“I have been a tendent here and have not had any problems .Ms.Annell has been great to me and help me and every situation she could . I would recommend people to live here . I come home and stay to my self if it’s a problem they come as soon as I call .”

“Apartment manager unprofessional takes your money they have people who stay in the apartment complex selling drugs starting drama but they work in the office sooo unprofessional and disrepectful i wouldnt recommends anybody to move here they dont fix things only when corporate comes they will fix and clean around the apts smh everything looks great but its not sad....”

“I currently stay here and the roaches are horrible I've bomb my own apartment before and it worked but months later you def have to do it again maintenance freaking sucks it takes the months to fix things. There is no security as which they stated they were going to have in the apartments. And they're currently are charging fees to fix appliances in your Apartments. Too many kids they sit at your door and make slot of noise and it's also no pets but i see dogs all the time?????? And not to mention the trash cans are so small it's alwys trash everywhere”

“So I applied for a job with this community. I received a voicemail from Shelia stating she would like to set up an interview. When I contacted the community a hour later Pam answered the phone stating she would give her the message to return my call. No call was returned that day. Since I am or was and interested candidate I contacted the community the next day and received the same response. Pam informed me she would have Shelia contact me and not to worry because she was out on the property and seemed bothered that I called. The third day went by no call. I contacted the office on the 4th day and Pam answered and I asked for an email for Shelia since I felt perturbed by the situation since it was not being handled in a timely manner. When I asked for a email she inquired who I was and I informed her I had called several days without being able to reach Shelia. She put me on hold and Shelia was available. When Shelia came to the phone she inquired if I completed an application on indeed and asked the position I was applying for. I informed her the management position that was posted and she said she "possibly already filled the position but would let me know and would forward my resume". I informed her that was very unfortunate since I had contacted her for several days in a row with no avail. Shelia then informed me the position was filled a week ago. Please keep in mind this had only gone on for 4 days. I asked her, " so the position was filled before you contacted me?" Shelia then stuttered and said she was unsure of when she hired the individual but now the position was definitely filled and she would forward my resume. When I asked her for the property management company name she refused to give me this information then told me have a good day while talking over me and hung up in my face. I am posting this so maybe someone at Greater Costal Management Co., LLC will see this review and want to better the company as I had high hopes in doing at this complex and get someone with a higher level of professionalism in the office. I can only hope the other properties in the Houston area that are run by this management company are more professional in this industry.”

“I would not recommend applying here. All they do is take people's money. First of all they don't process your application unless you pay the deposit of $200, then they any reason to deny you and keep your money. I applied here and told the manager I owed another complex $275 but it was falsely placed on there. She denied my application saying that it was a broken lease without verifying anything. They can't do simple math nor do they have common sense. Who has a broken lease for $275?”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APTS to anyone but the ------ hood rats that are content living in this mess! I have been here 7 months and I have requested pest control every week since and not once have it worked! I have bombed myself 3 times. I have tried 3 different brands and the roaches are constantly having babies! My apartment had roaches before I got here and have only gotten worse! It's disgusting and I hate coming home to this, I can't have company without a roach running across the wall or use the bathroom and there is 8 roaches sitting on the ceiling over your head and you're jumping from roaches scattering on the floor! I have called multiple times, and the only time they are available in the front office is on the first! I pay my rent on time every month and I do not appreciate the way I have to live here. The office is closed everyday and is supposed to be open 6 days a week! The leasing lady stay in the complex right behind the office and still does not show to work. I have called multiple times in the last 3 weeks about a loud smell in the pipes of all three of my sinks and not once have someone came to check it out. I had problems with the air conditioner not working and it took me constantly calling and coming in the office before someone finally came out to fix it! I can not wait til my lease is up, honestly I'm ready to give my lease up and just move, I am a student with 2 toddlers, running my own business out my home and my stair way is always full of traffic, loud noise, arguing and people smoking! It's very uncomfortable staying here and I am two seconds from calling the news and corporate because this is not a business it's very unprofessional , some people value their homes and you can't even get the assistance you need so why are these people getting paid to not show to work or even help tenants?! Also she brings her child to the office as if this is acceptable when it's not. These apartments look good on the outside but they are far from it!!”

