“Don't be fooled by their giant office or lake, cause that is the only place that gets attention. Landscapers only cut around the lake sometimes to make presentable for new customers, hopefully you don't live in the back. Pool is always closed or dirty from broken pumps. Maintenance crew has bad quality skills repairing anything. You will get ignored for maintenance requests and you will get lied to. You will also be scammed with hundreds of dollars worth fees with no explanation. The office never answers the phone even though they tell you to call for any help. I've never wanted to move out of a complex this much and I've lived in several. I've also never paid this much a month for a horrible experience. This place will not feel like home”

“Nice secured quite clean environment with quick response team when requested for service on repair of damages. Children can be raised here with no hesitation. My only problem is they have too many additional bills after you signed the contract which is a ripoff. Also the late fee percentage is too extreme especially sometimes when you paid in full they'll still bring you additional fees.”

“Have have a great experience here at falls at copperlake apartments really enjoy the gym and pool nice walkway around the lake that sets in the middle of the apartments also nice and quiet at night and 4 minutes away from Kroger”

“It's ok. From the eye, it looks nice I see them making efforts to keep the property cleanon the outside , seems well kept except for the occasional ------ furniture dump people do around here . I wouldn't stay another year tho. I've had neighbors from hell since the day I moved in so it's been anything but peaceful. ??. The ant infestation is so bad . I ended up having to go to the store and kill the ants around the flower bed near my front door. And then on the inside, they are just unstoppable. They're in the walls.. they come out of the sink in my bathroom. They be randomly in my shower crawling . They compromise my $30 candy I bought from a festival that was in my room. That was not even open and still in the original wrapper . They somehow got inside of it. Every time I think I've gotten rid of them and I haven't seen ants for a couple of weeks? yeah, just kidding , they emerge again. Just leave one crumb on the counter and wait. In the kitchen I have thrown away so many groceries. They have gotten into every open package Or box even if it has a chip clip on it. To the point where if you open my pantry now it's nearly empty because I don't even store stuff in there anymore. I have stuff in the fridge that don't even belong just to keep it from the ants . They even made it all the way over to my desk area. Second shelf where I have a jar of Moschino cherries for my alcoholic beverages and they were crawling all over that. I guess because a drip it was on the side of the jar and it's sweet. They also managed to get inside of my medicine cabinet, which is above my microwave and was crawling all over my elderberry syrup jar, again something sweet? but still annoying as ever . I had an ice machine that I waited so long to buy and spent $600 on it to have it on my counter so I can enjoy my iced coffee and mixed the drinks, THE ANTS GOT INSIDE OF MY DAMN ICE MACHINE AND WERE MIXED IN MY ICE SO I'VE HAD THE PLEASURE OF EATING THEM. I HAD TO UNPLUG MY ICE MACHINE AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE IT SINCE BECAUSE I'M AFRAID THEY ARE GOING TO COMPROMISE THE MOTOR AND YES, I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS TO PROVE IT. I now have to store open bags of chips and cereal syrup and anything sweet because they will literally get in anything that's open.. my freezer continuously ruins my ice cream and frozen treats that I have for myself. Weird because my food seems to stay frozen, but my ice cream always ice over and looks melty. I made one maintenance request and they showed up unexpectedly after waiting on them for a couple of weeks. And didn't fix the issue that I had back in February. I just gave up on that . My neighbors child runs and stumps so much she stumped my recess lighting out of my ceiling, and it almost hit me in the head, and I went and banged on their door to let them know I didn't even mention to maintenance that I needed another light because again it's weird how the respjnd to things , if they do . One because I never know when they are going to come and that makes me uncomfortable. I get charged for pesticide, but no one has ever came in my apartment to spray. The front door has a poor seal at the bottom . And I have been staring at it and wondering if the daylight that I was seeing shining on the bottom of the floor was actually that of the adjacent patio door?. But it wasn't?. One day maintenance was power washing the front door area.( which is great ??) but he sprayed all of the water into the house which confirmed that there is a gap under the door, which also confirms why I always have those giant monster roaches in the living room, they are coming under the door.?? and I'm absolutely mortified of roaches . None of the plugs work on the patio. My son's light in his room never worked. So I bought him a lamp., the vent in his bathroom sounds like it's on its last leg and the other light in his bathroom is also about to go out. It's very dim. These are all problems. I wanted to reach out to maintenance about but again I don't like how they enter the apartment. And then one of the times that they did into the apartment it took me three days to realize that they were here. I can explain more in detail on the phone. It's just too much to text as I've already use 4000 characters.. thank you .”

