“If I could go back in time and warn myself before moving into Green Oaks Apartments, I certainly would. The same features that make this property appear ideally located also contribute to significant quality of life issues for residents. Although this is a relatively new development, the property is very poorly maintained. Common areas frequently contain trash, broken glass, graffiti, animal waste, and other unsanitary conditions. Maintenance activities appear to occur mainly before city or agency inspections rather than on a regular basis. The leasing office staff consistently demonstrate unprofessional and discourteous behavior. In my experience, they have engaged in deceptive practices, mishandled records, and violated multiple program, state, and federal housing policies. The complex is also not disability accessible and management routinely ignores reasonable accommodation requests. In some cases, they misrepresent documentation and create false narratives to avoid accountability. Tenants seeking fair treatment may ultimately have to pursue legal remedies. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution potential residents to thoroughly research and document all interactions before considering this property.”

“Don't let the looks of the building fool you.It was built very cheaply unfortunately. The management and office staff is anti tenant. You must make an appointment to see the manager or she will not speak to you. You have to email her to request an appointment and you might get an appointment within a week to a week.And a half and don't try to challenge her on anything.Because she will get rude with you quickly. This building already has mold and mildew issues.Even though it's only been open a little more than a year, there have been two car.Thefts and tires and rims have been stolen.They leave the garage gates open.They allow unauthorized people to live on the property.They allow people to go through the hallways, leaving the smell of marijuana behind, and they allow apartment bullies to bully you that are violent and the management says, there's nothing they can do. Don't think that calling corporate will help you at all because they are worse than the manager. I became very darkly and deeply depressed while I lived here.Because I did not feel happy.There was nothing to be happy about here. It's too hot to use the Terrace. Not all apartments have balconies, and closet space is almost non-existent. The office staff and assistant manager are verbally abusive to tenants. And you better know how to use technology to put in your work order. Because it won't get put in. If you tell the assistant manager to do it, because she will say she's gonna do it. And she never will she is known for that, they're rarely there full hours unless a corporate person is in the office. The maintenance lead is always in the garage. Talking on his phone sitting in his truck in the A. C, while the independent contractor does all of his work The manager and Vice President Promise you the world and nothing, not even one thing ever. Gets done. They didn't even have any kind of events until recently. And these events are so boring. There's no music. There's no games, there's no, laughter and for birthday parties, you'll get a child serving of ice cream cup, which has 3 bites in it. And a mini can of drink, and that's all you get not even cake. There are bullies that like to sit in the lobby, and they are the most negative people in the entire building. And if you need to get to the lobby to get a different change of scenery, you are going to interact with them. And they are going to make you depressed. They're horrible people.But those are the only ones that the office personnel will speak to no one else in the entire building.They sit and speak to except for them.The fire alarm randomly goes off the elevators.Rarely work.They force you to walk up and down.As steep ramp to get in and out of the building, and they don't care.If you fall, they even had a tenant pass away.And they called the police to kick the family out of the apartment before they even had their funeral simply because the sun got emotional.Well, I think that the manager would get emotional if her mom passed away too. Please don't move here. Please don't let your love. One move here, they are very anti. Tenet, I'm telling you, I don't know if I could have lived there. Another month it is so deep and dark and depressing. And you just feel trapped like you're in jail, they don't check on tenants'. Welfare, they refuse to And they don't have time to hear your complaints or your concerns, or even positives because they're too busy.Doing paperworkThey don't have time for tenants at all.And good luck, even knowing that there is going to be an event because the manager never remembers to put the flyers up.And when she does, it's usually the same day and usually only in the front elevator so if you use the back elevator you're out of luck dismanager, or should I say?So called manager should never be in management.And should never be in a job where she deals with people.And the assistant manager is worse. I literally saw her jerk a piece of paper out of an older frail disabled woman's hand she literally assaulted her by doing that.And I begged that woman to call the police, but she was too scared to because she was afraid she would get evicted if you complain about anything at all.You go on there, poop list.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.”

“These sorry excuse of apartments will be the WORST experience staying at some apartments you will have. Let's start at the beginning. These apartments have bug infested since day 1. There is usually a large wasp hive at the tip of building 3 stairs thsts been their safely growing for a completely year even after complaints of pest and pest control coming out. There are spider webs all over the walls of the stairs and is one of the scariest places to walk with a child at night. One day the fire alarm went off and literally scared the living hell out everybody in the building to the point there were people outside crying in confusion. Do you think they sent and email? So much as a note of apology or some type of explanation. Nothing at all. They literally didn't address it and literally didn't give a ----. The gates have consistently not worked since the beginning of staying here, not shortly after they opened in 2021. Every time they close the gate inconvienced the entire apartments stretching lines out of the parking lot and in the street Deliveries and food orders have been canceled cause there was no way to enter the apartments because when the gates are close there is NO gate code. They have the nerve to go up $200 on the rent when they have NEVER given the full amenities of staying here. The staff is completely incompetent and do not give a DAMN about any who stays here. During the winter we put in a work order for the heater. When we turn it on half the house shakes the ENTIRE time its on and sounds like something is going to explode behind the wall. They came, didn't fix it, didn't give an explanation, didn't give a ----. A work order was put in for the fridge and dishwasher. A note was put in they were not allowed to just enter with or without a person present in the apartment. Dude came to the apartments said he was there to check out the AC per a work order. Which was absolutely wrong. He changed the filter left the dirty filter in the apartment and DIDNT fix anything we ask them too. Somebody comes back several says beating on the door and demanding to enter cause he's maintenance. My woman who was home alone with a child and indecent and breastfeeding told the man not enter and to come back later at least 10 times. Dude completely ignored her and unlocke the door using the master key and tried Enter until she had to scream. She is completely disgusted and and suffered an entire anxiety attack because of the incident and these sorry --- apartments actually sent a email and said they canceled the work order. Showing absolutely no regard or emotion for what really just transpired. We have absolutely fed up with these apartments and definitely would recommend ANYBODY moving in now or in the future. At this point we may need to seek legal action due to poor practice on behalf of Mayfair management.”

“The staff was very knowledgeable about the property an very assuring with the information on how things work and how the property is very affordable for people who qualify. So I was very impressed with stores and schools that around the property”
