“I really appreciate the professionalism from the staff. The property is usually clean. They take care in the services they provide for their tenants. I downsized from a 5 bedroom home and I must say I absolutely love my 2 BR apartment!”

“They advertise EV charging in their garages but they don't have the hook ups for it. The staff refuses the install them even though they say they are EV charging ready. Extremely unknowledgeable staff.”

“I look at property, staff and community for upkeep and friendly of the staff and neighbors. The property is beautiful and they are doing some updates in the lounge and fitness center. I wish we could have more activity in the community to bring us together would be wonderful.”

“San Antigua is a small, quiet community that is beautiful and well-maintained. The amenities are nice, neighbors are friendly, property is safe, leasing staff are professional, and maintenance staff are efficient. This is a nice environment for individuals and small families. Pet friendly.”

“This is a very quiet nice and gated community. They have the best management and maintenance team. They are always available to answer your questions, and help whenever you need them. This is an awesome place to live at!”

“The only constant complaint is the fact tenants are continuing to not pick up after their dogs in the walkway areas and on the grass outside?The breed and weight of dogs are getting bigger...also I already pay monthly for my pet why do I have to pay an additional $30 for per screening?”

“I've lived in this apartment for three years, and overall, it's been a real nice and quiet place to call home. The neighbors are respectful, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to relax after a long day. However, some of the appliances could use updating such as the light fixtures and cabinet handles and a grey modern wall color. This would really modernize the space. Despite that, the comfort and calm of the environment have made it a pleasant stay.”

“My experience has been average, quiet community, but the complex feels outdated and the amenities frequently break down or tend to not be available when needed. I hope this feedback helps someone looking for a new apartment.”

“Initially I viewed this area as a nice, quiet and clean community. The apartment also used to host small community gatherings or events, like a brunch or small gatherings for the residents. Sadly some of these things have changed, mainly the upkeep in most of the common areas such as the gym and rec room. Many things are now outdated or need revamping, from the front gate and the signs to the appliances in each apartment.”

“I definitely made the best decision making San Antigua my home. The staff has been very helpful. Zoey, Jessica are amazing and really care for this apartment community.Any issues with apartments are handled in a timely manner.”

“I love these apartments been in for a few years always kept up with any issues get fixed asap, never had a break in or residential issues. The front office staff always make sure I get all my questions answered also.”

“Wonderful and very happy about being here. Had a service request. I submitted late Thursday afternoon for my garbage disposal, and by Friday it was fixed! I also feel safe living here, and the property stays generally quiet,”

“It's been a good experience. The only thing I don't like is the amount of large dogs. The pool in building 2 seems deserted and in not sure why. Overall I am satisfied and feel safe here. I with the rent would come down.”

“As a Resident of The San Antigua Apts since 2016. I'm satisfied with these beautiful luxury apartments. I have enjoyed all the amenities of this place. The Hot Tub & swimming pool. The gym is always available for a workout. Most importantly the leasing office manager Jessica Bell & assistant manager Lleana are truly amazing & attentive people for all their tenants. The maintenance staff are efficient & fast to service your apartment needs & promptly resolving service issues. These Apts believe in the beautiful upkeep of the landscaping & mowing. San Antigua Apts are zero tolerance to any kind of pest/ roaches. The Pest control company are very good at keeping bugs out. We do have a courtesy police officer on the premises to keep our tenants safe. I really appreciate my trash pickup everyday outside my door. Last but not least, the San Antigua apts are quiet & relaxing 98% of the time. It's enjoyable to live in these beautiful apts for the last 9 yrs. I will continue to sign another lease contract for many years to come. I love my home living here at San Antigua Apts. Thank you Jessica Bell & Staff.”

“At the office Iliana and Zoe are the best, very friendly customer services, no complaints about them. Although I've been having an issue with my water apartment bill due to a leak and no one is helping me, which has made me think about moving out of this place after is rent is up.”

“I really love where I live! The location is perfect. A little suburban seclusion but close enough to the highway for commuting. There are plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping nearby, but I'm not in the midst of the hustle and bustle of city life. The amenities of spectacular! The clubhouse is a great place to hangout when you want to get out of the house without leaving the property. The pool and hot tub are amazing especially since they are open year round. One of the best things is the bathrooms and full showers near the pool area. The lounge area outside of the pool is wonderful to chill with friends or watch a movie or game on the big screen TV while enjoying the fresh air. The gym is a great way to get your exercise in without driving to another location. The community is pretty quite and well kept. The staff is amazing and I appreciate them for all they do for us. Overall it has been a great experience and I don't foresee myself moving anytime in the near future. I LOVE IT HERE!”

“Beautiful living space. I've lived here for 3 years. There are amazing amenities and the staff is pretty quick at responding to work requests. I feel safe in the neighborhood and it's super close to the Vintage area.”

“This is a really great community as it's only two buildings so you get to know your neighbors. It's quiet and maintained well. The office ladies and maintenance are personable and helpful when needed. The extra large dog park is such a huge deciding factor for when we moved in with a big dog so we are very happy.”

“San Antigua is very nice community, the management did a very good job maintaining the property. Our apartment was very welcoming, staff was always very helpful and attentive to our needs especially the ladies in the office, Jessica, Iliana and Zoey. Thank you for making our stay in San Antigua very memorable.”
