“Living in Ridely Apartment has been a deeply frustrating experience. The management here is incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional, with a severe lack of customer service. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone from the office, and when you do, they're dismissive and unhelpful. Maintenance requests are either ignored or handled poorly, leaving issues unresolved for long periods of time. The overall quality of living in this apartment is extremely poor. Basic amenities are either malfunctioning or not maintained regularly, and any concerns brought up by tenants seem to go unnoticed. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. It has been nothing but a source of stress and disappointment. I had the unfortunate experience of living at Ridley Apartment Homes, and I can confidently say that it was one of the worst decisions of my life. From the moment I moved in, it became abundantly clear that this place was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, the management at Ridley Apartment Homes is absolutely atrocious. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and seem to have no interest in actually helping their tenants. Maintenance requests? Good luck with that! I submitted numerous requests for basic repairs, and it took them weeks, sometimes even months, to address the issues. My apartment was constantly in a state of disrepair, and I felt like they just didn't care about my living conditions. The amenities they advertise are a complete joke. The gym has outdated equipment that is rarely maintained. The pool is frequently closed for "maintenance," which conveniently happens every time the weather gets warm. But the absolute worst part of living at Ridley Apartment Homes is the noise. The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear every word, every footstep, and every argument from my neighbors. It felt like I had no privacy whatsoever. And don't even get me started on the constant parties and loud music that went on late into the night. The management did nothing to enforce any kind of noise policy. To top it all off, the rent at Ridley Apartment Homes is exorbitant for what you get. They clearly prioritize profit over the well-being of their tenants, and it's a complete rip-off. In short, if you value your sanity, your peace and quiet, and your hard-earned money, stay far away from Ridley Apartment Homes. This place is a living nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.”

Also, on December 22, 2023, in the inner closed parking lot of these apartments, I was robbed at gunpoint (they got inside because the gates were broken). There is also an eternal problem with hot water and cockroaches. Today, when we came to the office with a desire to move out of here, they told us that we would have to pay for another 3 months, although I was robbed in the territory of their closed parking lot and taking into account other problems, and at the same time they simply began to lie to our face that on the night when I was robbed at the gate worked and were closed and it was my own fault. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!”
— 2815 GREENRIDGE DR · HOUSTON“I have to say that this is the worst place I have ever rented from. folks stop lying about the the staff is so friendly and so helpful they don't do ----, You putting work orders and the maintenance men place them as done and they have never been to your unit. When you call to address it they tell you that they don't have enough maintenance men to handle you and if you happen to see one and mention it they will tell you oh that one doesn't do electrical or plumbing like I give a damn we pay you all get enough staff to handle the property. Their bookkeeping is always off they double charge you for ---- and the rack up your tab and expect you to blindly pay. I renewed a lease 01-24 and was told two months later that I never did sign the lease while they were charging me $250 for month to month on top of my rent and I didn't find out until i went in to inquire about these raggedy --- blinds that continue to fall. I was told that the assistant manager actually deleted the lease on purpose and asked me to sign a new one keeping me here an additional 2 months. I also found that there is a older guy that has been living here 5 years and they still hasn't moved but they placed a 10k tab on his credit saying he moved out and never paid. The water pressure is a F joke I cant wash clothes and shower because I'll be in a scene of living single where the shower turns ice cold it washing machine is on as well. The never answer the phone in the front office because they are under staffed. i have also been told from a private source that we can't have pest control because the property owes somewhere on the neighborhood of 6k on their invoice that's yet to be paid but they told us that its because the vendor has too many properties to service. Not to mention this source also told me that management caters to --------- and give African Americans the third degree as it pertains to approvals to move in and sometimes even service needs. there is so much more that I need to type but I want to say that if you still live at this property the tenants need to ban together and contact TREC and The Houston Apartment Association. Also they recently decided that we can no longer use the portal for payments but now do extra ---- like go to walmart to pay rent through money gram which is not convenient at all. We have to take back our power as renters we have rights and we need to exercise them. They may be pissed but I don't care because we work too damn hard for our money to be thrown away on a property that does not give a damn about your well being as a tenant. The gates NEVER work they always lie on the remote but it's BS the gym is old outdated and nothing works in it hardly. They keep going up on the rent but it's not worth it AT ALL. I did tell them myself that I will be contacting TREC and ANY other entities that will get here to investigate their bookkeeping and the HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR in the leasing office. I've even asked about a security guard since people have been dying in the units two near my unit during the week of Thanksgiving in 2023. They told me they were interviewing candidates I can only say they must be looking for and FBI agent to take the job because we still don't have a security guard as cars are being broken into and rims are being stolen my car was even broken into twice. Listen if you value your dollars your peace your mental health and your safety I warn you pass right on by DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!”

Maintenance will show up, look at a problem, come up with some excuse why they can't fix it, say they'll come back later, then close the ticket. Management won't respond to emails or any contact that isn't face-to-face. PACKAGE THEFT! They charge you a monthly fee for lockers, half of which have the doors broken off, and the other half are full of packages that residents leave there for weeks without picking up. Deliveries are then forced to front doors and subsequently be stolen. I've lived here less than three months and had 6 packages stolen. Someone even had the audacity to rip open a package, see what's inside, decide they don't want it then leave it open on my doorstep ? TWICE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We have had an issue since we moved in with termites that hasn't been addressed, and with the recent management change, we have had nothing but issues (they made us reapply and tried to re-charge us the same as if we had just moved in even though we'd been here for 2 years already, they do no maintenance at all now, and the area itself has become more crime ridden).”

Close to galleria, valet trash, pools , storage lockers , the community could be a lot cleaner but thats mainly due to the carelessness of the tenants. i have cleaned my courtyard a couple times because my myself and my guest dont deserve to be around a messy community. my main concern is how dirty the unit was at move in as well as the unit not being properly cleaned before the unit was reset. theres no reason i can see all the hair on the walls and in cabinets from a previous tenant thats quite disgusting. and the painted over debree in the kitchen cabinets is an issue as well. office staff is sweet and seen to be working and doing there best. i just wish i could have my gym key as promised. and my mailbox key doesnt seem to be working for my mailbox. i know all of my issues and concerns can be fixed so i will ahve patience in waiting for them to do so.”

Unfortunately, sometimes we have new tenants that don't respect the community and don't pick after their pets, don't drive inside the parking lot carefully enough, and leave lots of trash before their doors, which makes everything look poorly. We should have more control over people who should pick after their pets and pay attention to the washer and dryer maintenance because 70% of them don't work.”
