No accountability for poor communication or issues that complex has. I asked for a follow up for my move out statement manager told me that a follow up would happen and never did.”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“Parking - is get in where you fit in. Horrible, Assigned parking is a joke. others park in your spot and you call for towing - five hrs. later nothing happens. but they are quick to tow you. Pets - dogs are walking around without a leash, 1 lady ran for dear life with her dog because the other dogs were not on their leash and chased her. Tenants do do pick up the dog poo. Tenants - fighting, kids are always on the stairs playing- when they see you coming, they look at you crazy because you have interrupt them playing. Security - supposedly their is one on property- however, i have seen tires stolen, cars broken into, vandalized and when you call to report on their number- nothing happens. The gate is always broken. Staff- lord, if you go into the office and need assistance- they are the worst. you get an attitude for having the nerves to come in there and talk to them. When you put in a maintain ace request, you don't know if they are don, because the note that they leave says completed but they have to came back or they have to order parts. ALL OF THE WASHERS ARE OLD AND LOUD. You cannot wash without disturbing your neighbors. sounds like the washer has fell through the floor. I cannot wait for this lease to be up.”

— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“Clean & well maintained grounds. Trash compactor is emptied on a regular basis. No roaches! However, the entry ways leading to the units need to be pressure washed & swept. Complex would look nicer. Affordable!”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“Even though the apartments are nice on the inside and the staff working in the office may seem nice, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Once you have signed your lease to live here, the staff doesn't care about you anymore. The parking here is absolutely AWFUL and is the number one reason I am moving next month when my lease is up. They don't have enough parking spots for everyone living here, so they have recently made major changes when it comes to parking. My roommate and I both have cars with only ONE assigned spot. There are unnumbered spots, but they are few and far between. If I was lucky enough to find an unnumbered spot, I would feel stranded and stuck here for the rest of the day because I wouldn't want to lose my unnumbered spot. Even if you only have one car, the visitor parking is basically nonexistent, so it's stressful to have friends/family come over. I have had to tell my visitors to park at Walgreens, and then I would go pick them up from there. I could go on and on about how awful the whole situation is. The staff knows about the issue, but since they claim they can't do anything about it, they resort to being rude, unhelpful, and acting clueless. I promise you can find a better place to live!”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“I have lived here for almost six months and I love the community. The staff is great. They are always very helpful and friendly. Maitenance is very quick when I issue an order to have the light bulbs change or anything I need to be fixed. Neighbors are friendly and it is a very clean and quiet community.”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“The parking is great now that there is assigned parking. Since they have adjusted the parking situation, it is working out a lot better for me. I will definitely be renewing my lease and will continue to refer people. Oh and maintenance is fabulous!!! They come out the same day and I just love that I can enter my own services request on line.”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“The apartments was fine until they got assigned parking spaces now if you have a couple than that live in the same apartment there's no place for the other person to park their vehicle. These apartments isn't big enough to have assigned parking spaces their parking lot isn't big enough for all of the tenants to have a parking spot. Most Apartments have more than one person on the lease and if you have a couple or even three people in an apartment and each has a vehicle there's no spare spaces for their vehicle to park and they tell you to park outside the gate if you can't find a space inside the gate park outside the gate, there's not enough spaces outside the gate to park either. And what really sucks is if you live in building 8 or 9 you're screwed if you have more than 1 vehicle on your lease. I can't wait until my lease is up so we can move.”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“No recommended .. I had really bad experience here , if I can give 1/2 star I wil but I have to pick up one, the apartments looks nice, but the parking issue is a big deal they town the cars every time they want , no warning , I was parked inside where the visitors park and my car got town . There is trash everywhere, people are loud in their apartments, also in the cars out side, the quality of residents lately look trashy, people with dogs don't pick up their poop . Police units constantly comes to solve issues or robberies.. some of girls with the leasing office always have this bad attitude. When I moved out I got charge 10$ for not dusting the fan, even though I clean the drip pans from the stove they charged me $20 and so on . Also the rent is going up even on a 3 Rd floor I used to pay 825$ now will be over $900 for one bedroom. Do yourself a favor don't come here . I know it looks nice on the website, but is not like that at all ..”