“First off let’s start with Chris savoy the “property manager”!! This guy loves to look busy and run out of the office when he sees you after avoiding you all week!! And to make matters worse, he has no regard for anything you have to tell him and he will rush you and tell you that you do not have to live here and you can go somewhere else. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HERE! OH AND HE LIKES TO CHASE YOU OUTSIDE AND YELL AT YOU AS IF HE WAS SOME TYPE OF THUG ON THE STREET!! If you’re looking for something even decent, Greenridge place is NOT the place to go!! Save your money and sanity!! Everything they tell and show you is lies that have be painted over time and time again!! PLEASE GUYS SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE AND JUST GO TO THE TIFFANY ACROSS THE STREET!!”

Not only is the management biased towards their own race, but the maintenance staff follows you around the apartment complex like a prisoner. They make it seem all welcoming on the tour then you see what it really is like living there. They gained possession of my unit the day the apartment complex had a fire. Coincidence... I think not. I had planned on staying there but the apartment complex did not like me so much that they set the apartment above mine on fire so I have to move out due to the building now being condemned. Dirty tactics to move residents out by Housing complexes. God see's all. Please it may look nice but don't let the ----- make a fool out of you. It's a pool of criminals harassing people and energy harvesting.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“The man, Victoria is the main character that leads an office that lacks diversity. Her obvious racist behavior and lack of decorum speak to the rest of the reviews. As a person of color, I would NEVER recommend moving here and giving them your money. Victoria and her minions work hard to delete negative(true) comments, so I will not be surprised if this one disappears.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“They do not know how to take a situation in hand I was obliged to take another apartment because my ceiling was drowned in water I lost everything we did not even offer me another apartment I slept at the hotel without being reimbursed to my surprise I had late penalties! until the person calls me a place not to live I do have a photos and videos! My apartment was 604”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“My sister and I loved our time at Greenridge Place. Contrary to the review I just read, Greenridge is clean, well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. The office team, led by Victoria, the manager are very attentive and helpful. Victoria is a great reason why we stayed at Greenridge for multiple years.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Apartments are infested with RATS. Victoria ignors calls, emails and hides in her office. Maintenance does a half --- job when doing repairs and leaves a mess for you to clean up. There work is not professional work.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I've been here 16.5 years, office staff friendly and informed, helpful, custodial staff I's awesome and on time. Occasionally noisy. Recommended by me. Try it out great investment. Love having a fitness center 2 swimming pools. Events for residents monthly .”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I moved here in September 2019 and that's when my nightmare started. The bathroom ceiling leaks everyday. I complained and provided evidence but no action was taken. I spend more time hunting coackroaches than doing chores. Parts of the residence reeks of marijuana and I cannot get to my parking spot without being invaded by a horrible stench. Within less than a year at the apartment, I went out of town on vacation for a couple weeks and came back to my apartment having broken into and over $10,000 of valuables stolen. The management did not even bother to change the broken locks and just left the apartment wide open until my daughter yelled at them. No apologies were received to this day, months later. The staff puts on a facade when you're signing the lease but once you're trapped in one, they stop caring about their residents' comfort or quality of service. Would definitely not recommend.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Good location. Decent price for the location. But the surrounding area is sketchy. The folk living here are very sketchy even though these are the better looking apartments versus the ones next door. There is apparently a drug ring going on here that management is not addressing. The guy in building 20 is constantly selling drugs in front of the leasing center and it is obvious. The same cars come to the leasing center at night and he comes out to serve them. Every night. The 2nd floor of that building reeks of marijuana smoke. He threatened me when I addressed it and the reports I've made have gone unnoticed. He has an entire crew that watched me. This place is very ------.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“-------------- wrote the review playing the race card. I am a current resident and former neighbor of this woman and think it's right on par of her to post a review like that considering she lacks the capability to conduct herself like a woman. She's an embarrassment to the ---------------- community and is the sort that is envious of those around her because she struggles financially. I normally don't write reviews but this is the most diverse community I have ever lived in and the property is well managed by ------------- and her staff. There are community events such as the pizza and beer night last week and it's a small enough complex that most everyone knows each other. The weight room could use some attention but all in all I have no complaints. I've been here two years and plan on staying a while. Great location and superb floorplans. Balconies are huge and there is a ton of storage in the way of closet space.