“these apts suck!! a/c has not worked since I moved in and my bf has been here 3 yrs and hes been using a window unit...we have possum's coming in our apt from under the sinks bcz we have huge holes and we have no base boards Under sink in kitchen or bathroom and behind toilet..I can actually see thru and there's all kinds of ---- in there tht looks freakin disgusting and the. Roaches are extremely bad..all our outlets don't Wrk properly and I'm having to run a cord from fridge over the bar to livingroom in order to keep fridge on and they never come to fix ----...they lie saying maintenance is on the way and never see the mother f-----s ..oh and the parties tht go on over here is ridiculous and u find beer bottles and cans everywhere and I find beer bottles on my truck...they broke in my apt and tried to jack my tailgate to my truck like WTF...I'm lookin around for a new place bcz this place is literally the worst ive ever lived..I cnt see how my man stayed 3 yrs going on 4...ive been living here with him 4 months and I cried bcz its not what I'm use to and its disgusting...I DONT RECOMMEND THESE APTS DONT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME!!!”

“This apartments are the worst apartments ive lived in we been here for almost 2 months and want out..when we moved in there was dead roches every where the dishwasher was not clean had glass and roches inside,theres no cover for the plugs the freezer kept going out till after going to the office 3 diffrent times someone came and brought us a new one. The oven on the stove does Not work and till now they still haven brought a new one in luke they said, the sink in the restroom is broken and water leaks out that is not fix either, our main door is broken you can just push it and it will open no meed of a door knobe..and lets not forget the dumb ----- in the office not knowing how to do her job she told us besides paying 500 on rent we gotta pay for a parking spot NO we should get a parking spot with our rent and if we want an extra one then yes ask to pay..Nothing works in this apartment no one ever fixes anything wtf do they get paid for??!! Theres cracks on the walls its just horrible living here...”

“I can't believe I'm living in this apartment. Office management is horrible! They really need nice an patient new management!! Please!! They gave me this apartment with roaches and the ac wasn't working the kitchen is terrible! It has cracks and holes in the walls I've been here for two months and they still haven't came to fix anything!! I hate it here!! Please please we need better management!!! I don't even have a parking lot close to my apt because everything is reserved I'm scared to leave at night because I have to park all the way in the back and plus the lights around the whole complex is terrible nothing works!!”

“DON'T DO IT unless you want your car towed whenever the wrecker company wants to do it and the apartment complex tells you that they cant do anything about it. First time my mother car was towed and she was in a vistors spot that was clearly marked VISTORS on the ground, then mine was towed because my front tire was on the line then two weeks after that mine and my fianc was towed again for parking in a spot that we had been parking in for three years and the wrecker company decided that it was no longer a paking spot, then when I went to the office and asked when did the spot start being a no parking all they stated that they was not aware of it. DON'T MOVE HERE -- those mofo favor the -------- over everyone. horrible customer service the lady in office cursed me out and told me to move the f*&% out, so guess what that's what I'm going to do MOVE THE F*&% OUT”

“YOU DO NOT!! I repeat NOT!!! Want to move here!! The management is horrible! I've been living here 1 1/2 & I have had 6 different managers! (The best was henry) at this moment I do not even know who the manager is! Every time I have an issue and try to speak w/ "him" whethere its go in the office or call "he" is never available!I always get an assistant named Alicia who seems very helpful, but clearly is dealing w/ a lot playing manager and dealing w/ the majority spanish speaking residents. Smh this is a sad place to call a home. Maintenance is horrible, parking is worse!! I haven't heard of any crimes, nor is there a problem w/ children. But the walls and floors are SUPER thin so if you're barely making noise or listening to music ur neighbors will hear it. Its soooo sad, I live upstairs and was disturbed my downstairs neighbors music. I colud clearly hear it as tho I was in their house. Same goes for next door neighbor. When u deal w/ employees(such as maintenance, assistants, etc) they are VERY rude and always claim not to know anything! *well wtf do u work here for*! All in all. Moving here would be like committing a crime against urself, bc u would rob urself or ur sanity!”

“My mothers car was towed, she parked in a spot that was clearly marked vistors and when i went into the office to complain the lady stated that she still needed to have a sticker in her window, when i asked her why would you still need a permit to park in a spot that is marked vistors she stated because I said so. Then as I was leaving I said to myself I', tired of these apartments and she stated to be to move the F*** out. I'm not sure about you but I don't like being spoken to in that manner, they are rude, apartments are full of roaches, I've tried everything to get rid of them and they won't go anywhere, you call for a maintance and it takes them 2 weeks before they come. The person moved out above me and left the water running in the laundry area when i call to say water was leaking into my laudry area it still took them a day to come out and turn off the water, then I told them that I had mold growing in the laundry area from the water leaking into the wall and the lady in the office told me to spray the wall with bleach. I feel if I'm paying rent and they have maintance why do I need to spray the wall with bleach because that will only take care of the surface and not what's deep into the wall. I've called several times to tell them my dishwasher does not work I was told that I can wash the dishes on hand until the dishwasher is clean. I stated that I know that and that I was doing that but don't understand why it is taking so long it has been 3 weeks and they are still waiting on the part, which I feel is some bull it does not take that long to get no part even if it is coming from China. Don't move here, I regret the day that I ever signed a lease here. Also I forgot to say that we are suppose to have security but I only see them once a week and I personlly know 6 people car that has been broken into. STAY AWAY FROM THE HELL WHOLE.”