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“I've been living here since October I'm glad I made the choice of living here the leasing staff are nice the grounds are always kept up with and its a nice and quiet community”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“I've finally have had enough and I need to write this review. So where do I start? Let's start with the staff. They're horrible! They're unfriendly, and act like you're doing them a disservice when you need to have maintenance come to your apartment, have them check the back for a package, or even to renew your lease. Next their parking policy. Registration is out = tow. No sticker = tow. If your out of town and God forbid you get towed, the complex doesn't even give you a courtesy call to inform, instead you come back to find out that you have outrageous tow fees. And the office could care less, they just give you a smug attitude. So if you're trying to live at the DMV then this is your place. Next problem is the residents. I've lived here over a year and I've seen a change in the people moving in. Note: more people move out than in here. I guess they're reading the reviews all over different sites, and the word is getting out how all around bad of a complex this is. Back to my point. When I moved in it was a quiet complex, quiet neighbors. However in the last year the quality of residents has gone completely down hill. There's more garbage thrown on ground throughout the complex. You can smell weed throughout the apartments when you go outside. Residents are noisy, speed through the parking lots, and play there car stereos ridiculously loud when they're parked outside. I've been fortunate enough to have vampires move in above me. Anywhere from midnight to 7 am I wake up to the reenactment of a Blade rave going on above me. The bass of this techno crap is erratic and near impossible to sleep through. I have to grab my broom and bang on the ceiling and yell expletives in order for it to stop. Also the pool has become a disaster. It looks nice on the website, however going to it is a completely different thing. Half the time it's cloudy due to kids grabbing the landscaping rocks and throwing them into the pool, not to mention just throwing them period. Also they now have security at the pool because the occupants are so courtesyous and great residents. You have teenagers rough housing and throwing each other with no concern to young children trying to swim and play. Enough on the residents, I could keep going all day. Like I've said I've lived here a year, paid my rent and water early every month, been polite to the staff through all their nonsense, yet they don't care, you're just another body filling one of their units. So don't let the exterior of the apartments or the staff fool you. This is by far the worse complex I've ever lived in. I can't wait for my lease to end and I'm out! They could offer me a million dollar referral fee, and I still would never refer someone to move in here, it would weigh too heavy on my conscience. Sorry for the one star, I wish they had negative stars to rate this place.”
“I have lived here since May 2015 and I really like it. I did notice my detached garage would be open after I closed it the night before several times but after calling Sears garage dept upon their advice I was able to re-program my garage remote watching you tube videos I have not had any issues since. Michaela is a hard worker, a diamond in the rough, and yes her attitude is improving. Customer service in the office is more genuine and improving in general and overall with new employees who seem to have a higher customer service standard which you can hear over the phone and see in person. Mail service in the office is great and when I forgot my water and walked to the gym the other day the office gave me a cold bottled water upon my request. The gym is nice we have free weights, a small weight bench, treadmills, stationary bikes, stair climbers, bicep, hamstring, upper back and chest press weight machines. The best part about Queenston Manor is The Queenston Grill which has recently opened my son and I checked it out tonight the food and service is amazing. I ordered the shrimp po boy which was perfect I think adding remoulade would turn it up even more...the bread is perfect. My son ordered the burger with bacon it did not dissappoint ...sheer perfection. Queenston Manor apt homes have gorgeous wood laminate flooring, black appliances and detached garages all the things I look for in an apartment home. There is a goodwill 2 minutes away on fm 529, Sprouts is 5 minutes away on Hwy 6. Aldi and .99 cent only, Family Thrift Center, the new Burlington Coat Factory are all less than 10 minutes away. The apartments are quiet and the grounds beautifully kept. Yes sometimes you can hear traffic noise but you don't need earplugs I bought some and have not used them yet. I love my balcony and sometimes use earbuds listening to music when I am on it if I feel I need more peace and quiet. Maintenance is friendly and will chat with you if you like. Also Queenston Manor offers guest of residents rooms for rent for overnight stays at a rate of $75 /per night. I am growing to love my new home more and more every day it has gotten better since I moved in and I am hoping to stay here for as long as I can. I was a homeowner for 10 years when I decided to sell my home and move here. Now when I see the maintenance guys Jose etc I smile and wave because I no longer have to mow a huge yard the grounds here are beautifully maintained. Please keep up the great customer service we appreciate all that you do and each and everyone of you. K. Mayfield”

I had unpleasant experience under prior Manager and due to that I began process of moving. If Tammy had been here sooner I wouldn't be moving. I believe in speaking up when things are not right and also when things are going GREAT! I would encourage anyone to move in. Camillo Properties I would advise you to keep these WONDERFUL LADIES! T. — 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“Very unprofessional leave incorrect notice on door when bills are paid $35.00 water bill paid with rent left notice saying I owe $51.00 to lazy to communicate over the phone when I pay my water and rent on the same Check!!!!!!”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“I have lived here for over a year, we really enjoy it. It is quite and NEW! I give it 5 stars”
— 6700 QUEENSTON BLVD · HOUSTON“This place is the pits. Don't let the exterior fool you into thinking this is a nice facility cause it's not. If you live on the side facing the queenston blvd, prepare to have your ear plugs when you sleep cause you will hear the traffic day and night. Parking is a nightmare if you don't get home early enough to stake your spot, you will have to park way far down from your unit. The dumpster is a joke since you have to walk some ways to throw the trash. The most annoying thing to me for sure is the traffic noise and the damn upstairs tenant that has kids running around, it feels like a earthquake tremor. Overall, this has been the worst apartment living I've ever been in, luckily I only signed a 6 months lease and ready to move out next month. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, trust me you won't be missing much in this complex.”
