She claims I need to call their insurance people "E premium" and dispute it with them. THEY HAVE NOT CHARGED ME! The man i spoke with said my insurance is good the actual apartment complex has been "screwing me over" 1 because I have my own insurance and 2 because its over priced... they dont charge what I'm having to pay!!!! The conversation with E premium was recorded. Adriana HAS ALL THE PROOF and still claims its not them stealing.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Angie is the best leasing agent, she is very helpful. Any questions or concerns she will help all the way. Go see Angie she will get you right. Come to Huntington Glen beautiful property. ?? 1,2, and 3 floors of apartments.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“These people are absolute CROOKS. They are literally preying on people who work hard for an honest living, but their circumstances are the best. They make people believe they are here to help you & provide you with a comfortable place to live for the price they charge. I have had water stains in my ceiling in 3 different rooms for months from my upstairs neighbors flooding their apartment & no one will come take care of it. The trash is constantly overflowing, there’s a roach infestation that has taken over the entire complex, the office staff is some of the worst I’ve ever seen & the maintenance staff are even worse. Please believe all the other bad reviews. This place is awful & I strongly regret moving here. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of this nightmare.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“The management has changed several times over the last 2 years. They refuse to fix anything and seem to have a lack of concern about particular tenants. The property is filthy, the security gates are usually broken, constant gun fire at night and the employees in the front office will tell you anything to get you out of their faces. And the 5 star reviews that's been posted lately are really suspect seeing I have pictures and emails that paint a totally different picture. And to top it off they have given vague answers about missing funds and charges that are flat out ridiculous! Even over charging for water...smh”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Worst place I ever lived ! Nothing but problems one after the other it takes weeks before they do anything. They put a band aid on things when they do finally come. There is not enough room on here to tell you everything. Just do your self a favor and stay away from here. Also you may have to wait weeks just for a mail box key. tho it’s not hard to get your mail if you have a mail box with no door. This place is disgusting! One more thing if you have a emergency and the office is closed you will get a recording saying they are not in then click. They have a work order number but they don’t care if it’s a emergency! if you like the slum’s and nothing done and the gun shots you will love it here.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“They towed my vehicle while on military orders for expired tags three days after expiration, the ones which they gave me after I told them I would extend the lease for my time that I am gone. Worse yet the car was parked on the visitor side of the lot. There is a ton of other issues that more fall under you get what you pay for, cheap housing, safety concerns, health concerns. but the predatory seizure of property set me over the edge on this. Also management still haven’t called me after a week”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“WHEN I SAY BELIEVE EVERY COMMENT YOU READ PLEASE DO! The reviews are true! This is the worst apartment complex in history! The apartment staff is HORRIBLE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I have witnessed this lady be rude and disgusting to tenants and she’s that way because that’s just how she look! A hot mess! There are shoot outs every single night! The property is run down and very dirty! They’ll get you in fast just to be in a very nasty apartment where nothing works! I moved in 2 months ago and I didn’t pay them a dime because I don’t care and the apartment was horrible! This isn’t good living conditions at all. They will make everything sound good and get you in but please save your time and money because I promise you do not want to live in a ROACH INFESTATION”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Don't move here management not professional at all .....never have hot water swa the new property management doesn't care...and the apartment's are roache infected...save yourself and move else where”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Today I was sexually violated by the apartment staff. They walked into my apartment with out announcing anything. Two guys walked into my bathroom with a cell phone I don't know if he was recording or taking pictures and I'm completely naked. I made the wrong choice by staying here. Went to talk to the manager and she act like it no big deal. Don't even feel safe in my own apartment.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“I got approved for an apartment, paid my deposit, had a move in date, and one of the workers called me and told me that the current renters decided to do month to month, that the apartment was no longer available and that they would refund my money. It has been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back. I called them several times and they are rude or put me on hold and never pick up. I have tried to reach out to their regional manager and corporate manager and still nothing! I have contacted an attorney because that’s just ridiculous and very inconsiderate. I am here from another state with 3 children and they won’t give me my money back for an apartment I never even lived in!!”