“He vivido aqui por mas de 2 años y es un lugar increible, el personal siempre atento a lo que necesitas, nos encanto este lugar por su policitca de no fumar, lo cual es excelente, ya que estas libre de olores de fumadores, las instalaciones y amenidades son de lo mejor, una piscina super bonita, y con diferentes profundidades para todos, GYM muy bien equipado, sala de correos que garantiza tu paquetes esten seguros, todo se controla por una App, lo cual es genial. Sin duda espero seguir viviendo aqui por varios años mas, porque aqui lo tenemos todo.”

“I recently relocated here a couple of weeks ago and I must say, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment offers a clean & peaceful environment that's perfect for unwinding after a long day. The customer service provided has been outstanding, with attentive staff members who go above and beyond to ensure residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently. Moreover, the amenities provided by the apartment are top-notch, enhancing the overall living experience. From well-maintained fitness facilities to inviting communal spaces, every aspect contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable lifestyle. In summary, I wholeheartedly give this apartment complex a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.”

“It’s a beautiful and quiet place with excellent maintenance. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Walk to the leasing office and you could enjoy of a good cup of coffee every day. Attentive and careful personal.”

“Very good community near to the Highway 290 and Highway 6. The leasing team especially Heather and Elizabeth are very helpful and resolve any queries promptly. The documentation and other formalities were taken care of with care and professionalism.”

“Went to see the 3 bedroom that they have available and Natalia Crespo was AMAZING. Extremely helpful and answered every question that I had flawlessly. The property is nicely kept, the apartments are beautiful and the management is great. I couldn’t be happier about my future here!”

“From the moment I walked in Natalia made us feel comfortable. She was very patient and welcoming. She answered all of our questions in detail and made the overall process very smooth. By the time we left we knew we wanted to move our family here.”

“The leasing process was smooth and Elizabeth was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns from the time my application was submitted to the time I got my keys. Everyone in the office was nice as well as the maintenance crew on the grounds who greeted me as I drove through. To top it off my apartment is exactly like the model I was showed(which can be rare) and I love it! The only area where I see room for improvement would be to have the stairwells pressure washed periodically to ensure they meet the same standards as everything else in the complex. But if you’re looking for a place check Cortland Copperleaf out!”

“I lived in this apartment for over a year. I recently discovers what appears to be mold. Today heather from the front office informed me today that it is company policy NOT to test for the mold. She was informed by her supervisor Jeff Peloquin to only follow company policy. That they would only clean the vent not caring about the cause or source of the mold. She informed me that it was “not the responsibility of the apartment to provide safety” for its tenants. These people are slumlords and they are not interested in providing a safe living environment for their tenants the management. I suspect they do not care because the demographics of this community are largely people of color. I have contacted the State’s Attorney office of Renter’s Richts and consumer protection, the department of health and human services as well as the Houston Housing and Community Development office. Aside from that - the grounds are filthy with dog feces everywhere. There was a shooting on the premises that the office didn’t acknowledge for days. But as Heather said to me - they do not provide safety. Do not live here. You will regret it.”

“Really enjoying the gym, pool and grilling at the pool! Neighbors are cool and friendly. Parking is good for myself and guest, near my favorite restaurant, close to the horse track and not far from downtown entertainment.”

“While rent rates for surrounding communities are increasing under the guise of "inflation," Cortland Copperleaf is one community that has kept their rates at a reasonable amount. I had been at my previous apartment complex for 3 years and 2 months. Had I renewed for another term, my base rent rate would have increased by 16% since signing my first lease. Keep in mind, this is the base rent only, so not including the additional fees, which also increased significantly. With Cortland Copperleaf, what you pay for is what you get, which is exactly how it should be. The previous community kept adding "amenities" that they argued are in high demand, but I truly found that hard to believe. Cortland's front of "no frills, no BS" service makes it a reasonable community without all the necessary gimmicks.”

“I honestly am so surprised with this property. Really pretty upgrades and they told me that they were entirely remodeled in 2018! To me that's a bonus for this area. Prices were average and I really loved the 3 bedroom with the attached garage on first floor but I'm not looking to move until the end of Oct! Can't wait till the fall”

“Copperleaf had been great so far, really enjoying the community. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to my request, they are friendly as well. The pool is beautiful, gym is nice and my neighbors are friendly.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find these apartments! I know I'm not looking to move until January of next year but I honestly wish time would speed up a bit now! Wood flooring throughout on all floors!! Check them out!!”

“Finally found a place where I feel at home and that was just from my tour! I came in without an appointment and was greeted by Heather, she brought me a water and Natalia assisted me with my tour and all of my questions that I had written down from my research. She was so patient and kind in getting all of them answered! I wanted to make sure that I left a review because I was also greeted by another staff member, I believe her name was Elizabeth and that was honestly memorable for me. I am looking to call them home soon!”

“Love this community is pet friendly! My god loves the dog park and plating with his new pals! looking forward to making more new friend's! Location is awesome, close to several pet stores and outdoor dining I can take my pup to!”

“Copper Leaf is a beautiful property, well-kept and the grounds are very clean. Maintenace is very friendly and the office staff is very helpful. Dog park is very nice, pool is awesome and really enjoying the gym.”

“The new remodel looks great. Maintenance is fast and office gals are friendly and helpful. 5-stars for sure. The gyms are pretty sweet and the pool and grill areas are clean. Nice place to chill or hang out with friends.”

“The new manager is very nice and seems to really care about our buildings. The yards are well taken care of. Having a gate remote control on my cell phone is handy. Makes me feel safer not having to roll down my window to enter a card or code. The workout room is all new and has good equipment.”
