“I was living at this place water is always cold or off when you call the office nothing never happens. This place is a big ---- hole. Me an my family moved in because of the pool what we never used. Don't move here go anywhere but here. Animals run around in the attic. To the owner of this place you are a piece of ---- an your mother is a piece of ----. If she showed you to treat people like this that give you their hard earned money.”

“Watch ------ the apartment manager or whoever is in there, they will play with your mail. I had to call the Post Master to come out because I didn't recieve mail for weeks and my cousin who also lived there informed me of their shady ways because she had the same problem with ------. They have no business messing with the mail. She got mad because I made the post about the worms in my carpet, and how I asked them to fix my deadbolt and the maintenance man took it out and put in tissue paper and left. TF. The same maintenance men that quit because they were not getting paid so all the shrubbery was over grown. These no amenities having apartments are soooooo cheap. There were worms in my carpet and after complaining for weeks ------ sent the man to shampoo Only The Walkways, meaning not the whole carpet but only like the hallway. TF. Finally after months of complaining and the exterminator telling her the problem is coming from outside, there is no way to stop them from coming inside she sent the man to change to carpet. This dude brought used dirty wet carpet from another apartment to install and didn't even change the pads. TF. Used carpet really? That's when I posted on this website and the next day I went in to pay my rent, I'm waiting on the lady to bring my receipt and I hear ------ tell her, no I'm going to give it to her and she comes out the office in front of some perspective tenants, to hand me my print out and say "The next time you want to post something " and I had to interrupt , F*** You, I'm paying you and it's insects in my carpet, you playing with my mail, and you want to charge me to move to another unit and etc etc etc. So save yourself a headache and don't do this complex. They invest no money in this property. It's an old uhaul truck that sits infront of the office, that the maintenance crew lol. These ppl are cheap --- hell and will try everything to prevent them from spending money.”

“Nasty and extremely rude management staff. They allow one tow truck to come on the property and tow visitors vehicles because that don't have very a pass. They don't fix anything g in a timely fashion. Joanne states that she don't even know the owners name. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. Homeless ppl are shown better respect!!”

“Black mold all on the top of my bathroom from upstairs asked over aMD over to fix it they lie and never fix it they never fix anything the staff does not care and are very rude but is reap quick to take your money and put a note on your door for any other reason don't ever come here please outside would be better to be honest”

“Do not rent here their air conditioners go out every summer they are ancient from the 60's and the owner refuses to replace them. If you want to sweat all summer then stay here, they take 3-4 weeks to fix air conditioners due to "waiting on parts/freon etc". This place is a nightmare, You need to keep 311 on speed dial you will need it !!!! The only way they respond to requests to fix expensive items is if you call the city . They just replaced all the toilets from 1965 and the old are scattered about the property and have been for 2 weeks nice view . I highly recommend you not rent from these folks unless you pay monthly for a nightmare!!!!”

“My daughters and I moved in on the 5th of December, we were in a bad situation so as I got approved for the apartment it was no stove or refrigerator the manager said that she would bring one in a few days, nothing and now it's 5 days and still no stove or refrigerator, the place smell bad the carpet need to be replace in my daughter room. And she still haven't gave us a least. I have stayed in places before and the least the first thing u get, no from these people they need to replace the entire office staff. And put caring people in the office.”

“I have been here 7years and it has gotten worse every year there is no maint. ac been out since June stove doesn't work my braker box has a short in it there gun fire. all the time.I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.”

“This is the worst I mean worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff is awful, they do not care about the concerns of the resident. They are rude and unhelpful.Maintenance does not fix anything but however they will steal. The rats are huge, this apartment complex reminds me of the ones on the news. Slumlords is what they are, they just want the money. People steals other people electricity and it was reported to the office and nothing was done. Drugs activity in this complex is so huge, they do it in broad daylight in front of kids they have no respect. I do not recommend anyone to move into this apartment complex, it is unsafe and it is dangerous place to live.”

“So this is how to get a response? For months I complain about WORMS crawling everywhere and the only response I got from the Apartment Manager was to go to the DOLLAR STORE and buy some borax! Really!? No concern, NO APOLOGY, NO SYMPATHY, NO EMPATHY, NO COMPASSION, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO HELP, Just I'm working on it, then I finally get dirty wet used carpet. WOW! There was NO FOLLOW-UP, NO CONCERN, NO CONSESSIONS, NO NOTHING, but as soon as I call you a SLUMLORD on this public website where I'm rating MY EXPERIENCE you have the ADACITY TO BE OFFENDED! ARE YOU SERIOUS? SHOULDN'T THAT BE MY ROLE IN THIS DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL ORDEAL THAT I HAD TO ENDURE? ANY PROFESSIONAL WOULD LOOK TO RESOLVE MATTERS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEY WOULD CARE, SHOW SOME CONCERN AND NOT GIVE THE RUN AROUND! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY OFFENDED? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU ARE NOT THE ONE THAT HAD TO VACUUM WORMS EVERY NIGHT AND NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF IN YOUR HOME BECAUSE WORMS ARE CRAWLING EVERY WHERE, COOKING FOOD AND WORMS AND CRAWLING IN THE KITCHEN, BABY IN HIS SWING AND WORMS ARE CRAWLING ON THE WALL BEHIND HIM! REALLY? YOU DO NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION JUST ACT LIKE I DESERVE THIS AND OH WELL AND THE MINUTE YOU GET CALLED A NAME NOW YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY? REALLY LADY? IF IT WAS YOU AND YOUR KIDS HOW WOULD YOU FEEL? YOU LIVE IN THE SAME COMPLEX SO DONT ACT LIKE YOU BETTER THAN ANYONE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS I PAY RENT YOU DONT!”

