— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I lived at the Palms for over a year till I got a job relocation, and it is one of the best complexes in the area. Prices are fair and staff and managers are always curious and helpful, wished I got to know them better! The area is quiet and the pool is great!”

— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“Has to be the dirtiest, horrible place in the area and I visited a few. Police patrol car on site, tells you a lot. The lardass called Becky in the office is the most pathetic human being that it is possible to find at a rental location. Avoid! Run! Fast!”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“Please believe the bad reviews!!! Horrible place to live!!!! Read all the reviews! Becky the manager is a complete scam artist and she don't know her job! Very uneducated and unprofessional!!! Please don't move here. If you do you will regret it!”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“THEY ARE GREAT,CLOSE TO 45 FREEWAY AND THE APARTMENT FEELS LIKE A MINI HOUSE,TILE FLOORS AND NICE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM COUNTERTOPS..BIG ROOMS AND WALK IN CLOSETS...lOVE IT!”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“Don't Move Here PLEASE!!! Neighbors watch you as you move in. Apartment isn't clean when they want you to move in. They paint over mold and dust. Doesn't feel safe and secure. I turned away the day I was supposed to move in. They said they couldn't give me any of my funds back even though i never moved in. It hasn't even been a whole 48 hours. Once you sign the lease you're screwed. I was very uncomfortable moving anything in the apartment. They have lizards running around the apartment, also it was a moldy smell lingering around on the outside and inside. The office people are rude and not reasonable. And trash everywhere outside.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“RUDE manager. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“Worse apartments ever!!!! The staff is a joke. They tow cars for no reason. Drug dealers everywhere. People are out all day and night. I never felt comfortable letting my daughter play outside. The maintenance does a half a** job. In the middle of June my air went out and they took days to fix it. I'm so happy to be out of that place!!!!”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“These apartments are the worse. DON'T DRINK THE WATER! I was so sick after a few days and learned it was the water. My upstairs neighbor's bathroom leaked and my ceiling fell in. They fixed my ceiling (4 days later) but not the leak. The day I left, I was walking in water in my bedroom because of the leak. Yes, I did break my lease just to get out of there. They are rude and act like I was bothering them with my problems in their apartment that they rented to me.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“The Palms if Cypress Station is nothing but a POS complex to live, lets start with the POS office staff mainly Becky, everything out of her mouth is a lie, my experience was these apts are in worst shape than their other complex The Palms of Rolling Creek Creek,I moved in and immediately had a leak from my tub that leaking down into my kitchen she acts like she had no idea when clearly it was covered up by paint, the whole left side if my kitchen is covered in mold and has been that way since day one,it took them almost two weeks to even come and that's after a week of calling their suppose to be corporate number but is really someone cell number with a voicemail saying its corporate but I've called and the so called manager Becky answered and so has the other manager at The Palms of Rolling Creek,I recently moved out TPRC left my apt clean and a day early and i was informed by Manager Khalid that Becky told him to come up with anyway to keep my deposit and that's exactly what they did, talking about they found back rent but I have every last rent receipt signed by office, these people are all crooks if u have money to just give away then come here,I also I have a gigantic hole in my shower as well for the last 2 weeks but mind u I have only been here two weeks, the actual owner also visited my apt, promised all repairs would be finished by Monday and here it is Thursday we have called everyday numerous times, messages never returned are I am lied to that the maintenance will come today but noone have and noone is because the clearly care nothing about their residents just how much Money they can con them out of,there is also I gang if men that sit right in the parking lot blasting music everyday from sun up to sun down smoking their bong and drinking their beers,I called and asked if she could get them to turn it down at least,Becky response was they doing that again and she did nothing, I was told she didn't care what they did as long as their rent on time, this was long I know, but just trying to warn others cause people work too hard for their money to have to live in such conditions dealing with incompetent idiots as your office staff About a hour after posting this original review I got a call from washed up Becky the so called manager that they are coming to do the repairs on our apartment Saturday, and surprise, surprise no one came on Saturday and here it is 3 days later and the washed up piece of trash hasn't bothered to return our call we where told she was busy, one thing for sure she not busy doing her job cause clearly she don't know what that is”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“This is the worst apartment to stay for even a year. My lease is up to June. I'm just counting months. One bed room with one bath. The toilet couldn't flash, l reported, it took seven days for it to be fixed. The workers are rude , they don't value residents.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I've stayed in these apartments for over two years. The second day I moved in (2013) the pipe bust in my kitchen and my husband got burned from the hot water and maintenance was no where to be found while water was spraying everywhere and damaged some of my things and when they finally decided to come they said I should've had renters insurance . My AC hasn't worker right since I moved in and had a baby since then they didn't care . My toliet was broken but I had to pay $50 to fix it and it's still not working properly . My kitchen counter is about to cave in and the tile is coming up and they had the nerve to ask was I renewing my lease. I said are y'all going to fix all the problems in my unit they kept saying maintenance was going to and his lazy butt never came. Moral of story I would've never moved to these raggedy apartments and hope ppl read these reviews first before living here #worstapartmentsever and the staff is rude I had to go off on a few and o can't even give them a neggitive smh”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years and my lease is about to be up, but I refuse to sign another lease. My air has been out since Sunday, it is now Thursday, they are rude they don't care and the maintenance is horrible. Someone broke into both of my cars, stole my stereo system out of my truck. they don't have security but they have someone to come and tow your car if you are not parked in the right place. I wouldn't refer my enemy to live in these apartments it is overpriced overrated and definitely not worth spending your hard earned money on.