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“I been living here for nearly nine years and I have never seen or been through what I'm going through now....! Since GVA- has taken over, It's been nothing but hell living here. It's rat and roach infested , the manager that's do nothing but lie, she sits on work orders, the property manager is by far the worst I have ever seen. She does nothing but smoke and stays on her phone . maintenance staff isn't what it used to be, security gates -isn't secured, they broken, they allowing anybody to move in, drugs are being sold on the property, more tenants live over here with pit bulls, I transferred from one unit to another unit and nothing was fixed. All the owner cares about is money. He's not trying to take care of his tenants who pay their rent on time, pretty much before it's due. Some tenants don't want to fix up their apartment because you never know if it's going raining in your unit from water leaking from someone else unit... I can't wait until my lease is up! I'm posting some photos of how It was when I move into this apartment. The apartment manager walk through the apartment taking pictures stating that she is going to work on everything and never did nothing it's going on two months and I have to literally curse them out to get things fixed in my unit. My apartment have a odor coming from the air conditioner it's dirty on the inside of it I reported it and no one ever came in to clean it up ...! It's to the point I'm scared to use my heater when the time comes because it might catch on fire because it's dirty inside of it etc. This is located in Houston Texas, Huntington Glen Apartments on Kirkwood and Bissonnet St. Please don't let the outside or what's being posted on fool you! It's a trap so they can fill up their empty vacancies unit !”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Don't move here unless you absolutely can't find anywhere else. Staff is unresponsive to any concerns you will have. New owners and new staff bring with them a whole new level of ------ to this complex. Can't wait until my lease is completed. Update: Was told security footage is no longer available. Whirl I seriously doubt that, the three weeks it took to request on the staffs part didn't help. At the least this shows a serious lack of concern for the safety of their tenants. At the worst it could be criminal, who or what are they hiding?”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“In the beginning it was great now its horrible due to new management if you call to speak to the manager she's never available she never return my calls the building I'm in is roach infested I was told if I want them to exstremanate with something more effective I have to pay. I'm still waiting for them to replace cracked damaged discolored sheetrock in my bedroom caused by leaks. They are now leasing to anybody so it seems the new neighbors are loud and ------ no class at all I can't wait for my lease to end in December I hate coming here after work you never know what you may come home to like no hot water. I would have never signed a new lease had it not been for financial reasons but my finances are better now thank God and I can't wait to move”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Apartment is nice, rat problem, outside shootings. It's best to just go to work and come straight home. I've only been here for about 6 months and I am already ready to go. I thought I t was peaceful, no problems with rats coming into your home. It's NO for me. I don't feel safe with me and my child having to deal with outside shootings while trying to get in the house very disturbing and uncomfortable to call this place home.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Overall the community itself is very quiet and calm haven't had a issue at all. Only concern is the front office lady "Rosy" I feel like she has something against my family or something cause every time she feels like she can talk to my wife and myself any kind of way and just be very rude. She's not professional at all. Omar is my guy, sucks I can't find him all the time but he's a great front office guy including the property manager she very kind and gets to solve any issue that I've encountered just would wish the whole staff would be the same way”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Great staff, clean apartments. No bugs and if there is any issue they take care of it ASAP. I've been living here for a few years now and even transferred apartment twice. So they will work with you just have to communicate.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Been residing here a month now and I am pleased with my decision to have moved in at Huntington Glen. Friendly and attentive staff, quiet, and friendly neighbors makes for a good place to live. Plus walking distance to shopping and restaurants”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“The community is quiet in which I absolutely appreciate and it appears safe although the area is not known for it. However, some of the staff isn't the friendliest. They will smile but still be rude at the same time or cut you off or role their eyes when they think you are not looking..”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Quiet, well kept, friendly staff. Close to everything. Clean pool, older property, but well maintained. Laundry needs cleaning daily. Excellent enforcement of use of alcohol outside. Excellent job by morning cleaners. Dumpsters kept under control and emptied regularly.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Very good place to live. Location is good. Friendly people around. Quite calm. Flowers are required. Little more light. We need some weekend activity fun fair get together. Weekends music or film or party etc. On site liberary.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“The people in the office are rude and considerate. They will not fix anything, no matter how long you've lived here. They think situations are funny and will laugh right in your face if you have a problem. They've accused me twice of not paying my tent by coming to my house and calling my phone. They need to replace everyone in the office except the manager.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“I have a few complaints, the grounds could be up dated. The parking lot has some cracks and holes that are eyesores, also there is a large trash bin that is always overflowing with trash, furniture, and garbage. It is located on the parking lot occupying several visitor parking spaces.”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“Wonderful experiences here as to date. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous the maintenance take care of things the first time around. The rates are reasonable and good location to shopping and work. This is a great place to stay”
— 12023 Bissonnet St · Houston“For the price and location, the apartment is OK . My complaint is that the apartment was not truly ready before move-in and maintenance request was not responded in a timely manner. Additionally, as my room is facing the parking lots of the apartment, the cars starting and moving in early morning (5 AM !!!) has been really affecting my sleep.”
