and do something about the ROACHES they would be able to rent out more apartments and build their revenue. There is 1 maintenance man, and occassionally they have other men from apartments down the street come over and help out. The property like I said has potential someone just needs to invest in fixin the place up. The people they let move in I dont even think they have "real paperwork". There have been times where I have seen 5 families come in and out of a 1 bedroom apartment. They have however let some tenants go that did not belong there. It is getting a little better by the minute. Not the safest are to live in. There are alot of conviences, there is a elementary school across the street, Walmart, HEB, Foodtown, that are walking distance. Never had any issues with the neighbors. The only problem is that there are kids running around everywhere and there are no parents to be found. Hopefully it gets better.”

“This is areally ------- such apartment. when you ask for fixinf something, always delay, or never come, flood, washing machine or dryer are dead,stoves ------- dead, the door too old, mold in wet places, stolen. dirty The stupid bich lisa, always answer rule or lies, never rent in this ------- stupid Bristol court apartment, with the stupid Lisa sun of the bich.”

“the apartment so far is good. the managent is very good.they are always full because of the good pricing.all units do have a washer and a dryer. lately things have been very terrible.the very nearest comlpex had a good number of people who just came moved in like in just after Katrina.they broke down the fence seperating Aspen ridge and this complex. they could slip through the gate and come in here .just a coulpe of weeks after that more than three Honda Accords were stolen from here all within two weeks and with some cases done with exchange.Since the mayor decided to take down the gang prior the holidays,this complex has now bocame as cool and quiet like it used to be.”

“this is a really bad place to live. the management sucks and they seems to be plainly stupid.<br>the security is a no no and the management do nothing about it”

“Since new management took over and cleaned up the apartments it has been great. The staff is very friendly, my apartment is very cute and the maintenance is always working to keep the community pretty.”

“I´ve had one car stolen off the property and another vandalized twice. The property has foundation problems, so there are large cracks in the walls. The carpet has gotten wet/flooded at least 4 or 5 times since I´ve been there and the padding nor the apartment has ever been changed until this last incident that occured on Father´s Day. I have endured the leaks from the air conditioner, dish washer, vent in the bathroom from there being a hole in the roof, and my upstairs neighbor´s water heater (which had a hole in it). The response is very slow. This past Sunday, I had to call for maintenance from 2:46am to 9:30am that morning. Maintenance finally came out at 11 am. Yes, they sucked up all the water and finally changed the padding in the hall way and partial padding in the bedroom, but my carpet has never been changed and the place smells. I´ve been putting carpet fresh on the carpet. There are water stains on the bedroom walls and ceilings by the bathroom from the water heater upstairs (water was leaking / dripping inside the walls). No one has come out to treat the walls or re-shampoo the carpet. You can live at Bristol Court if you want to, but I guarantee you that you won´t be pleased at all. You can get better service in the projects.”

“There apartments are TERRIBLE. I wouldn´t recommend these to my enemy. They will not fix anything unless you call the Houston Apartment Association on them. The office manager/staff are so rude you don´t even want to call to try to get something fixed. They have so many inconsistencies in the rules you wouldn´t believe it if I told you. Yes it´s cheap, but I recommend you pay the difference at a better property!!! <br> <br>I would NOT recommend Bristol Court to anyone!!!! <br>”