“I would suggest that no one moves to these sorry a** apartments. In the past 5mos they've changed management 4 times. They're unprofessional, outside area is always filty, people leave beer bottles and cans all over the ground under your car behind your car they don't care. Neighbors walk their dogs and let them pup all over the sidewalks. Maintenance sucks it takes them forever to come and fix your issue. I still live here now but at the end of april i'm runnin so fast out of this place and will never look back....please don't move here!!”

“It is horrible, it has been taking over by -------- and roaches. The -------- stand in the parking lot and in between the builds partying and drinking and then when you come out in the morning it is bud light cans everywhere. Also they let dogs poop any and every where they want so when the kids go out and play they track dog poop all over the sidewalk. This is the first time that I have lived around --------- and I had heard before that they let they kids run around after dark playing, I have dealt with this first hand they come out after about 8pm running, screaming and cussing they don't respect the adults I stay on a bottom floor and they have hit my window with balls, sit on my ac unit and stand in front of my door play and screaming. When my lease is up I'm moving because nothing is being done about the problems. I HATE IT HERE AND I'M OUT OF HERE WHEN MY LEASE IS UP”

“I lived here for 3 years for the first 2 years it was great then new management took over and it was down hill from there. They are rude, they lie to you while looking you straight in the eye. Parking for visitors is horrible it is only about 15 spaces for the whole complex, they allow people to play loud music, they also have security but one night when I needed him I found him in his car sleeping I'm not sure what he was securing at that point but it was not the complex. When I thought this was a good place when my lease was up I decided to stay and just move into a bigger apartment but the apartment I was shown and the apartment that was given to me was two completely different floor plans and when I went to the office to complain I was told that I just had to deal with it because I already singed my lease. Please believe this when my lease is up in April I am out of this place. I HATE IT HERE AND I'M READY TO GO.”

“I lived there for a year back in 2001-2002. It was not that good then. The people upstairs were running an illegal dayvare, and when I notified the office, they said they coulc find no evidence of that. Why? because I saw the office manager dropping her kid off one morning to the illegal daycare!!! Don't live there...people knock on your doors at all hours asking for strange things...”

“I have being living here for almost two yrs. I love it here. In the past yr. they've done a 360 turn around. they have new owners & new management.They are remodeling all of the apts & they are beautiful, O' an My apt don't have roaches I'm a clean person. I'm transfering into one of the remodeled apts soon. It is very safe here and I fell at home, no one has ever bothered my car and I've forgotten to close my windows a few times. If you pay your rent on time you don't have anything to worry about, But: one time I axidently put the envelope in the wrong door slot I talked to them an showed them my recepts and they waited for the M.O co. to send the new M.O. to them it tuck three weeks. the ladies in the office are lovly ladies. mantanances is very good, and the security gard drives & wakes the property all night. They have a Zero(O) talerances here they want put up with Disrespect, loud music,loud people, kids running wild or drugs. This is a good quiet place to call HOME.”

“This place sucks, i hate it, i just moved here a month ago and dishwasher wasnt working properly, i placed an order and nobody came to look at, plus there are a a lot of roches that i also placed an order for them to come and fix the problem but no one showed up its cheap yes but its HORRIBLE, when you are on the phone with them they put you on hold and within couple of seconds you get a hang up DO NOT MOVE HERE, I AM THINKING OF MOVING OUT ASAP This is CRAP!!!”

“This place is horrible. Poor management, not customer friendly. they do not care about their tenants. Have alot of "sterning". only favor -------- population. Will tow your guest car, there are drugs here, car will be broken into. Have so called security, who is never around when you need them. Not considered of their elderly tenants. You can have a perfect renting history, but when you need something they cannot seem to accomadate. Please don't move here.”

“I have lived at Williamstown from 1995-2006 and for the hole that I lived there. It was a wonderful experience for me specially with the staff at the office and the maintanence. They always responded to my requests at a timelly mattered.<br>I highlly recommended Williamstown, if it wasn't for my purchased of my house I would still be living there.”

“Don't even think about it...The management at this office are the most insensitive jerks I have ever had to deal with in my life...I have been put in a terrible position at a terrible time. They want to put me out because I ask for an extention on my rent bacause I sent money to help family members and victims. I can't belive they would have such people even working for them.<br>I have lived here for almost 3 yrs and had no intentions on moving anytime soon but now me and my children or being forced and why? Because I did a good deed. I do not recommend this property to anyone please don't do it or else you will find yourself out on the streets 2months before you lease is up.”

“This complex is a real piece of work. They will take your rent at any time of the month and file eviction even after they have been paid. Every month something is left on your door saying you owe outrageous amounts of rent with no proof. I would seriously consider somewhere else before I sign a lease. Christine is a fat lazy --- ----- who rides Maria coat tail...”