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“************WARNING- NON-DIVERSE, RACIST STAFF, FLOODING, BUG INFESTATION, AND LEAKING! ****************The residents who have made the comments about people threatening them, and the management not doing anything about it, are absolutely telling the truth. -------- and ------ in particular are conniving, sneaky, lying little racists. People, please pay attention when the staff is not diverse. That really says quite a bit as to how you will be treated. I would absolutely never recommend these apartments. Between the roaches, the constant leaks, thin walls, and the FLOODING, you can definitely live somewhere nicer and cleaner than here for cheaper or the same amount. This raggedy place floods like crazy. -------- and ------ are the main evil creatures behind most of the incompetence that happens around this dilapidated monstrosity, with -------------- and the rest following behind them like the good little peons that they are. ------ has a DOG with her boyfriend, yet they FINE other people for having dogs, because it is a dog free facility. If you are a ---------------, do NOT rent here. -------- and ------, you are the problem with America. Oh, and it's infested with mold and fleas, and the ceilings sound like they will fall in at any moment.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“DO NOT MOVE HERE.... CRIME IS AT IT'S HIGHEST EVER HERE. NOT A SAFE COMMUNITY AND MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. -------- THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE RESIDENTS HERE. BE READY FOR A LIE RESPONSE TO YOUR ISSUE. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SALES PITCH OF HAVING A GUARD AT NIGHT,THAT CHECKS CARS THEY JUST SLEEP IN THE GUARD SHACK OR WATCH TV. THEY COULD NOT GIVE A FLIP ABOUT WHO COMES INTO THE PROPERTY. APARTMENTS ARE OUT DATED AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE MARKET RATE FOR THEM. RATS RUNNING AROUND ON PROPERTY ALONG WITH BIG POSSUMS. BROWN DIRTY WATER, NO WATER PRESSURE MOST OF THE TIME. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DO A CRIME REPORT AND CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE LEASING AT ANY PROPERTY.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“If you're looking for a place where they need a revolving door due to staff changes, with staff members not able to do their job properly...if you want to live off of streets that are used as party venues on the weekends and as a place for extremely loud cars to roar past you while you're trying to sleep...if you want a place with poor security...AND if you want a leasing manager that will lie to you at every turn, then Greenridge Place Apartments is the place for YOU! You could not pay me to recommend this complex to anyone. Beware, people...look elsewhere.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I've had several issues with this apartment. Both of my neighbors smoke (Marijuana/cigarettes) and the smoke comes thru the vents. My apartment smells like smoke although I do not smoke. I have complained and nothing has been done about it. There's no hot water the majority of the time (especially morning) so I'm forced to take a cold shower. My apartment has had several ceiling leaks. They come repair but do enough to last for a couple of weeks. The air conditioning is old and I swear it's producing some type of mold. Lately there has been gunfire. Not sure if someone was shot. I didn't check to see. I wouldn't recommend these apartments unless it's your absolutely last resort. The only thing positive is the price.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I love living at Greenridge Place apartments. I have been here since July 2017. I LOVE THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE STAFF!!! Victoria and her leasing agents are always attentive, gracious, helpful and considerate. Victoria is both an extremely professional as well as graceful and courteous manager. The maintenance crew works intelligently and is very prompt with their surface. Both groups go out of their way to make life at Greenridge Place as perfect as possible. The 2 inconveniences for me are: The the laundry room which has too few properly-functioning machines and several very noisy children who run around, unattended, screaming and yelling. I have lived in apartments since 1970 and this is the best complex ever thanks to the management and the maintenance staffs.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Green ridge Place Apartment is the best place to live , I am living here for last 9 years and never had any bad experience, Management are very nice , they treat so so good and maintenance always busy with cleaning and maintaining complex. The location is so good , you are in the middle of city you can hit freeway in a min. I highly recommend to all my family and friend to rent this place . A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Thank You so much .”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“We move here in 02/2018 and has been a true blessing! Really quiet, clean, and the office staff is AMAZING!! These apartments is everything that I expected and more!! Thanks Janette for a smooth and stress free experience!”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Greenridge Place has been my home since I moved to Houston three years ago. I had never visited Houston before, but it was recommended as an affordable location in a safe area. For the price and location alone, I would recommend Greenridge Place - the units are spacious, located just outside the loop and two miles from the Galleria and access to 59/610 are convenient. Would prefer updated and larger kitchens, but overall a great place to live.