“You are better off living under a bridge or living in your car. These apartments have roaches, mold, maintenance takes forever to respond, etc. So disgusting! I would advise looking elsewhere to live. Slumlords.”

“I don't know where to starts About Ms Astrid the tremendous work she do for these apartments. When I say she made my transition into these apartments so easy and fast and very pleasure. Made me feel so welcome. When I have a problem, she gets on it right then and their They really need more people like her in the front office I recommend anyone that's looking to move in these apartments. Pacifically come and ask for her to do your application because you will be very pleased with her Work!!! I wanna Personally acknowledge you and thank you forever”

“2022 update Ok now that I no longer stay there I can leave my honest review without retaliation RUN RUN RUN believe what these people are saying this place is horrible especially for people with children the apartments are full of mold and roaches people let their dogs poop on your porch and anywhere they please the side walks are full of poop and trash I mean it's everywhere the piles of trash are unbelievable I've never seen anything like this maintenance is horrible don't believe the pictures the pool is always green even in the summer that big beautiful weight room on the website is a lie unless the ------ office ladies only have access the mailboxes are falling apart and not secure I stayed there for 2 years and yes I resigned my lease thinking new management would make things better boy was I wrong anyways i put in a work order the first day I moved in the living room light didn't work and the doors fell off the laundry pantry and the toilet bowl was literally disconnected from the floor and the roaches consumed the apartment was all in the lights for 2 years my daughter and I had to live in the same conditions I hired my own pest control but the toliet seeping water all on the floor they didn't care no living room light and pantry doors falling on me and my daughter for 2 whole years .. I also waited for months to get a garage car got towed a few times when I first moved there the lady allowed parking by the office at night but the new Spanish mgr called for all the cars to get towed for parking by the office in a dangerous city ------ ratchet apartments where people are literally getting shot and robbed with Literally no Parking they don't care about their tenats neither does corporate noone returns calls so when I finally got the garage my car got stuck waited 2 days for maintenance was gone be 3 but I had to stay in the office and damn near miss work just for the spanish lady to send them to fix it I couldn't keep paying Uber you think the maintenance man tried to replace the battery or at least check the remote no he cut the wire on the garage and slid the door up manually just sorry 3 different people got shot within my first year my brother couldn't even unload my U-Haul without one of the boys flashing his gun at him these people will not answer your phone call or respond to your messages the ladies in the office are horrible with attitudes except for Paris idk where she went my daughter and I have issues since I left this place her Dr said the mold messed her up these people need to be held accountable I've seen people in the projects living in better conditions”

“They refusing to let me see the apt before move in lying saying the apt wasn't ready to avoid me seeing thr roach iinfestation. The maintenance isn't up to par they are here daily to me doing nothing.. it doesn't take all the maintenance to clean the grounds for 2 3 days.. it takes up to a week or more to get your maintenance request completed. I had over 75 maintenance requests I've only be here under a yr. Luckily I took pictures of everything when I moved in. Maintenance is horrible.. find a different place the apartments would be nice if they were up kept. It almost as if the purposely ignore the maintenance issues.”

“I am fairly new to villa springs , when I first moved in the office staff were extremely nice and effective, since then I've noticed that even though they are very professional and still extremely pleasant to communicate with, I came to believe they are not as communicative with maintenance, I am extremely unimpressed with maintenance, work orders are overlooked and incomplete on a constant basis, I am forced to go to a off site laundry facility because I've been without a washer for a month now , and recently I had to go purchase a microwave because maintenance have yet to come fix the one provided , I have no clicker for my garage and had to pay $300 to get my car out of the pound when It got towed away for parking out front of my garage , while I went in my home to get help opening my garage , I truly believe villa springs has the potential to be great , however there is much work needed.”

“Ive been staying in Villa Springs for over 10 years and I have never really had any issues as of this year I had been complaining about needing new carpet I went in the office and spoke with the new office manager Ms Rebecca which is the sweetest ever she is really for her residents she will sit down and listen to whatever you have a problem with and she will make sure the issues get resolved I now have new flooring and it is so nice it made me reconsider moving the new office staff and maintenance really gets the job done.”

“Ive been here since January and I must admit I was skeptical after seeing some of the older reviews. But when I first visit the apartments I loved them. The apartment was nice and spacious. The washer and dryer & private garage had me ready to sign the lease! I love my place and the office people are nice.”

