“The apartments are very outdated. Roach infested. Drugs going on in complex. Maintenance half fixed things. AC doesn't work. Mold in apartments. Water bill high. I called cooperate no answer or they send you back to front office. Office head manger very rude. There are not many African Americans so not well diverse.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“My name is william Torres We receive a wrong information of Yolanda about flooring wood in the apartment that we need, based in that, We applied and paid $ 265. Then When I check the reviews about that place I went to ask for see personally the apartment and We realized We were deceived and lost our money. Do not recommend that place.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I compromised for the price. There are other places better than this one. There is constant drug traffic 24/7 out of apartment building 8 amongst other safety issues. The carpet was ugly and tore up on move in date. Roaches everywhere. Corporate and management is incompetent. Save your money and time.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“DO NOT live here! It's my boyfriend and I first night and so far we already killed 5 roaches, had tiny black bugs through the carpet and mosquitos. The front guy lied and told us our carpet was new and it's not we walked in with dead bugs on the floor. Out shower head is loose or toliet is loose. I had to sleep in my car because I couldn't take it . It's only been one night and it was hell !”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“They lie about the rent. The prices listed on their official website are way cheaper than what they actually charge. I'm not sure how a property that was built in the 80's costs as much as a new apartment...”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I do not recommend this property. My sister and I applied for a 2 bedroom/1 bath in January 2017. We figured that the price is affordable and the location is close to the grocery store. Unfortunately, we backed out since Cindy, the manager was incompetent and very unprofessional. To mention, the temp leasing consultant was a bully. When I came in to sign the lease, they told me that they lost it and blamed it on the other temp who never came back to work. While I filled out a new application, the temp made funny voices and constantly raised her voice at me. It was not a pleasant experience at all, and for that, I can only give them 1 star. My sister and I are very glad that we canceled our application.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“Overall these apartments are good. Especially for the price. However, I don't like how the price goes up every year, even when no changes have been made to my own apartment. In fact, we had a leak last year that they never fixed because "it stopped leaking." But the spot where it did leak grew black mold, and it's still there. And they expect us to pay more each year, even though our apartment gets older and more warn out every year? Makes no sense. However, the staff is very friendly and the grounds are always kept up and we have never had any issues with noise, neighbors, or break ins. So overall it's a good place to live.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“Love this place! Melissa was a great manager I loved her! But I'm glad we got Ashley some help!!! The new manager is very hands on! She walked my apt when I told her i had on going issues had them fixed n finally got my water fixed! God finally got hot water! Great apts I love it here!”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I actually love this place, the ladies at the front are very nice and any issues in my apartment are handled fairly quick. The previous people completely sucked but since the new people came in a few years back the place has been maintained really well. Unlike like previous reviews I can't say that I have had any pest controls issues but then again I have a bit of OCD and would like to think I maintain a pretty clean home. I would definitely recommend this place and actually have recommend this place.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“If you're thinking of renting here, Run! Run far away. I'v lived here two years, managers always blame the issues on your for their lack of getting things done. They're so many roachs it's not even funny. I have asked over and over for these apartment to So something about this. I don't want to eat in my own kitchen and store food without making sure nothing will get in it. Paying over 900$ to live in a 2/1 that I keep spotless. I had mold growing in my house for over a year before I discovered the windows were never sealed correctly and had ruined my floors after the rains had moved in. Trash is left every where and no one seems to care. Management can be rude about the issues presented about how poorly kept things are. The kitchen cabnets are so old the lining inside of them are peeling off. The baseboard are not sealed and that causes the roachs to invite themselves in. I asked over five times to have them sealed and nothing has been taken care of. Water is turned off with non or very little notice. The conditions are not livable and I can't wait, to move out. To management, get a gribe and listen to your tents. Would never recommend wasting your hard earned money on this dump!”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“RUN I have lived here for almost two years and currently counting down the days of this lease. I have NEVER seen so many roaches in my life!! I mean it's like the place is infested with them. I stop asking for service because it brought in more roaches. You never know if you're going to have hot water, or water at all. I live in a 2/1 and my water bill is $70.00 a month! Like previous review the Ac doesn't get cold unless it's under 60 degrees and it makes up so much noise it scares me out my sleep sometimes. My toilet doesn't flush tissue paper at all! I have nasty neighbors who has baby birds as pets trash all over the patio and balconies. I've stayed here for the sake of my child, because I love his school, but this year we will be doing something different I've already started packing and I still have a few months left. So do yourself a favor and save your time and money and look for something worth your money I pay over 950-1000 a month and I'm battling roaches, no water, bad parking and no reliable Ac. Good luck! Side note: I didn't even want to give it the one star!”