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I moved into this apartment back in August of 2015 and really love it. The first thing I noticed upon moving in was how pretty the outside grounds were. It is very well kept, covered in foliage, shading the walkways and my front porch. Inside the apartment, I fell in love with the built in bookcase, pictured below. I also really like the huge walk in closet in my bedroom. The complex has two swimming pools that are well maintained and open year round. It is usually never crowded, even during the summer months. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know who I am each time I visit the office. Maintenance requests are completed almost immediately, usually within the same day that they are placed. The maintenance crew is very nice and polite and always willing to help when they can. This complex is also very quiet most of the time, which is nice since I'm in grad school and work nights. It is a gated community, with a gate attendant present from 6pm to 6am each day. It is very safe, and I have never felt threatened getting home late and walking to my apartment from my car. The only thing that I do not like about the apartment is the outdated stove. It is very old, but functions, so I can't really complain. Overall, I recommend this apartment complex. It is in a nice neighborhood surrounded by tons of restaurants and small bars, many within a few blocks away.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Greenridge has been my home for a year and I just renewed my lease and upgraded to a bigger apartment. It is a very nice apartment community with great surroundings. Staff is great and always nice. Drawbacks, walls are thin. I can hear someone sneeze from another apartment. You can hear neighbors walking above you if u live on a bottom floor. Parking is a bit challenging. I’ve had a friends car get towed and it cost $250...kitchens are small but I think every apartment community has some flaws. Overall it’s a nice hidden gem right in the middle of the jungle (galleria)...Coates”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I love this community mostly because of the staff. Victoria and Joanna are always extremely helpful and patient. Whenever I have an issue that maintenance needs to handle, it is taken care of expeditiously and accurately. We have not had issues with rodents or pests. The grounds are kept up nicely and is always clean. We are both thankful and very happy to call Greenridge Place our home. We love our place so much we now have family that lives here and even just renewed their lease. ~Jenkins”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Great place to live, few minutes from Galleria. Staff and management is very professional and really on top of the property. They always make sure the property is clean and well taken care of. Nothing bad to say here.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I have lived at Greenridge Place for almost 4 years now and I have had such a great experience here with all of my neighbors and all of the people who work in the office. Anytime I call they are so nice and attentive. It feels like they actually care. My surrounds are very quite and all who are here work and are respectful of each other which matters a lot to be being a single girl in this area. Maintenance is pretty fast and of course very nice as well. I use the business center a lot and they provide coffee, all you have to do is ask the staff and there is also a near by restroom. I love the pool by me (there are 2). The landscaping is so pretty and tranquil. Of course no place is going to be perfect but I feel like they really do try their hardest to be. Thanks all!”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I stay with my brother for a short time actually two months it was very quiet the property was clean and the staff was very friendly.”
— 3000 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Not worth the money. Leaks from outside, leaks from other neighbors' units, bugs. I will say, they eventually fixed the issues, but trying to get any kind of immediate response, well, that just doesn't happen. Service requests take at least an hour for maintenance to show up, they check the issue and then come back whenever they feel like it to fix the problem (entering without notice). They say no dogs but we've heard/seen/smelled them (poop). We put up with the place for just a year and were happy as all get out to turn in our keys. Office staff seems friendly but they're pretty much useless too. Why have 3-4 people working a day and yet they can't return a call or an email? Just rude. Parking was an issue, too. We had assigned spaces but they changed the visitor's parking rules, with only a couple of day's notice (can't remember if it was by email or papers left at our door), but their new process wasn't structured very well when it was implemented. The guard didn't have tags for visitors or wasn't at their post, signs weren't out or properly visible, even the office staff gave different answers as to why this was happening. One told us it was in our lease papers but they hadn't been strict about it until then (lie), another just said they were starting this up per the corporate office (I've lived at other properties, some managed by this company, some not) and this is the first time I've ever heard of EVERYONE EVER WHO COMES TO THE COMPLEX AT ANY TIME has to have a tag on their car or they will get ;t that why you have a designated visitor's parking lot to begin with??? So no, I would strongly NOT recommend this complex, take your hard earned dollars somewhere else.”