“Sharon, the property manager is a compulsive lyer! She will tell you anything and everything you want to hear. She tells the truth 5% of the time the other 95% is --------! She has took the award for best lyer and laziest property manager of the year! I have to say when I moved in I would have never thought this place would be such a nightmae, I pay to much and for what? Maintenace is half ---, the pool is always "broken", security and security cameras are a joke, I could go on and on... Lets not forget to mention the high volume of traffic that manges to get in through a "safe and secure" gate. Sharon is the worst manager ever, you can never get a hold of her and everytime you go into the office shes hiding behind herbdesk, hiding in the backroom, or shed supposably "out on property" which is funny because you never see her actually standing or walking around, more like in residents apartments doing who knows what! You can never get ahold of upper management either with there -------- comment box! Dont be fooled Sharon is not the Property Owner as she claims its been confired by the staff. Shed just a ----in ------ indian with stuck up rude kids that feel as if they dont need.to show respevt cause there mother is a "manager". This place is a dump, the apartment itself isnt even worth 200.00. The only people I feel sorry for is Ms.Nancy and Ms.Cynthia they are honest, sweet,and do anything they can to possibly make this nightmare better. I hope this review helps those who do research!”

“man this place is ----ed up we have sewer back ups that nobody takes care of. when that camel hurder boughjt this place they redid it but they did a ------ job the paints falling of the side. (well they had a bunch of -------- doing it so i doubt they did it right anyways) they have a bunch of jackass sercurity ppl here that walk aroud with shot guns ( makes you feel right at home if your use to prison). the roof was just done and it leaks! wft arient -------- the best at fixing ----? guess not these guys that are idiots. i was standing outside one day when the ------- owner hit the pole by the gate wow what a jackass.and they cut off the ac to your apartment when u are late on rent. i have 2 kids and they took off my aC MY KIDS HAD TO BE RUSHED TO THE ER BC THEY DID IT AT NIGHT WHEN WE WERE ALSEEP. that ------- ----- in the office needs to get laid with she needs to get that ---- out of her --- thats stuck up her --- (cinthya) man shes a hoe i bet if u gave ur 50 bucks shell ---- u but be carefull u no those hoies you might get something. come to think about it ive seen that they got tickets for not having permits for doing the work on the property wait so that makes me wonder if the bank knows this information. and i dont think that its to safe for us as the residents to be livuing in a place that was not even inspected when they were being remodeled. so does that mean if something were to happen that they would be held responsiable. when it iced up the office refused to put sand on the stairs wtf. they supposidly try to make this a better place but they fail to reliase that to make it a safer place they actually have to try. i bet those cameras dont even work. u know how those people in the 711s use those fake camers well they probebly do the same thing here. when you have a problem they take their time in fixing it but when its the 5th they want their money. all i have to say is ---- this place i rather live in inwood place then live here atleast my roof wont leak. i might get shot but it wont be by sum crazy --- security ppl that are scared off their ---. well if you read this thank you and have a awsome day and if u really wanna move in here you might need jesus to help you or who ever you pray to!”

“Streamside is the best place to live and Nancy and Sharon are always nice to every one when you call the office for repairs it done with in 24 hrs and sharon will ask you when she walk the property if the work was done. Sharon has done a great job and is the best manager any one can have.”

“Well, its what you should expect! The apartments are located in the heart of the"44"! I mean they are the best apartments on that street! So I am fine with the apartments, as long as you mind your own business, you will love it there! Its the hood, But "I'm Soo Hood"!”

“I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT STREAMSIDE PLACE FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS NOW AND YOU NAME IT IT HAS HAPPEN SINCE I HAVE BEEN THERE. THE NUMBER ONE THIS IS THERE ARE PEOPLE GETTING SHOT THERE....THERE IS NO SERCURITY AND THE POLICE ONLY RIDE BY THEY NEVER COME INTO THE PROPERTY. ITS PEOPLE HANGING OUT ALL NIGHT LONG...PLAYING MUSIC AT ALL TIMES OF THE NIGHT. THE MANAGER THERE IS RUDE SHE DOEST CARE ABOUT ANYONE...I WISH I WOULD HAVE DID MORE RESEARCH BEFORE I MOVED THERE......”

“I lived here for about a year and had no problems, the office is friendly and assit you in every way they can. Work orders are done in a timly manner. This is a good place to live.”