“No issues with the apartment. Very roomy. Garage could be more spacious but it is adequate. Everything is very well maintained and nice. Have only used maintenance once so I don't have a lot to say it was responsive”

“Bad communication from the office staff, gates are always broken, no visitor gate to walk in or out of we have to wait on cars to enter or exit to walk out. unsafe for elementary kids to get to bus stop”

“I have lived here for over a decade. It's been an overall great experience. I LOVE my attached garage to my apartment. That's my favorite part. I also, love the beautiful lake. I just wish there was an area for dogs to run and play. It's a very peaceful scence when looking at the lake.”

“I am handicapped but the complex is accessible to meet my needs. the problem with my U S mail seems to have been solved. I do leave my outgoing mail with the office staff to give directly to the postman”

“My time here has been pretty cool. I tend to stay out of the way, however when I do have an issue--it's always handled. I thank the staff for staying on top of things as much as possible. I have been having a small issue with the valet trash, unfortunately it sometimes sits outside the door for 3-4 days (not counting weekends), I'm sure there must have been staffing changes, but I think residents could benefit from knowing if there are any changes so we can alter our trash from sitting at the door being rummaged by rodents.”

“Great place to live and staff is excellent and very knowledgeable about about the property and the company they work with the expectations the community is nice and well kept easy to access anything in the area it a great location.”

“I absolutely hate living here! I have been counting down the days until the end of my lease. I can't wait to flee this loud, pest infested, polluted dump!! The only reason I stayed this long is because I didn't want to uproot my kids again. I will definitely warn others about this place. I've spoken to the assistant manager several times. She is no help! She got an attitude with me like I work for her not realizing that without people like me, she would be out of job! I also blast my reviews on social media! This place should have a zero star rating!!”

“The apartment community is very accessible to the schools, parks, and local entertainment. The staff is very effective and good at resolving issues that may come up. Satisfied with the overall stay. This is a great community to live in but there needs to be some upgrade to the cabinets, counter-tops and appliances. Overall great place to live.”

“The apartment is nice but the management could use improvement. It takes too long to get your issues addressed. Then when they do the work it is not done well. Work orders are not completed or take a long to get done.”

“Nice apartment complex but stairwells need cleaning to much trash around the dumpsters. To many cars sitting parked for months limited parking at the complex gym equipment broken valet leaving trash on stairwells”

“Nice community. Lots of dog owners that don't clean up after their pet. The gym has broken equipment. The office representatives are very nice. Unfortunately there are neighbors who like to complain a lot about trivial issues.”

“They have been charging me a fee for not having renters insurance even though I have shown them the proof every month for half a year that I do, . Furthermore I have been using the insurance THEY suggested and work with”

“Life at the community has been over all a pleasant experience. The residents have been friendly and easy to get along with. Maintenance is a little slow at times, but the issues are resolved. The office staff is very professional and helpful.”

“I have been a resident of Falls CopperLake for 2 years. My experience overall has been good. My only problem has been an ongoing issue with ants. The apartments have not been updated and there are increases in fees with fewer benefits. The current apartment management staff is kind, professional, responsive, and friendly.”

“Amazing customer service and support. Very responsive. The staff always goes above and beyond. The property is nice and I like our floor plan. I feel safe on this property. It is close to my job so that's a plus.”

“Pros: The apartments at falls at copper lake are very convenient and fairly priced for what you get. They do keep up with the property pretty well. I hardly see it dirty. Their office staff is nice and understanding. Cons: The community is nice but there is constant speeding, burn outs, and even people doing donuts in the area. Like right next to other people's parked vehicles. The gym always has broken cables machine and I feel like the community room never feels open. It always is short staffed in the office making something that would be a quick fix or quick question take about 20 minutes. The key fobs always have to be reset very often because for some reason they will lose connection to open the gates and doors.”