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I stayed a month and a half five minutes while I was unloading my car they towed me. The a/c did not work and in total I towed three times in that short time, they tried to steal my car and my rims nothing fancy just factory. The office people are extremely rude, mean prejudice. They should all be fired, and the rude secretaries. My apartment was sooo hot and got no results I felt miserable they lied that the gate was getting fixed because I got friends that live there and has been broke the pool is slimmie green, the mail box stay open locks just fall off. please do not move here. This place is a dump management act like there better than you. they make there money by evicting people and forcing people to leave. Just to do it all over again, Please keep looking somewhere else. I hope and pray they condemned these apartments and someone sues them because its the palms gets shut down”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“The palm at cypress station is the most sorry apartment I've ever moved in... I have told the manager of the apartment that I have not had air conditioning since July through September I had to pay $90 for another company to come out and fix my air and it went out again!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“The people that work in the office are rude my air has not worked for the past two months and I just know that two months ago I have asthma I have went to the hospital for times for this and they're still not doing nothingeven the manager in the office is rude. She threatened to call the police on me and told me to get out the office”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“roaches sewage, raw sewage envoirmental issues thiefs drug infested no maintenance staff worthless ------ fab hood rats mentality trash everywhere false advertisement no security gate-never works no gym etc pool open sometimes but you dont want to get in it run run run run run run run these aparment should be condemned by the city of houston”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“These apartments are the worst that I've ever lived in and my family has only rented Apts before. Their maintenance is extremely bad, our A/C has gone out 4 times in the month of June and it only works for 2-3 days when it stops blowing cold air. The maintenance guy told us himself that the office is being cheap and doesn't want to buy a new unit. The office people are really bad at giving our message to the maintenance man and we have to call at least 5 times a day. We even had to threaten we'd involve the cops. The office ladies are rude including the manager who claims that never knows what's going on. To make matters worse we have a new born and even though we tell them that, they don't rush things. In the section where we live there is a neighbor that is always drunk and who seems to be a dealer. He's always being loud and making a scene outside. I as a mother am scared that things will escalate too much one day something bad will happen. All that smell of drugs affects a premature baby and no matter what we say the office does nothing. I've been told by others that they complain about this man multiple times and nothing has been done. I'd assume they would make him leave and satisfy other residents and their safety but they clearly don't care. Many people are moving and I know as soon. As we can we are too. This place is not safe for our cars either. We had our rental wield shield broken into. This place is just bad all over. It's a good price but not worth all this trouble.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I moved into these apartments in February. I have not had to live in an apartment for over 6 years now, due to personal reasons, I am once again on the circuit. When I moved in, shortly after I began having serious problems with my neighbor, I spoke to the Office Manager Becky and she took care of it quickly. Needless to say, I sleep better at night, I feel safer than I have since I moved here. The surrounding area is not the greatest, but where is now a days? I think if the residents took more care in their surroundings, the grounds would look alot better than they do and we would have perks that the apartments originally tried to offer. I dont like that we cant have a gym, but I do understand that it is not cost effective to have to continuously buy new equipment when the existing is being broken or stolen. If you take care of what you have it will last longer people. You complain about the community but I see no one helping to keep it clean or make it better.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I used to be a resident here. I see a lot of people have moved here without researching it or reviewing the reviews. These apartments are the worst of the worst. The office manager Becky is pure trash! My apartment was burglarized and the trash(Becky) tried to be a smart --- behind it. I hired a lawyer immediately. How could she expect someone to continue to stay there with a small child..? The city of Houston need to condemn these apartments! Even thou rent is dirt cheap.. It's still not a safe place to stay. The community is nasty! thank God I moved from that hell hole and I'm at peace.”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“These apts. Aren't fit to live in, first of all the apartment is shifting, look like the ceiling is going to fall in, toilets are always stop up and sewer comes out on the side of apartment, they don't have but one maintenance and he has a smart mouth "(saying he don't work after hours cause they don't wanna pay him for it and he says I'm tired of working for free)" last but not least they have a really bad mold problem.. We cleaned it over and over but still comes back we have complained for 1yr and 6month it landed me in the hospital everybody has complained but on lady's going to take them to court be were moving..whatever you do if you have health problems already this is not the place to live...but even if your healthy you don't need to be exposed to this...oh and I forgot they only change my filter to my ac once because they have the vent all screed down with screws..”
— 990 CYPRESS STATION DR · HOUSTON“I normally don't write reviews but I need someone to read this. These apartments were great at first. Affordable, easy to get in and close to my job. Everything was fine the first month but then it all went downhill from there. Not only have I witnessed apartments Alger broken into, which was right under mine, but I witnessed a whole crime scene. A man and a woman were arguing in their apartment when a gun shot goes off. The guy actually killed himself 3 apartments down from mine. It was a total csi crime scene. And no one cared. They cleaned up the broken glass and rented it out. The reason I'm getting the hell outta here is because my car got towed from here. I have a parking sticker and all that. When I went to go in the lady told me I had a regular sticker and was in a reserved spot. How was I supposed to know that. The leading lady told me to park wherever as long as I had a sticker. They didn't give a damn about my car. I'm so disgusted with the lack of empathy and customer service they have here. Just don't move here unless you have to. If you do just don't expect much. It's like, pay your rent and shut up. Not too mention all the drug dealers and begging --- kids.”
