“Run! Run! The other direction. This place is terrible. I have lost count the number of times the hot water has gone out. Management lost the key to my front door twice. The first I had to make them re-key it, and the second time it was found. It is dirty and roach infested. People throw their trash on the ground and do not bother to pick it up. Management cannot get their act together, or they simply don't care. They rather treat the residents like crap. There is zero maintenance ( hence the inconsistent hot water). The area is not safe, and zero security. I have heard gun shots on more than one occasion. There was a shooting in the parking lot. Someone was KILLED on the grounds. Google Alief shooting at the Victorian. I have also witnessed drug deals in the parking lot. I was locked out of my mail at one point. The lock was changed and no one was notified. I asked other residents to confirm. I gave up trying to get the bathroom in my unit repaired. It was never repaired properly. There is mold. I have written reviews in other places on line, but for some reason they were taken down. My guess is, they don't want the truth out for the public to see. I could keep going. But, I think you get the idea. If I could give negative stars, I would.”

“My first take was: Its a quiet neighborhood and Graciela " Grace" (theres no sh** gracious about this one) and Tasha were a pair of comprehensive people.... It did not take me long to find out that if I needed any kind of repair in this complex, my genitals would play a big part in order for anything to be fixed. Eduardo, the repair man here sleeps with every single person of interest to him. He is very uneducated, perverted old man looking for young meat and a hole. Several residents have spoken of how we have " management" not being able to respect people privacy, as they will tell anyone who walks into the office and divulge any private information.. ( Because Ive heard and seen!). Graciela dont know sh**as she is not only EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL and RUDE and treats -------- and ------ like crap..including Tasha, she just does not know... speaks as if she was a white person. Both of these women are very ignorant and unskilled. Last week, one of the residents asked for a disability parking that would enable their son to walk a shorter distance from and to home. The boy is permanently disabled and they refused to assign one. The resident had to take it a further more yet away from legal action. This month of July that just passed, even last night, we had 5 different residents move out due to assigned parking spaces. Honestly, management want residens to leave, specially very old ones..but The new ones are leaving. A/C DOES NOT work in this apartments. Or at least not many units in this complex. Might as well sleep in your car like some residents do. Again, you need to sleep, suck, or undress for the perv and his skinny coworker to get you a new A/C. When you come, you will only be assigned 1 PARKING SPACE. The "visitors parking is mostly in use for the mexican guy who sells cars here...UGH.. everyone smokes weed.. no one respects around here... at least 1 resident does but other than that..including them trailer people who come and take parking spaces only because they refuse to take it back to the righteous owner. SUMMARY: Theres no safety, the apartments themselves are VERY small, at least have maintenance to take care of you but instead you worry about him walking into your home WITHOUT PRIOR notice. AC is very bad.. you need freon every 2 weeks... and you got to beg that assh0l3... Parking is 1 even though they say visitor, and its not even for you...its for stranger drug dealers that visit Tasha.. and owner is dumb to letting drug addicts into the "leasing office". Pets sh** in the grass all the time and the clean up guy does not pick it up. Be very careful with the laundry room...and the nosy residents who stare out they window to spy on you. You will come here because you are desperate not because they are worth it..”

“THESE APTS R SO ----IN RAGGEDY.........ITS NUTHIN BUT DRUG DEALERS AND HOES THAT LIVE OUT THERE THE MANAGEMENT IS FUCIN HORRIBLE I CALLED TO REPORT AN INCIDENT N THE GIRL TASHA HUNG UP IN MY FACE N TOLD ME IT WASNT HER PROBLEM SHE IS SO DAMN RUDE AND I SEE HER ALL THE TIME SITING ON HER STEPS SMOKING WEED AND HANGIN WITH THE DRUG DEALERS OUT HERE THE ROB U, BREAK INTO UR CARS, AND I WAS OFFERED DRUGS MANY OF TIMES ITS SHOOT OUTS ALL THE DAMN TIME AND DONT LET IT BE NO HOLIDAY LIKE FOURTH OF JULY ITS NUTHIN BUT GUN SHOOT'S AND PEOPLE FIGHTING THEY EVEN BROKE INTO THE LEASING OFFICE AND STOLE THE COMPUTER OUTTA THERE SO DONT MOVE IN IF U KNO ANY BETTER THERE R OTHER APTS OUT HERE DONT SETTLE FOR LESS....N DAMN SHO DONT BRING YA BLACK --- OVER HERE CUZ U WILL BE A NEW FISH ON THE LINE FO SHO....”

“I have been staying here for the past 4 years and with the new management it has been a lot better. It has been quieter and they have a good maintenace person that is taking care of things. i recomend this community.”

“I live here and it is nice, they are doing some things here to make it nicer. The ladies in the office are real nice & I´ve had no serious problems but we have had too many people working here, and the Manager, I don´t think she takes care of business, everyone else seems to do more & care more. I will live here for to see what happens, I am happy.”

“close to everything but it is off the beaten path. right next o the New sugar Hill golf course so we had a great view! Liana is a wonderful manager and cares about me and my kids. We love it here so much we have been here for over 5 years. Come over and see what you are missing.”
