“I recently live here the apartment manager daniella very rude I had a balance on my rent she decided to take some tvs out my apartment that wasnt mines and I threatened to call the police I offered to exchange something else for collateral until payday she told me she take what she wants then they threatened to call the police on me saying I would be stealing when. She took items while I was at work I been staying here 4 years never had a issue with them until the continually change management ppl stuff gets broke into they dont notify none of the residents its roach infested and they always cutting off the water without giving notice to tenants”

“BED BUGGS .. BED BUGGS RUN, RUN , RUN , IF THIS IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH YOU DOPNT WANT TO MOVE HERE. AND AFTER BEING EVICTED AFTER GIVING THEM HALF THE RENT FOR THE MONTH , THEY STILL SAY I OWE THEM 4,599 FOR WHAT... CARPET CHANGE 999. SPECIAL CLEANING 499.00. 600 FURNITURE REMOVAL... BILLED ME EVEN AFTER I WAS MOVED OUT ALMOST 2,000 . THEY WILL NOT EVEN GIVE U INFORMATION FOR MANAGEMENT... THE LADY EVE WAS STEALING SO SHE WAS FIRED... ALL OUR MONEY WENT TO SURGERY'S HER JEWLER, AND CARS. LIES, LIES, LIES ...”

“I hv been at the country club appt for 3 years they are under new management and they are absolutely great considering the horrible experience I had with the previous management. They are really understanding and the grounds are always kept up I would def recommend these apartments for anyone needing a second chance appt complex”

“I recently relocated to the Texas area and I solicited a realtor to assist me with finding an apartment until I found property I wanted to purchase. Country club was suggested. This company uses the system that changes the rates every day meaning if you don't lease that day, tomorrow the rate is going to increase (I call it the bully system). The first time I called, I spoke with an individual named -------, she was very abrasive she acted as if I was calling her at home during dinner. I didn't allow her to reduce me to her miserable level of life, and I inquired about their one bedroom apartment and informed her of the rate I was given from the realtor. She said "they need to update their prices", in a very hostile tone. She said you need to refer the prices on our website. Needless to say I suggested she have a blessed day and ended the call. I watched the prices on their website and I called back because they had an unit in the price range I would be willing to lease at. I spoke to a young lady named -----. She wasn't pleasant but she wasn't as vile as -------. She said "no that rate is wrong on our website". I informed her of the conversation I had with ------- that the rates on the website was correct. So I contacted the regional manager, her name is -----. She also was not pleasant but she said there is a disclaimer that prices can change without notice but she can put me on a list. I informed her that the price gouging, false advertising, and all of the negative reviews of their company finalized my decision against renting with them. If they treat you like this before you invest your money in their company, you can expect nothing more than despicable customer service once you sign a contract/lease with them. Horrible customer service, believe the reviews, don't waste your money (it is a waste of money anytime you rent) with this company. I sent this letter to the corporate office as well. If it is an ethical company it will review, evaluate, and incorporate a hassle-free FRIENDLY action plan. Hopefully this will eliminate the next person seeking an apartment from having a bad experience like I did.”

“Eve is the worst manager or whatever that ----- is. We have called the police several time since we moved in cause people kept trying to brake into our townhome. We told Eve about it and all she said was that we caused attention to ourselves!!! She is the most ignorant ----- and I wouldn't b surprised if she was part of the whole breaking in mess. I've got police reports and an attorney so Eve if you read this be prepared.”

“DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS. LOUD MUSIC. DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. EVE JORDAN IS THE RUDEST MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET The staff plays real nice and says they qill do this and that for u but the truth is that all they care about is their money. The manager Eve Jordan has been told by our entire building about the upstairs drug dealer. She even went as far as to run over to his apartment claiming to kick him out right then and there. Here we are six months and numerous complaints later and the traffic and drugs are kickin just as strong as ever. Do not move herewith women and/or children. It Iis seriously not safe unless u are a gang member or drug dealer.”

“Just turned in my keys to this place and am so glad. This place is the projects for real. Eve Jordan is the most unprofessional person I have ever know. From the moment I moved in it has been problem after problem. Every apartment has a strong smoke smell and I don't smoke. Complaint after complaint and nothing was ever done. They had my bathroom "redone". Came home to a bathroom masked off and a freshly spay painted bathtub. Had to clean up the mess they left. The smell was so strong and bad that when I complained Eve Jordan told me "well look at it on the bright side, at least the smell will kill the roaches". They sprayed the place for roaches who know's how many times and the roaches never went away. Complete infestation! Finally had the place fogged and said I needed to stay out for three days. Had to make arrangements to stay in a hotel. They didn't do a thing to prorate my rent or anything. Then they towed my sisters car when she was visiting. And can't forget to mention the numerous crack heads and crack dealers and kids throwing stuff at your car to make the alarm go off and kids jumping up and down on your a/c unit. the list goes on and on. Don't ever move in here. You'll be sorry you did.”

