“Horrible , no encuentro plabaras para explicar Lo mal que so estos departamentos. No arreglan nada ahi ratas cucarachas y un no se diga la plaga de borrachos ,alcolichos y marihuanos y sobre todo los Craqueros Sin verguensas que hacen sus mierdas afuera de donde uno vive NO RECOMIENDO ESTOS DEPARTAMENTOS, LA VIEJA DE OFICINA LE VALE MADRE TODO NO MANDAN A COMPONER NADA Y SOLO AHI UN SENOR MANTENIMIENTO. MUCHO DROGDICTO Y ROBAN MUCHO SE METEN A LOS CARROS Y ROMPEN VIDRIOS, MEJOR AHORE SU TIEMPO Y DINERO AMIGOS .”

“acabo de cambiarme a estos apartamentos 10/30/12 y aun no tengo una estufa...me trajeron una pero infestada de cucarachas!!! y obvio no la acepte!!! aun no me arreglan el ba o para q salga agua caliente en la regadera. mmmm!!! no todos los enchufes funcionan...ya los reporte y hoy cumplo una semana aqui y solo me dicen q si lo van a reparar y nada.... -.-'”

“They should change their name to "Crappy Homes" My apartment has had a number of plagues that ravaged the interior. I had cockroaches so big that when an exterminator finally came in, I ended up with dead cockroaches so thick across the kitchen counter that I couldn't see the color of the floor or carpet. I also ended up a plague of little black bugs that got all over everything...the second trip by the exterminator was followed by a third trip from the exterminator when I had a plague of fire ants. My unit was right beside a resident that was apparently a drug addict. He would spy thru his patio porch and crawl in thru my windows by making a tiny hole thru the glass big enough for a pencil eraserhead to pop open my window lock and steal things. Then there was the upkeep of the property. graffitti through out the property that was never cleaned off and the fence on almost all the patio porches were rotted out that the strips of wood would fall on their own. I can't say much about the new management because they can never keep a manager long enough to know the buildings let alone the apartment numbers or anything else. they are constantly changing maintenance and managers in the office. I'm already thinking about movin out at the end of my lease term. This property is probably the only one that does not have security at night and I would not recommend this place to anyone because you get robbed and assaulted in the property at night fall and walking over by the bridge of the bayou too. theres homeless addicts and drunks that robb you of your moneyb and if you put up a fight you get beaten to death...the police don't do nothing either....there just a s afraid.
