“The manger is sorry she bullys people out there apts she not nice they never in the office since i movied in my tolit still has not got fixed my ac been out so i dont get air when its hot are heat when its cold the manger dont follow your lease rules she dont take part of the rent when you try to give it to her on the 4th on the 5th she gose and fills on you and in the lease it says 30 days not one are 7 days to fill i know may laws so i will be sueing this apts if i would know how bad the staff was here i would never moved in if i could put 0 stars i would i give this place a thumbs down they need ro be close down this are the sorry apts ever the manger is a ----- she makes u pay a dog depist ans noone in this apts pays one i thibk that why she picks on people cause she cant uave extra money she picks on family that she knows that the do not bather people and dont say nonthin to the people that out her breakin ---- nd missin up this apts SO IF I WAS YALL DONT MOVE IN HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SORRY APTS REAL TALK!!!!!! I HAVE MOLD THEY STILL HAVE NOT CAME AND FIXED”

“They are scammers they didn't want to give me my money back when im not even a resident there I didn't sign the lease or anything and they didn't want to give me my deposit back also I changed my mind because it disgusting how small they are and how they have trash everywhere manager doesn't do anything but sit in her office all day so I wouldn't even look here they are scammers”

“These apartments are all about money they will let anyone move in of they have money are a income and once they don't pay they rent for 2 months they move out and others get left with they utilities. Need better management and better maintenance and lower rent due to all the leaks that will come after a few months after moving in. Also paying water and lights with them is a rip off they just give low bills to they family members and the high to all new people are people that always asking them to fix they messed up things and they house and they laundry room always have broken machines that will take you money and if u call about it they will find a way to add it in your bills”

“Sherwood Glen Apartments at one point were great apartments to live at, but after a new company took over they have gone down. The managers get changed monthly, so your issues never really get resolved. Issues that include finding no parking, no hot water at times, and the poor up keep of the property outside and inside. The location is awesome because it is close to a lot of places, but if you have a chance to move somewhere else...please take that opportunity and run.”

“I moved here because the property was "bills paid". Without notifying residents, the owner sold the property to the company that runs the complex across the street, and "bills paid" has gone out the window. They have raised the rent and justified doing so by telling us there would be "improvements". However... - There hasn't been new carpet or flooring here in probably 20 years - Screaming kids in the courtyard every day - The pool wasn't even open this year (2008), and when it was, there were dirty-diaper clad children fouling up the green-tinged water - The parking lot <i>will</i> do damage to your tires and suspension - The front gate is very often open, allowing the crack dealers, whores and other criminals on Sherwood Lane easy access to vehicles and homes The residents are pretty friendly... if that makes up for the other stuff.”

“This is not a place I would want to live at again. Don't go out after dark. If you want something fixed, you better have it done BEFORE you move in because nothing will be done after you sign the lease. Mildew everywhere!”
