“A good experience with all aspects of apartment tour, apartment selection, application and move in. Staff very professional and helpful. Apartment was ready when promised and was spotless and looked brand new.”

“I may be a bit biased since I both live and work here, but I absolutely love it! The location is convenient, the amenities are excellent, and the apartments have modern upgrades. The residents are friendly, creating a welcoming community. It truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.”

“We’re new to the community, but we already feel very much at home. The staff is friendly and are always willing to help. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious.”

“Domain West has a great manager and I know that she’s doing her best , we had the 2 elevators not working at the same time, each floor only 1 handicap space in each end , in my end there is a handicap man so I can’t park close to the entrance,I have a bad adema and knee surgery that went wrong unfortunately I can’t park on the 5 or 6 floors because if the elevators are not working I can’t use the stairs.”

“The first day of move in the elevator was broken for hours. My apartment has zero cell service. I had to buy additional internet in order to make any sort of call from within my apartment (and my calls still get dropped).”

“Maintenance and the leasing team have had a great attitude and level of professionalism. Whenever there is something needed, they respond very fast and with good attitude, and were open to work with me as a resident.”

“The amenities at the apartment are only amenities if they are available and they work (the sand on the shuffleboard table - I requested it 4 times, never made available). the pool table - several of the sticks are broken. You can't use the ping pong or foosball outside unless you have your own balls/paddles. The coffee machine hasn't worked anytime I've tried to use it. The TVs/remotes aren't labeled and/or often aren't for the right TVs so you can't really use those either.”

“Domain West is an excellent apartment with great facilities, especially the Gym center and common room for birthday parties and other get together. There are always room for improvement anyways. Perhaps on the high rate side of the town”

“My overall experience living here has been very good. The staff really does a great job. The main issue is that some residents don't take care of things. For example, the pool table sticks are damaged. But in general, the team always tries to keep everything in great condition and very clean. Most of the mess and lack of respect comes from the people, not the community itself. As for the management and community staff, they’re excellent and always attentive.”

“The staff and amenities are fantastic. They try to keep the complex in great shape. The only issues is some of the residents do not care about the complex and the peace of others. Staff does their best to help out.”

“Excellent!!! I am very happy with the community I would like to continue living in here for a long time… I feel very safe, I don’t have any complaints about this community My kids love the apartments and the areas”

“The overall upkeep of this community is trash. There are tenants allowing there dogs to use the restroom in the parking garage and also in the hallways. There is no reason I should step in dog waste walking out of my apartment in the hallway. Since I have been living here the property value has down nothing but go down as the rent goes up. Pet waste everywhere, my car getting broken into, fire alarms waking my baby up blaring for 30+ minutes, I almost get into a wreck every morning because there seems to be no speed limit in the parking garage. I ask that you please do more to settle these community inconveniences because it’s honestly something daily at this point and it’s tiring.”

“Community perception can be improved with more activities that provide insights into how individuals within a community perceive and interpret their surroundings, including risks, conservation efforts, institutional activities, waste management practices, and climate change impacts, safety precautions, cleaning manners and mainly respect with other neighbors”

“Staff is very friendly, issues are always handled in a timely manner, building is always clean, maintenance is very efficient. I like the effort the leasing staff puts in coordinating community events. Overall everything is great no complaints”

“Some minor things is still need improve. For an ordinary resident, sometime a little things it will help a lot. Miss Kayla help a lot. Beside that, the other front desk officer staff keep changing within this few month.”

“Absolutely love living at Domain West Apartments! The facilities are top-notch, from the sparkling pool to the well-equipped gym. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. My apartment is modern, spacious, and perfect for entertaining guests. Plus, the location is unbeatable—close to great dining, shopping, and entertainment options. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent, the neighborhood is very good, I love having the park so close, it's very quiet. I like that they have done a lot of maintenance on the building and it looks renovated. The apartment space is ideal, and the facilities are too.”

“For the most part Domain West has proven to be a great place to live. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The comfort level of feeling secure is very important to me and Domain West gives me that comfort.”

“Great overall, I love the environment, the location is nice. I love how great it smells in the building when you first walk in and how it looks like a hotel. The amenities are great, only thing missing is a basketball court.”

“I recently moved in to Domain West, so far the experience has been wonderful, fast maintenance response, clean halls and common areas. Also I really enjoy walking with my dog and the surroundings are very nice for a good walk with your pet.”
