“DO NOT LIVE HERE YOUR MONEY IS WORTH BETTER THAN LIVING WITH RATS THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT EVER THEY DONT EVEN WARN U ABOUT THE RATS.......THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR SURE AND LEAVE U WITH THE RATS”

“It is sad how I have to pay extra money to have law enforcement hand deliver paperwork because the head of security loves to threaten and use profanity. He threatens with using force for everything and has a history of doing the same thing at other locations. He is never there because he lives in Dallas where he works full time but has his friends live there and pretend to work. There is crime and shady stuff going on and isn’t a safe place to be at. The city should look into what kind of security company this place hires and if all the paperwork is legit. Walking around with guns and threatening is never the answer. Now I have to go through the local law enforcement agency for assistance. They even cover up crimes there. If a lawyer was to get involved I know this place will be shut down. How can the owner hire people who think they are above the law or pretend he doesn’t have these security doing his dirty work. City hall should be notified asap as well as the news and they will uncover so much illegal stuff happening.”

“I grew up in Park Houston in the mid 90s. My mother still lives there, she has been there for over 25 years. (Dont ask me why?) But I have seen alot there and experienced many things there. (Too many for me to name.) I went to college and got out of there. I still see many familiar faces when I go home. Truth be told outside of the horrible roach problems, if you can do better, please do. It is not a place to raise children. I have suffered many scares there. I would not dream of going back. I wish my mother would move. But I saw some thing about Ms. Flintroy that was such a shame. This lady managed that complex for many years, through high crime times, I remember. She showed me and my family respect. Take what you will from this post. God bless.”

“I lived here for a year they never remold anything.they are infected with rats,roaches mold, mildew ,bed bugs.deep pot holes that tearing up your tires.the stairs are missing bolts cracks in them.it's crazy everyone paying different prices on rent.with the same units.the ate raising rent $200 more.the a/c they control.alot of elderly people are getting sick.several section are boarded up do plumbing &mildew.they don't allow the news people in the gates.murders,shooting,drug .name it.the tenners get harassed by the security guard.the line to come in is long like Popeye's on Tuesday.they think cause they are all bills paid &free cable we should accept the living conditions....”

“I live there from 2010 to present. I can't say that I have had any problems, I really wish that they will do some structural repairs, but you can't beat the fact all bills are included as well as direct TV. I haven't witness a series of crimes and all the other stuff that people said. From what I have seen i think things has gotten a little better. I don't hang outside and neither does my daughter. The neighbors around me are very friendly even the young men. I know that they do sell their stuff but they are very respectful to me. I mind my own business, but I am ready to move because I need to upgrade.”

“I have a relative living there, and he cannot stay in his apartment during the summer months because it is toooooo hotttttt! The a/c does not cool even during the late or early hours of the morning. He shas to come and spend the night with me. If manage,emt cannot afford to get the master unit repaired, they shold at least installed windows units in at least one room so you can at least find some comfort in the outrageously high rent you have to pay for with no a/c. The manager use to live on-site and I am quite sure the reason she does is for free rent and I am assured that she could not sand for the 100% temp inside of her unit on a daily basis during the summer months. Having o a/c that you are paying for should be aganist the law. I truly the a/c is either turned down very low or not at all in order to save money and to attract renters by having an all bills paid complex. But hot as it is, if you offer a/c that works then you should have it. Anyway, either way it go, you are truly paying for it in the high rent. I would not recommend anyone to live there.”

“I haven't moved into the apartments yet,but as far as I can see the complex it has improved a lot, I have nothing bad to say about the apartments yet. The staff seems really helpful and wants to please.”

“I moved in this apartments for a couple of months while my condo was being fixed and the week i moved in some one robbed and killed this mexican kid. The management didn't send out an alert or anything. the apartment was also susp to come w/free cable but i don't have that nor air. It is hot as all get out in those bricks, the fight constintly, management is a big joke, all Cindy sorry but doing is taking up space. She moved me by a whole lotta old folks and then the next week moved in some dope dealers who have 2 big pit bulls, i can't sleep and it is a nightmare. I will be moving next month - hopefully the city will shut it down.”

“I HAVE BEEN THERE ALMOST A YEAR AND THEY AINT FIXED NOTHING.THE MANAGEMENT IS THE SORRIEST.TRASH EVERYWHERE AND THE DUMPSTERS ARE ALWAYS FULL....OOOOOH AND WE AINT GOING TO TALK ABOUT THE -------- SECURITY......I WILL NEVER EVER MOVE TO THIS ---- HOLE EVER AGAIN EVEN IF THEY WERE RENT FREE, AND CINDY'S --- IS THE SORRIEST PEACE OF ASSISTANT TRASH THERE IS TO BE OVER THOSE -------- APARTMENTS.ALL SHE WANT IS THE RENT THAT MF CAN BE ABOUT TO FALL IN AND AND SHE WOULDNT GIVE A DAMN IF YOU DIED FROM THE MOLD IN THE WALLS SHE ONLY WANTS THAT -------- --- 575$ RENT MONEY.IF YOU ASK ME I WOULD SAY BURN THEM ------- DOWN WITH MANAGEMENT IN THEM....HAHAHAHAHAHAHA”

“ITS OKAY MY NEIGHBORS ARE NOISY BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY HAVE REALLY GOOD SECURITY AND THEY ARE PROMPT ABOUT GETTING THINGS FIXED. ALL THEY ASK YOU TO IS PAY YOUR RENT YOU DONT HAVE TO PAY ANY BILLS THAT INCLUDES CABLE ITS VERY REASONABLE. IF YOU STAY TO YOURSELF YOU WILL STAY OUT OF ALOT MESS AND TROUBLE AS ANY OTHER APTS THERE IS DRUGS AND PROSTITUTION, AS WELL AS ALOT OF MESS BUT THATS ANYWHERE YOU GO SO IF YOU ARE LOKKING TO SAVE MONEY AND LIVE BILL FREE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU”

“i lived their all ma life and its increnible dat people still live their. park houston is full of drug dealing hoes and all dis other things u dnt want yo kids around when i was livin their a man had died next door to me and it really smelled nasty i complained about it but they never took da body out till like 1 month later and they just took da body out they didint even clean in their and then they covered da entrance wit sum wood ma advice 2 u is find sumthing better than dis ------ --- apartments cuz if u got kids they gone grow up selling drugs and getting alot of hoes pregnant and i dnt think u want dat”

“The 6 months that I resided here was reminiscent of a low security prison camp. The perimeter of the complex is ringed with razor wire and barbed wire. Drug dealing and prostitution are rampant. Noise is very common in the wee hours of the morning (2:00 AM - 4:00 AM) , so it was usual to have a short night of rest. Insect and animal vermin are a on-going problem, and the manager Mrs. Flintroy will always promise to respond to requests but often never fulfills her promise. The place is owned by some absentee landlord who invests the absolute minimum to just barely keep the Health Department from totally condemning this dump for being hazardous to one's health in numerous ways! I couldn't wait to get outta here. If you have children, they are destined to be corrupted by all the negativity at this place. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM HERE.”
