“The Staffs Ms. Liz and Ms. Alicia they’re both very kind, very friendly and attends to our needs. Maintenance people they’re also friendly. We traveled a lot from Mc Allen, Nacogdoches, Longview to Houston we rented 7 apts. but this is the only apt who returns our deposit. Thank you ?? GOD BLESS AMHERST”

If you call to report anything wrong with your apartment you either 1) have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for it to be fixed or 2) call again because nobody ever shows up to fix it. They'll raise your rent by at least $100 even w/o any updates to the complex or your unit. Oh and if you want a dog, don't try living here! Only renters who are related to management can keep their dogs. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere!”

About half of the washer and dryers in each room are broken down in one way or another. Yes, you get your money back from the laundry service if you get ripped off but who wants to play russian roulette with a laundry room when you have limited time and quarters. The leasing office won't do anything and the vendor never comes out to fix their machines. So long story short if you want to spend a lot of time driving down to the laundromat go for it.”

Would not recommend this apartments. They are always cutting off the water, and the worst thing is that they dont even give u a notice, u cant plan anything because they are not communicating with you. Only good thing is that they are spacious but why do i want spacious apartments with good pricing if they dont do what they really are suppose to do. Some people might be fine with that some might not. Ive lived here 2yrs already and im moving somewhere better where the place reflects the pricing.”

The managers thing they are the owners so they can do what they want. The owner and the managers are very unjust the they kick me out for a fight I had nothing to do with I even had a police report but that did not matter to the owner o so they though.”

The apartments were very, very spacious and in a nice area - however thats where the fairy tale ended. It took the maintenance people roughly 2-3 months for EACH and EVERY ONE of the few but urgent maintenance issues I reported during the year. The management changed 3 times during my stay and even though they seemed to be listening when you reported how long you had been waiting for the bathroom to be fixed, no action was usually taken. They saved the best for the last though. I provided the complex a 60 day move out notice 2 months before my lease expired and moved out as scheduled. I dropped off the through the drop box at night and called the next morning to confirm. About 2-3 months later I received a letter stating that I owed the complex $1800. Why? Because (they claimed) I never provided a move out notice and never returned the keys and when the management finally checked the 'deserted' apartment AFTER 45 days of no payment, they found it empty. SURPRISE! They messed up my credit and never returned my calls to the apartment owners/management. STAY AWAY & stay happy!”

For basic apartment needs the inside of the units are ok. The exterior of the complex tells you the age. Now the insulation is crap. Yes, there is a lot of parking lot traffic, yet these people do not bother anyone, and they are not loud. What I have found however in regards to the parking, is that these are family people and they are usually ALL home around 7pm and they are off to work by 8AM. The office staff is very nice, I get a lot of home delivery and they have no problems accepting my orders. All of the staff is very courteous, they speak coming and going. The maintenance crew cleans the parking lot everyday. The lawn is mowed on a regular basis, I believe it is every two weeks. I have had a few maintenance incidents, my dishwasher went out, it was repaired in a week, because they had to order one. The air conditioner does not cool as good as it should, and I called to report it one night at 11pm, and the maintenace staff was at my unit by 11:30pm. Only to find my neighbor had placed a blanet on the unit. Once, I tripped the breaker and I did not know where it was located, on a Sunday after 9pm the maintenance tech repaired the problem then knocked on the door to make sure I was ok. So, to sum things up, they are ugly outside and basically nice inside. With descent tenants. Oh, yes you do have to u-turn a lot, coming and going.”
— 10440 Westoffice Dr · Houston“This place is terrible!!!! Managment is too fat and lazy to ever get anything done!!! Everything is broken. We have holes in the floor and celling. They threaten to evict if you are 1week late!!! There are always illegal -------- drinking in the parking lot and leaving cans and bottles on YOUR vehicle. They let their kids run around everywhere. Parking SUCKS!!! Your vehicle WILL get hit or scratched and nothing will be done about it! DO NOT move here! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!”
— 10440 Westoffice Dr · Houston“We have been her about three years this March and I love it here. Management are wonderful and just like the first person said don't listen to these idiots. I will not move out of here until I find a house and that will be the only reason why. Pluse where can you find an apartment that's as big as mine almost 1900 sq feet and its a three bed room 2 bath come on now.”
— 10440 Westoffice Dr · Houston“Dont go by what these idiots say, I have lived here for over 19 years and not once have I had ANY problems. The management staff is excellent and family oriented. They care about their people and will do anything to keep us happy.

Me.”
— 10440 Westoffice Dr · Houston“First off, this place is loud, parking is terrible, The complex is unsafe for children, The buildings construction is too old, everything breaks or will break. the doors do not shut or do not lock.

This apartment is terrible. The only good thing is the location.

But even that sucks. You have to make u-turns to get anywhere. A run to the local grocery store is a chore.”