“Bellfort Pines aptvare the worst place I ever live. They took me to court and lied about the amount I owed.Wanted me out so they set me up to evict me and lose my housing.You not suppose to have pets but I guess its who you know. Manager are rude don't fix nothing. And would not take my rent and lied and said I didn't try to pay under oath. I would be careful if you move there. There were mushrooms growing by the air condition. Plus water linking on my bed.”

“These apartments suck!!!!!!!!!!!! the office staff at like you are a pain in the butt when you call about things that are broken in the apartment you spend your hard earned money on. The apartments are beautiful on the inside if you can get past the roaches. i dont care how clean or how much you spend on products you will still have roaches. the trash is always over flowing and there are stray cats and dogs all over the property.trash every where it is so embaressing when my family comes to visit. There are thugs outside all day and night smoking weed,breaking into other peoples apartments,cars,shooting. it sucks i cant wait for my lease to be up.stay away from these apartments if you have kids and want to keep your sanity. good luck on your apartment search.”

“These are the WORST apartments ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not advice anyone to move into Bellfort Pines Apartmenrs. The front office staff is rude and ------. Once i was in the front office and witness the "office manger" getting loud and unruly with a tentant. The other office staff personal is just as worst with tatoos all over her body (showing) and she has her kids in the office on a constant. In addition, they allow men to come in and out the office and lotter around. This is a business establishment to them and a home to others. The one positive thing i can say is the grounds/maintience man is very hard-working. infact over worked!!! While he cleans the parking lot for it only to be back a total mess by the time he finishes. He does answer calls within a 24 hour time period and always has a kind and friendly attitude. The inside of the apartments are beautiful! but it's only if you can deal with the insect problem. This place is infested with roaches. I have had my apartment exterminated every month since i have moved in, in addition to adding conbats and spraying Raid, but nothing has helps partly, because the roaches are in the air vents and pipes. Another thing that i have noticed is that they have a cheap paint job on the walls so if you have small children this is not the place for you. If anything touches the walls than they are ruined althought i secrectly feel this is their way of keeping your security deposit--good plot. While I have lived in these apartments i have also noticed serveral kids hanging out and running around freely and loudly at all times of the day/night (especially during the summer time) without any parental supervsion, the neighbors are too busy sitting on the stairways smoking, play beauty shop, drinking, and doing unlawful trasactions. THE STAFF DOES NOTHING TO CONTROL THIS!!! While living in these apartments they have accidently placed other people "housing/rent" letters on my door in error, also there has been a few times they have messed up on my billing and i have had to bring in copies of my checks/monry orders and show proof. One thing that really made me mad is my car was broken into while staying here and the office staff wouldn't even acknowledge it just told me i should be sure to keep insurance and laughed it off. Lastly and most importantly, while living in these apartments my neighbor was shot and killed in broad daylight--CHECK THE HPD PROPERTY CRIME RECORDS BEFORE MOVING HERE!!! I guess it is true that you get what you pay for, but these apartments for me comes with too much hassel.”

“They are terrible, you get what you pay. I moved in march of this year and I can't wait to move. To start off the very first day I moved in there were roaches every where I had to hire my own exterminator. It takes them months to fix the smallest problems (lights out,toilet over flowing). There is always garbage every where,the kids are spawns of -----. The pool is disgusting, to many hood rats running around it is bad. The tall light skin chick in the office with blonde hair acts like you are just getting on her damn nerves and is very rude. There's stray dogs and cats EVERYWHERE. Random people knocking on your door all hours of the day and night. Please don't waste your time coming here and pray for me.xaxa”

“I hate these apartmens, my closets flooded 3 times which took them 4 days to come fi the problem each time it happened. i had to put my own towels and sheets on the floor to stop the water from getting on my room carpet. When they finally came to fix it they found mold all in my walls. they never come fix anything on time. theres people hanging out all times of night, trash stay on the ground all the time, the laundy matt has broken machinces omg I can go on and on about why you shouldn't move here. Mangement is the worst. Be aware before you move and don't let them show you the model apartment ask to see the one in which you will be moving in, thats how they tricked me..”