“I love this community because it is quite and the property is always clean. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and the office staff is always helpful and professional. They have been supportive during the pandemic which makes me love being here even more. I am happy to have found and moved into this complex. M.C.P.”

“I don't like this community because........I been here for a few years and let me tell you they are NOT worth moving in you'll be very disappointed, maintenance suck they will take days to come fix anything and when they do it's rigged together just to call them back to fix it especially the air omg no air during the summer they don't care if you have kids or not, raccoons take over your apartment, roaches that's nasty, mold just sad to live in. I could go on and on but it's not worth it just DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!”

“It's really quiet. I think the negative reviews are old and maybe had different owners. So far I have no complaints except I wish the gates were fixed. Everything works good in my apartment so I'm happy”

“Nice community feel. The office staff was friendly & very informative about the apartment community. The apartments are very big and spacious. I love that they have a washer & dryer in every apartment. I also love the private garages. Seem to be very well kept. Didn't see trash on the grounds neither did I see anyone hanging out. I went back after 9:30 PM and it was just as peaceful as it was during the day if not more peaceful. I have no complaints and I will more than likely be renting here!!!!”

“So apparently the towing service is ripping people off, towing cars that ARE properly parked..which is Theft and can also result in losing a tow drivers life..This is GREENSPOINT NOW THE WOODLANDS..Yes its a young mexican and his homeboy going around taking people cars in the company tow truck thats contracted to these apartments”

“Unless you want to ending up breaking your lease before is up, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE..I read all this reviews and still moved in because I'm the kind of person that believes if you don't mess with anybody nobody would mess or bother you... I was proven safety, gate is always broken which means everybody gets in, I bought the key gate to be able to get in but those were $75.00 wasted because the gate is always open , but if you want to get in the Gym it wont open , management says is a glitch in the system and they fixing it , after going there 3 times and get the same response I decided to get a membership in a public Gym, kids at night knocking at other peoples doors, calling people B(**&^ ,parents on their houses doing nothing and if you say something they want " to F *&$% UP" and management cant do anything about because "they kids" they have useless cameras and "invisibles security guards" at night ,I cant wait to moved out. I'm been in really bad neighborhoods and this is so far the WORST!! they look nice during the day but after 3 PM is a JUNGLE OUT THERE, and they offer free water , washer n dryer and own garage, of course they do ,they need to call peoples attention otherwise nobody would move in. If you want to save money and be miserable move in otherwise STAY AWAY!!!”

“These apartments are horrible !!! When I went to get the lease as every other place they do what ever to get you in to it but once your there they don't help when you need it ! My apartment got broke. In to I did not last there about 3 months . The garage always opend on its own every time I would get home the apartment smelled like weed as if someone smoked all day in there . I spotted bed bugs all along the sides of the rooms especially in the corners. The dryer did not have a extension I had to use my own. They claim they have camaras but there basically useless!!! When I had police report camaras didn't see anything and in the office they show a camara that catches your license plates !!! Common sense no way in hell if I can see the apt in the camaras and also the ones at the gate "work" why there's no info for the cops ? And when I say they broke in not only did the window get stolen also a 55 inch tv cabinet 3 playstations all controls sewing machine literally all my sons clothes shoes and DIAPERS and wipies. Bottle warmer medications all my records ss birth certificates EVERYTHING food shoes clothes 3 tvs 2 laptops 1 computer 2 printers my sons piggy bank toys fabric fake jewelry and they beat my puppie My sons crib was in the living room and let me tell you they were driving a little car tell me a camara wount see a 55 inch tv in a small car that I know very well wount fit in the trunk .. The neighbors are loud there's always people driving fast and loud music the garbage is always thrown everywhere like people can't take the extra step to actually throw it in the dumpster. My sons room ac didn't work we got it fixed and still didn't work his room was always hot! The maintain guys are really nice but other than that everyone else is RUDE there only nice when your trying to lease out . There's always kids running in the street they will hang on to cars while they pass the ice cream man wouldn't even go in there Bc of that . The gates never work ! And people have sex behind the garages even in the parking lot . This has been the worse experience ever !!! I have a son and I do not want my son around that nasty crap I sugest yall think twice before moving in , I was a first time renter but now I garantee yall I will review everything I don't care if it's a gas station !!!!!!! Oh and after there was black males knocking on people's door yelling "maintenance " and they would rob who ever open the door !”

