“Have lived here for several years, the landlord is cheap, if something is "fixed" its done badly, cracks in the walls as the foundations are sinking, mice, bugs for which he does nothing, the parking lot looks like a war zone. He does nothing to deal with unruly renters or noise issues, you cannot GET emergency repairs...as no one answers the phone number on the wall. the Landry room only one dryer even half way works, the washers are likely to rip you off and are dirty besides. He raises the rent all the time, and will charge you extra rent if he puts in anything new like an ice box. Nothing works right here, the floors are uneven, as they are rotted out for which he does nothing. His answer to a sinking tub is to put a ton of caulking on it and call it fixed when its the floor that is sinking under it. When I move I will run a parade of inspectors on this place as its unfit and unsafe. last note: hes 'warehousing" as its called here in Texas, which there are laws against, as there is hardly an apt in the place that does not have at least 6 people in it that are not on the lease, and a huge number of them, are illegals, and he knows it. These are the ones that stand around in the parking lot, getting drunk, loud, smashing bottles on the ground, doing drugs in plain sight, to see 5 or 6 men sleeping in a car in the parking lot is nothing unusual, and as if all that were not enough its a daily sight to see them urinating everywhere and anywhere, to where the parking lots smells like a latrine.”

You turn something on and every light will dim. Owner of complex is "cheap" and maintenance is like tape over something or glue it....not repair it. Appliances are faulty and if perchance you get a new appliance installed, you are are charged an additional monthly fee. This complex will soon be targeted for demolition no doubt.”