“There has been some inprovements since my last review about theses apartments. * The have hired a new maintenance man who is fast and fixes everything right. * Crime has gone down alot, so far. * Insect Infestation - Management offers to exterminate every Thursday for those that request it. * The neighborhood is pretty quiet so far. The apartment complex is not just what you make of it, it's also what the management will allow. The manager here is pretty good at getting rid of troublesome tenants if given proper notice. I have seen this first hand. One word of advice to her is not to mix her good tenants up with her bad ones. Everybody that lives here is not ------. These are the FACTS from a tenant that lives here, and want to see it continue to get better.”

“I will make it real simple: * It takes two days for maintenance to fix anything in your apartment. * Vehicles are vandalized. * Gunshots ( They are shooting at each other in this complex, and you have to duck in your own apartment. ) * There is no security. ( And they don't plan on getting any either. ) * Roaches ( I don't care how clean your apartment is. Roaches are inside the wall and they go from apartment to apartment. ) * The quality of the fixtures is horrible. ( The closet doors were not secure and fell on my toddler's leg. She had to get a cast on her leg. ) * If it rains it will flood. * Some of the tenants or their company tends to loiter around late at night. I know other tenants that just moved in these apartments and regreting the day they ever did. What will it take for this complex to get some security? Does a child have to get shot? What will it take for them to hire some real maintenance people or just some people who really want to do their job? Will a toilet have to blow up? To those who would like to reply, please try to reframe from using curse words. Don't let everybody know how ignorant you are.”

“If you have a nice car, don't move here. My car got broken into 3times in 2 months. The management is rude as hell and take 4 days to come fix an air conditioner. Make sure yo give 30 days notice and clean up as much as possible. They tow your car even if yu followed the rules that they change every week. People had a shoot out last week and they still live there even though they say you will be kicked out. Its new but roach filled. I am a neat freak and had to bomb it myself and call the exterminators all the time. It finally got down to a roach only when the doors or windows had been open for several hours. They raised the rent and its not worth it at all. The cabinets are stripped and they put the cheapest paint on them. The walls are thin you can hear people when they sing in the shower. They keep the grounds cut only in the summer and every 3 weeks becuase the lawn people quit alot. The pool still isn't open. Its already July!! They let all kinds of people move in. Just don't move into apartments that accept Section 8 casue thats the treatment you'll get. No one works and they always loud. They made you pay full rent when I ke happened even though other complexes only charged 2 weeks rent. The lights were off in my buliding for 1 month while the other 13 were out for only 2 weeks.”

“I have lived at Bellfor pines for a year now nad its been ok for the area. Someone went into my car but I don't blame them the dor was open. They didn't damage it just took CDs and an empty purse. Its loud and the kids have no training. The staff is horrible. The new girl seems ok, but Monique and Jennifer are ridiculous. They are rude for no reason and always gotta call you back but never do. The maintenance take forever to come and fix anything. People are always in and out. The gates are always broken which is convenient but its still broke. Parking is a war. I say keepto yourself and lock everything. Try to know your neighbors. The price is good.”

“I first moved in in 2006 the management was OK. Then they fired them and brought in the most unprofessional staff you could ever come up against. As far as the crime rate you have to watch your kids 24/7 because every time you look up someone has a gun. Also you can not leave your apartment without a gun in fears of getting killed or car jacked. As for maintenance they came to your unit even when they were not called turning on your air and chilling like they live there or pay rent. If you value your life do not move here. If you are a thug or a drug dealer welcome home.”

“I have read alot of reviews about Bellfort Pines. WOW! I have been there for about a year, and its crazy at times. The maintenance sucks. They take forever to come and fix anything. The extermination team drops notes but never exterminates. I am a clean person but fro mthe doors being open during Hurricane Ike all kinds of things got in. 2 buildings out of the 14 didn't have power for a whole month. Did management say anything or some time of care. Hell NO!! Monique is so rude and quick to run you off the phone. Jennifer stays on vacation and when she is there she's bitchin about something. One thing I can say my neighbors try to watch out for each other and are considerate working people. Managment are unprofessional to say the least.”

“I moved here in 2007, and I am completely flabbergasted by the unprofessionalism and favoritism that the management staff exhibits. The maintenance staff is ill-equipped and seem to be un-intelligent on how to properly repair appliances and keep the grounds clean. The majority of the tenants are housing recipients and there attiudes are deplorable. The manager is seen frequenting certain tenants apartments throughout the day and night; and she doesn't handle too much of the business work. (The assistant manager and leasing agent does majority of the work). For the price, this place is okay; but for the experience COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT!!”