“If you're looking for corporates number it is (763) 354-5500 Dominium.... IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! I am not a resident of the Villa Springs apartment complex. Only a visitor and one visit was enough to know that Antonia Thomas (Toni)" the manager" is an uneducated person that is very disrespectful. I truly feel sorry for her.. because her words and demeanor speak volume on her lack of intelligence. My experience with Antonia: she knocked on my sisters door to address a car that was wrongfully parked (the car blocked the owners garage door) she stated that should be moved. I told her it will be moved and thank you for letting me know. (The car was not my car, it was the owners of the apartment) 5 min later I get the keys walk out side and Antonia (speaking as if she was scolding her child) told me NOT TO PARK MY CAR THERE AGAIN. I stated to her that it was not my car and asked her "why are you so upset". She replied "no I'm sick of Y'ALL... Y'ALL IS SOME CHILDISH -------". I said who are you referring to? I don't even live here I'm a guest. (She than decided in her mind well I'll just write you up for trust passing) I said what exactly did I do. She continued with her rage and getting smart with me I asked her for her name she said Tammy (which at the time I didn't know she was lying.) I asked her which apartment does she stay in... (She looked at the Villa Springs apartments up and down and said I don't stay in THESE) (so that in itself speaks volume if the manager Antonia says that about her own complex). So she started to walk back to her office radioing to tow the vehicle that I was in the process of moving. So I move the car into the owners garage. After parking the car I went into the front office to see if there was anyone else I could talk to about the matter. In the office was Antonia and another worker. So I decided to speak with her coworker about the situation asking if I can speak with a manager. Than Antonia butts in saying "AINT NOBODY OVER ME SO IF YOU GOTTA PROBLEM". I continue to ask for help only to be disrespected again speaking to me as she were on the streets ready to fight. She than says I'll call the police (abusing her authority when all I wanted to know was why is she so angry and attacking guess and how do we resolve the issue) she picks up the phone so I say "fine I'll take your card I pick up the card that says Tammy (because that's what she told me her name was) and I said have a nice day.... Tammy right? She said Naw my name ain't no Tammy WHAT YOU CAN'T READ.. (Then throws her card across the counter landing on the floor for me to pick up) I pick up the card and say have a nice day and walk out. My sister (apartment owner) gets a call 5min later from the office. With them saying she's been written up. I call the Villa Springs office and ask for corporates number Antonia picks up the phone and says "GIRL STOP CALLING MY OFFICE BYE" and hangs up I call back again she answers I asked again she chuckles then hangs up. I have NEVER felt so belittled in my life from anyone but for someone in an managers position to speak with such disrespect to anyone let alone a guess is mind blowing to me. She clearly thinks the people who pay her bills are beneath her and can throw her position around thinking people fear her role because all she has to do is write in your files or threaten with the authorities. I would NEVER recommend anyone to have to go through what I went the with Antonia Thomas "manager" from the Villa Springs Apartment Complex.”

“Name is changed to VILLA SPRINGS APARTMENTS This is not a great place to live at all. The apartments look nice and it is awesome to have a garage and free washer and dryer included, but the management is often rude. Numerous times when I've brought up issues about other residents- mainly the unruly children that live here with John, he is very rude and snippy with me and tell me more or less that it isn't his problem and I need to talk to the children's parents- which I've tried to, but the parents don't care. One time when I brought up a child's behavior to his mother she threatened to punch me and told me if I don't like it I should keep myself and my children inside then told her son to go on and have fun! The children around here run around at all hours, I've had kids throwing fire crackers at me, breaking into my garage, bullying my kids for no reason- even sexually harassing them. I haven't bothered to bring up half of this to the office because they clearly don't give a crap. The only time John seems to be friendly is when there are potential leasers coming to look at the complex or people that are about to sign a lease. The adult neighbors are pretty ------ too. Not all but I'd say 99% of them are. Drunken adults partying all night long and sometimes even all day too. Blasting their music all night long too- which isn't helpful when you have babies trying to sleep! I've seen one man chasing a woman around with a knife trying to stab her, domestic violence where parents are fighting out in the street, we've had swat teams comes over here trying to catch criminals hiding out in the apartments. One day there were a few cops looking at a BMW my car was parked by - apparently it was stolen so there are lots of criminals here so I'm not sure how accurate the background checks are for this place. There's a lot of drug addicts in the neighborhood too. I've been asked if I want to by 'rock' and other substances right in front of my children! They also make residents pay for their own light bulbs! I've never heard of such a thing! It wouldn't be so shocking if all the lights in the apartments were standard bulbs but all of the living room lighting and kitchen lighting are $10 bulbs. I'll buy more lamps for my lighting needs before I pay to replace these bulbs- they can kiss my ---! The pool area is pretty much never open. In fact, my son was told a couple of months back that the pool would not be opened at all this summer. Seems to be true to. It's now June and we're having 90 degree days and there's still a lock on the gate. I have seen kids in the pool, but as it goes around here, the kids do whatever they want, so the ones that were swimming hopped the gate and that's how they got in- swimming in nasty --- green water. The only plus sides to living here are water is included, you get a garage and washer and dryer and it's close to the I-45 freeway. Other than that I hate it here. I wish I could move out when my lease is up, but I haven't been able to find another apartment that will take my vouchers that has anything available. It's so bad here, I'm sending my oldest child away to Dallas to live with family to avoid any more issues for him with the unsupervised kids that keep trying to grab his ----- and asking him to 'give him some of that' as well as the other ways they mess with him. Seems like this place is just full of rude and crazy perverted gay kids, drunks, drug addicts and a very uncaring staff. If you're a criminal, don't care about your kids, don't mind an occasional robbery, like loud drunk neighbors or are one yourself and don't plan on using the pool ever, then this is the place for you. People with class and who like well behaved children, quiet neighborhoods, lounging by the pool or swimming, office management that cares about providing good customer service AFTER you sign a lease- Look somewhere else!!”