“BEWARE! Management has a towing company that conspires to tow your car overnight. YOu will be towed if you park rear-in. You will be towed if you park over the yellow line-or too close to it. You will be towed if you do not have a resident sticker and don't register your car with them, first showing them proof that you own the vehicle and insurance. Everything you hear about eve is TRUE.”

“if you want to stay for 6months just to save $$$..but to live here forever, no..its alot of crime in these apartments.. and eve doesnt care about the apts or try to fixem up..she just wants the money.. not safe at all..”

“Hi iam a resident here at countryclub apartments I have been living here for 1yr10months.Respected staff we had a small problem with acunit. We called the staff. To tell them with in minutes the problem was solved. The landscaping is clean. Come on over check us out your self you will like it. Our Manager eve jordan really nice person. Yes she can be hard on the tenants. Sometimes but that to keep our community safe. And i have nothing but good things to say about countryclub iam happy here come join our commuity.”

“First when we went in we met with eve jordan. She assured us she would take care of us and put my family in a nice apartment. We went into the office the first week of june and she told us our apartment would be ready on the july 1st. When my wife went in to inspect the appartment it was a mess. It was dirty roaches were in the refrigerator the paint didnt match the walls. There was a hole in the downstairs bathroom floor and they tried to cover it with a piece of tile. There also was another hole in the wall outside the bathroom that they tried to cover up with a peice of carbord that they painted.In the upstairs bathroom when you removed the lid of the toilet tank there was two bricks in the tank to keep the toilet from moving.There was graffiti all over the back patio gate from the previous tenants kid. I was pissed off but said I would just stay for the six months lease that I had signed,but this is what took the cake not even 24 hours in the apartment the ceiling in my bedroom fell in.We went to the office and pitched a ----- they told us they didnt know it was going to rain. Now after I haved moved all my furniture in this dump miss eve jordan tried to move my family to another crappy apartment that was not ready. She had an attitude when I told her I wanted my money back and mad it seem like she waas doing me a favor.I had to move all my stuff back out of the apartment and put it in storage and move my family in with relatives. We gave eve $1200 dollars cash and now she is giving me the run around to get my money back. to who ever owns this dump you have messed with the wrong person I have pictures of verything that happened over this two day period.I suggest you fire her and give me my money back or I will sue the ---- out of you. So if you are considering this apartment please beware. This is a DUMP DUMP DUMP!!!”

“This is directed to the owner of these apartments, you may think that everyone is telling lies about Eve. Your wrong and you may have to learn the hard way she is a theif and steals from the tenants and i'm very sure she is also stealing from you! She rents to criminals and sex affenders and illegal immergrants. I'm sure she will be investigated soon and so will you. You should let her assistant run the apartments for you she is a very honest person and you can trust her.This is more than a a review you need to take this serious.Get rid of her and give you apartments back their good name!”

“I moved in these apartments on January 6,2008. when i receive dhap housing to pay my rent Ms. eve Jordan throw me out of my apt on August 15, 2008 in the rain and didn't present me with the right information to vacate the property. so now am homeless don't have nowhere to live, eat,or take a bath. she is a very rude lady she don't know how to talk to people, or treated them. She is the ----- in pada. I lost alot of stuff ------- with Eve Jordan and she told me she didn't care about me and my kids that's why she threw my stuff away i worked hard for and i nothing to show but my kids pictures that my daughter daddy got out the dumpster. I lost my DHAP assistance because of that -----. Someone need to take her to the hole. Because she ----ed over a lot of people in that apartment complex and i know i was one of them and i going fight for my right with that she can't hold me down.”

“While we lived there, people were robbed at gunpoint, cops arrested a resident for drug possession (in his apartment), and if you are non---------, you won't even be listened to by the management. People would have their music to wall shaking levels, and then if you asked them to turn it down, they would tell management and the complainant would get in trouble. The front gate, even after supposed improvements was frequently broken, allowing all manner of people through. I would be cursed out for NOT letting people in. If you don't care for your safety or sanity, then this is defiantly the place for you.”

“the land lord eve hangs out with the tenants and i even heard she is stealing money from people also. she is very dirty she will try to get extra money from you every way possible she has no respect for no one she is breaking all kinds of rules there but she want give out the owners number because she knows she will get in trouble so be alert of this property. the owners need to know how she is so dirty aand bringing down those apts. she also curses out people who live there i use to stay there in 2001 i am a male who left because she kept trying to get extra money from me. she is the worst landlord ever the apartment asso. of houston has alot of reports on her move ther at your own risk.”

“i lived here for 2 months and already i had had enough. i had 3 break ins 2 while i was in the house. i hope the staff dies and is eaten alive by army ants. the locks are broken because of all the breakins so i basically just break in to my own house. a crowbar is my key now. i don´t have a car because you guessed it, it was stolen. this apartment complex is truly hell on earth and the landlord is ----- incarnate. when i get the chance to make a decent living i am gonna burn the complex down with matches, and kill the staff with a bomb. i hate country club, it ain´t no ----in country club.”