“You need not move here until you like hood ------ running around all day, with not job and they have nothing I mean NOTHING to do but make babies and break into people cars and apartments. These people here are crazy, their can't control their children, they bang music in the parking lots and dont know how to be nice to people driving through the parking lot. They think its a party, setting on ac vens all day. In the summer oh... its the worst, have you ever heard of summer programs, summer activities something hell no... we can just send their A** outside to be a thug or a HOE and then when i feel like been a parent Ill call them in. The apartment staff tries to hard to feel our pain of not having a fence and the security been a issue but they have not done a thang not a thing but a thang! This place is of the chin you can never been on the low here ex/ you buy a tv and you try not to be so loud with you by coming in last please these ------ still out side it dont matter what time. Thing here dont calm down til about 2pm in the morning which should be sooner then that but not. The apartment tried a curfew for 10pm and tried to scare them by saying if caught out after the police can kick you out. Well that ain't going to work with ------ that will work with people but not ------ they ain't scared. That curfew went out the window where these people need to go. Please if you want better for you or you and family dont move her but it you that ------ that Im speaking about which mo' then likely you not because ------ dont read or be on the internet. But some do so again if you are that ----- who likes to hang out and not in the house watching your t.v., your children or reading a book this is the place for you. The grounds are a mess people dont but trash cans and every other day you have somebody throwing out a couch that sets in the dumper for days and then people start a new trash place on the side of the dumper. maintainance are not cool they dont do anything sadly you have to harass”

“Hey, these apt's are very dangerous if you value your safety. There is trash all over the place, the residents let their children run wild and destroy the place, and the tenants smoke weed where ever they please. If you like ------ and Gunshot then those apts are for you, but if you want a descent place to live and raise your family then RUN! My apt. door was pried open at 2:00 am in the morning I was home alone with my four year old child. It was the most terrifying ordeal of my life I thought my life was going to be over and all I could think of is what if they get in? What are they going to do to my child? And to make matters worse the Staff showed little to no concern of that situation. Don't Make A Bad Decision, Don't Move Their.”

“i would not recommend these apartments to anybody the manager and the people in the office have a bad attiude they dont fix anything and they get mad when you tell them about whats happening to your apartment the walls are so thin you can hear everthing thats being said outside and next door they have this new girl working there she has a bad attitude i bet the manager apartment is fix right but to anybody who is thinking about moving here dont because you will regret it”

“I have been living here since these apts. first opened in 2002 and the problems that are listed on this site are blown way out of proportion. Crime is going to happen wether you live in a house or an apt. in River Oaks. There is nothing you can do to prevent that. And as for the topic on roaches, clean your apt. I haven't had a roach problem that entire time I have been here. This is the first complex that I have lived in and the office staff doesn't change on a moonthly basis. To all those bitter residents that have nothing else to do, but gripe.. Get A Life!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.”

“CHRISTINA THE ASST.MANAGER SHE'S PLEASANT.BUT JENNIFER HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE AND IS SOME WHAT PLEASANT HALF THE TIME.AND NO I WOULD NOT TELL ANY ONE ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS.NOT SECURITY AT ALL.AND THE SECURITY THAT IS OVER THERE HE IS ALWAYS IN THE OFFICE IN THE MANAGER FACE AND NEVER WALKING THE GROUNDS AT ALL.ON THE WEEKEND YOU HAVE TRASH EVERY WHERE EXCEPT FOR THE DUMPESTER.LOUD MUSIC IS ALWAYS PLAYED KIDS IN THE DRIVE WAY WHEN YOU COME IN THAT YOU HAVE TO BLOW YOUR HORN AND DAM IF THEY MOVED AND DAM IF THEY DON'T MOVED.SINE I'VE STAYED OVER THERE MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO MY CAR HAS BEEN TOWED.AND I BROUGHT THIS TO JENNIFER ATTENTION AND SHE DID NOTHING SO THIS WAS A LESS WELL TAUGHT.THAT WHEN MY LEAST IS UP I WILL BE MOVING FOR THE BETTER”