“I Just move in last year in July and WOW, I like what the new Owners are doing at the property it look's Great and its quiet. The securty walk the peoperty and I never see anyone hanging out when I get home Really late. I love my new home here at Villa Springs....”

“i've head alot of things about blue ash apartments. no lie, they were absolutely horrid . however, there is a new management that has taken over , and changed it all the way around . my cousin used to stay in these apartments when we were younger, TRASH! the people, users, gangstas . all of that , all in this complex. now , the apts are 70% vacant. if you fcked up before the new management got there, your no longer a residence of blue ash apts. my garage is crappy no lie, but my apt is nice. new appliances and all . im happy with this new management. people say their apts are trashed , hint: go view your actual apartment before signing that lease. thats what i did and i was not a bit discouraged. i love my new home . there arent many people outside anymore and now management stays on sight #winning. my problem , im downstairs and i always hear the water upstairs when my neighbors are tubbing”

“These r the worst apts & management ever. There was a double homicide & kidnapping in the same day. There r so many break-ins, my car was broken into & they couldn t get my radio, they tried to break in my apt sept 2011, WHILE I WAS IN IT on the phone with the cops. So they waited a month later when I wasn t home @2PM & took my tv, laptop, iPod, shoes, a home security box &a carton of juice, & hid in the vacant apt next door. Then in January I was out of town for a few days, & someone kicked in my door. I got a call several days later to tell see if I wanted maintenance to secure the door, yeah they secured it alright. I get there the next day & my apt looked vacant someone took my 2pc sectional, dinet set, tv stand, computer desk, curtains & curtain rod, blender, toaster,vacuum, & MY BEYONCE DVDS, they would ve taken my bed if able to. I believe maintenance did it cause whenever I see them they never look me in my face. It took them 1 1/2 months to fix my door.”

“this place is terrible,rude office people,never fix anything except when they have inspections.Had mailbox broken into and they have yet to change the lock.The fridge leaks and never have come to fix it,have to keep going into the office or call them everyday.Our lease is up in 2 months can harldy wait to move out of this dump.I would never recommend this place to anyone.Also I was approached once by some guy wanting me to buy drugs from him,I don't do drugs,point is they have drug dealers living here.I thought they did background checks on people.This place totally sucks!!”

“this is my first apartment so im like soooo excited.my move in date was 04/08/2011 and the apartment was not ready. I didnt get mad cuz hey if the cleaning people are backed up then they are backed up so i didnt complain. Once i did move in the next day there was a huge puddle of water in my kitchen floor and a raoch. Im like if there is one roach there are plenty of more where that little feller came from. My freezer is dirty. My boyfriend figured out that i dont have an ac unit which is the reason why my ac doesnt work. My shower head wasnt turning on. The management havent been rude yet, but someone did hang up in my face when i called to complain about my ac.Basicly this is a disaster for my first time on my own. I went out and when i got home there was still people outside having a good time. I dont have a problem with that because im black and i have parties until the wee hours of the morning but it was kind of scary because they were DRUNK. I cant wait until this one year contract is up. They looked so nice on the outside and the apartment i viewed was so clean and had updated appliances and a nice looking carpet. My apartment on the other hand is the complete opposite. To hear about murders makes me scared to stay home alone. Now i see why the rent is soooo cheap. Happy i get a garge. Im not ------ but i was raised in the ------ but my parents immediately moved us out so i know how to handle this”