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“Roaches like crazy Maintenance slow with work orders Laundry room nasty Water bill always late and high Water cut off every month and they don't tell u it'll be off Mangement are very nasty and rude to residents They don't answer and return calls”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I lived here for a little whilebefore i gave up my apartment. trash, landscaping exterminating were horrible issues! I had issues with mice and all they did was put down poison packs were some of the mice were hiding. my a/c froze several times, fridge broke down twice, i had to pay for a dishwasher, a neighbor stole electrictiy from the building i lived in, and building 5 burned down and is still not fixed, the office staff is disorganized, and the office assistances change like a person's underwear!”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“This place is close to my childrens school. The price is right, quiet and safe.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“Seems if you are --------, you'll do fine, but otherwise it could take a while to get anything fixed or installed. Don't even think about asking to get an upgraded A/C unit like the other people have, there's no money left for you. Be prepared for very high utility bills during the summer, as some units have holes in the ventilation system (dug by animals), basically venting your not-so-cold A/C into the walls, instead of your rooms. Parking: There are no free assigned spots. You can pay to get assigned spots, but the amount is limited. Apartment Maintenance: The apartments (except for the new building that was rebuilt after the fire) have several layers of paint on every fixture, giving a less than beautiful look to the trim. You WILL have roaches (sooner or later), and have to ride the management to get the exterminator to come out (and they will lie about coming out there too!). My fridge just stopped working twice (lost everything in there) and it took them 2 days one time, and a week another to fix/replace it. Lawn Maintenance: They mow about twice a week, usually at the crack of dawn, when you are trying to sleep. Safety: There were a couple times cars were broken into and some hoodlums would try to harass people who were walking to their cars from their apartment. Many nights were interrupted by neighbors fighting, smoking pot, booming car stereos, loud motorcycles, you name it. This complex is right across Jones road from a very loud bar, so every Friday you get a "free" concert.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I am eagerly awaiting my lease to be over. The management here SUCKS. Kathy does not care about her residents at all and the maintenance is below acceptable. I have had my A/C fixed more than four times and it still freezes up. The pest control is non existant to say the least. You can barely get anyone in the office to help you and I find that somewhat strance since the manager resides on the property. This is not a place I woull recommend to my worst enemy.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I stayed at Wellington Place and is a great place i moved cause i got a house but I want to thank Kathy the manager for all her help.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“I have lived here for 6 months and it has been the most horrible six months of my life the management succks the maintance sucks there are roaches and ants my air conditioner broke the first month I was there and they havent fixed it yet and my fridge has been broken for a month and they have yet to fix it I hate this place and am moving as soon as possible and the manager kathy is the rudest person I ghave ever met and she has moved her family in and I am pretty sure they dont pay rent or the ppet deposit and they have 5 dogs and like 6 people living in a two bedroom please dont waste your time and move to this hell hole.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“The management turn over rate is the reason for the apartments down fall. Every three to six months there is a new employee who does not know whats going on. I have received an eviction notice every month because the management in the office can't seem to remember what my rent rate is according to my lease. The office loses my rent payment, my water payment and my maintenance request. Maintenance is slow to come and need assistance to actually know how to repair what needs to be fixed. I've actually taken it upon myself to make repairs and harass the office daily to replace appliances that have broken. I actually had to wait four days for maintenance to replace my fridge, then he didn't even know it was possible to change the opening of the door.<br>I am really disappointed with the service and knowledge of the complex staff.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“i just moved in and i dont have a/c and i have been waiting for them to fix it for 4days....... i wish i would have looked someplace else .......”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“Worst management I've ever dealt with. They have no interest in the residents or the living conditions. I just moved into a brand new section that still needs work. I have been to the office more than once complaining of the same problems (ants, broken door, broken stove, broken thermostat) with no results. They look at me like I'm not speaking english and have never offered immediate help. They always say they can't fix it and have to call someone. But they never write it down and they never make those calls. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! You've been warned.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“My family and I have lived here since November, 2004 and overall consider this place to be a real craphole. In the short time I have lived here, we have had an apartment fire in January, 2005, multiple occasions of vandalism to my personal vehicle and human feces in the swimming pool. My daughter was also assaulted by someone who lives on the property, which was reported to the police and to management (which did absolutely nothing). We have roaches due to the trash overflowing all the time and the rundown condition of the apartments. Overall my satisfaction level is very low and am planning on moving out of here as soon as possible.”
— 10803 Greencreek Dr · Houston“It's nothing fancy but it's quiet and kept up well. My only complaint is the dumpsters overflow. We either need more trash pickups or bigger dumpsters.”