“I will not live here it is to ------ to many gun shots, & drug dealers. The ppl in the office don't listen I been in there so many times for some one to fix my apt no one came. I can hear ppl up stairs and hear them having sex just the bed... The fitness rom never open cause the machines are broken parently since I moved in this year was in august until now jan 2011 still closed. There is always cops out here I used to live in Commerce Park Apts and before I moved to this one I hear guns shots then when I moved here some one tells me some one got murdered. I am plainning on moving when the lease is up.”

“POOR MANAGEMENT!!! THE MANAGER JUST WORKS FOR A CHECK HE IS NOT INVOLVED WITH US AS RESIDENTS. I HAVE BEEN IN THE OFFICE AND SEEN HOW HE TREATS THE ELDERLY PEOPLE, RUDE! NO PROPERTY FUNCTIONS AND THEY HAVE WENT THRU 10 LEASING AGENTS IN 1 YEAR THAT DONT MAKE SENSE, SOMETHING IS WRONG IN THE OFFICE... THE ASST. MGR IS RUDE TO MEN BUT VERY NICE TO WOMEN, HUH... SHOULDN'T YOU BE NICE TO EVERYONE. THE APTS ALL HAVE MOLD/MILDEW, THE A/C UNITS ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED, THE CRIME IS HORRIBLE, NO BUS PICKS UP THE KIDS FOR ELEMENTARY THEY HAVE TO WALK TO SCHOOL THRU A TRAIL (WITH ALL THIS CRIME)? THE OFFICE STAFF TREAT US (RESIDENTS) JUST LIKE THE PROPERTY LOOKS AND IS, ------!! THESE APTS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN JUST LIKE THEY DID YALE VILLAGE AND THE PROJECTS ON LITTLE YORK (LINCOLN PARK) THESE ARE HORRIBLE. FOR HALLOWEEN THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO THE PROPERTY JUST COME AS YOU ARE TO THE HAUNTED BLUE ASH! VACANT UNITS ARE OPEN AND PEOPLE ARE IN THEM ALL NIGHT AND DAY EVERYDAY.”

“Two men were murdered on the property last night, and yesterday morning a woman left her car running with her 3-month-old baby in the back while she went to buy drugs, and some other woman jumped in her car and took off with it. When she realized there was a baby in the backseat, she dropped her off in her car seat at another apartment complex and a resident there heard her crying and called the cops. They still haven't found the car. The maintenance guys here are really nice, although I think they're somewhat unscrupulous sometimes, and they stay busy. When they come (which can take forever because they're very busy) they do a fast, good job, so no complaints there. The office staff is generally rude - last time I called, I had to look at my phone to make sure I had dialed the right number because the woman made me think I had disturbed her at home. She was like, "Huh? Who's this?" There is NO supervision of children at this property that I can see and they roam the streets at all hours of the day and night. I have 4 very very young children, and they stay with me at all times - the furthest they can go without me being next to them is out on the patio, and I still raise the blinds and keep an eye on them. There are at least eight drug dealers that I've counted at this one property, and too many people here are either unemployed, felons who live with friends/relatives and are not on the lease, or drugged out. When I moved in, I made sure I got an apartment that was upstairs and in plain view of the gate, road, everything. I wanted a high-visibility area that would be unlikely to be burglarized, and so far so good. My kids even leave their tricycles and toys out on the patio 24/7 and nobody has ever messed with them. Most of the people I come into contact with are very nice, and I am a polite person by nature, so I don't have any issues with anyone here. I'm even on speaking terms with one of the drug-dealers (not "hey come over and chill with me" terms, just "hi, how's it going" terms! lol). Everyone knows me and my kids, and they go out of their way to come tell me if I've left my van doors unlocked by accident (which has happened several times, unfortunately). If I had moved to a less visible area, though, I would be much more fearful. This area definitely has the propensity for violence, but *knock on wood* it hasn't affected me directly yet. I'm planning to get out of here when my lease is up, before my luck runs out!”
