“I was hoping to be able to leave pictures but it didn’t leave me an option…. I e lived here for over 2 years constantly complaining about things not working in my unit and they either just close out the maintenance request without doing anything or put cardboard over it with tape and say they will be back to fix it and then don’t, I have mold growing in my apartment and they just painted over it and it comes back I complain again and they paint it again. The leasing office is the WORST!!! They don’t care if you’re having issues they don’t call back they don’t communicate…. I’m trying to move and they won’t even take time to verify my rental…. This place is really the worst!!!! There Motto is out of sight out of mind”

“Look somewhere else. There is a female ------ that runs the place. Lots of illegal activity by the management, security and residents. Rapes, shootings, murders, theft, etc. They just sold the place again, like that is gonna help. The only solution is to light a match and make this place a memory! Do not be desperate. Do NOT move in this place.”

“My experience at huntington green apartment is that the people are kind and wonderful everyone help out for each other. The manager and supervisor are great people. I love my apartment and the complex.”

“I rented an apartment there for 2 years. It was the worst I mean the worst rental experience I had ever had in life and I've been on my own for the last 30 years. First the apartment was full of problems such as plumbing, shootings, heavy police presence regularly and the worst thing ever is the MICE infestation that was taken lightly. I killed at least 10 before pest control put sticky traps down. Maint requests ignored and half completed. The same issues that was supposed to be worked on half done which resulted in multiple call backs. Appliances had to be replaced a few times before it was right. The rent does not compliment the environment. The water bill was represented as a $6.00 dollar bill but no the water is divided between the units in the building and sewage, waste and trash raised the bill. So on top of a $60.00 something dollar water bill add $15.00 for sewage/trash and a fee for the pest control that didn't work. So you come to owing a $85.00 or more(u do the math) on top of rent every month. I hurried to move as soon as I could and good riddance. Beware and take a survey around there, the neighbors will let you know all about it.”

“Called Huntington at Stonefield now. Probably to try to shake off their horrible reputation. This nasty --- place is managed by Mosaic Residents which is known as the slumlord of Houston. This complex gets worse every day. They close the office all the time and when I call the main office some ------ cussed me out! Don’t move here!”

“Been living here less than a month & my apartment flooded twice already due to the AC leaking , my neighbors are friendly hoodlums lol , a lot of them walk around with Pit bulls& guns on their hip as soon as the office closes. Office staff try to take shortcuts with EVERYTHING especially LOU, she's a terrible lazy leasing agent . My car got towed the first night I moved in due to the face that someone else had the same parking # as myself .. which leaves me to park in 1 of the 4 future residents parking spaces on the other side of the complex ?? I would not suggest anyone move here unless it's a complete emergency, Its so ridiculous that I'm paying to break my lease smh.”

“I have been in these apartments since 2013, When Huntington Multifamily took over the new apartment staff is horrible. Nydia is very unorganized and she is not professional. I was suppose to move to a 2/2 but it was infested with roaches when i went to check the status of the apartment it was rented to someone else so I never moved or signed a new lease and I was never put on month to month. Now that I will be moving to a better apartment and a better area I go to pay my March rent and she's telling me I never paid for February and its $100 extra for March for month to Month. How in the heck will they allow me to be in a apartment for a entire month without paying??? Then when my lease verification was done she knew I was only due for March and that I would be moving at the end of March .They began calling me February 27 2016 about March rent and which car slots was assigned to me. Why am I being bothered or more like harrassed since they know I'm moving. They are out to get more money that is not owed to them. This was the worst apartment experience ever and I will not recommend them to anyone.”

“i lived here for 3 years had a wonderful stay until someone broke into my apartment. Yes very quiet place to live but only for temporary ONLY!”

“First day of move in I changed my mind!! Roach infestation is so bad its like a horror movie. Roach in every sing room multiple roaches roaming out of the cracks in walls. No one can live like that its gross and filthy. Do not feel safe there.”

“If you have children this isn't the place for you. There are no play grounds or a community center for your children to be children. There is a pool but it's often locked. There is a gym but it's only opened during business hours,so it's usually empty because people are usually at work during those business ours. Mr. Bert is very nice and they are very understanding if your pay day falls a little crazy, most of the staff is nice except Nora she isn't very friendly. There's also lots of stray cats that hang out here so you here crying all night, they also have a racoon problem.They keep the place clean but I think they should turn it into a senoir living property for lack of family friendly things.”

“Just had someone steal my property in daylight hours around noon while I went to run a quick errand the police says it's someone who lives in the complex and have been watching me......please do not move to this place.....there have been several robberies recently”

“Currently only been here for 1 month, 1 whole week after I moved in my ceiling leaked for a day because No one came to check the problem....only to find it was a leaking waterheater.... house was broken in twice in one week, the office staff is unprofessional, inconsiderate, & was not helpful at all. Still waiting after 3 days to have the broken window replaced. I have been renting for 10 years & this has been the absolutely worst experience in my life. I pray that leaving here is a smooth transition & I will be blessed to have a home I can be comfortable while resting my head.”

“I have been living here since mid Janurary, but before I moved there. I was undecided with the property as well as another. But even before I moved Helen, the leasing agent was very helpful. And between her and Bert, that always made it there business to take care of me. And normally it be like that in the begining just to get you to move in. But even after I moved, it was still the same way. I love living here, and when my lease is up I will be renewing. The property is always clean, I never have complaints, because what ever I need, its done. And not only that, its quiet, at night, due to everyone being in at a certain due to everyone having to get up and to work the next day. That was always a plus with me, when I leave out for work so is everyone else, when I coming in so are they. So everybody works over. Like I said, I love it, and Office staff keep up the amazing job.”

“This is the most horrible place on earth to live.....I would rather live under 45 freeway with bums....it's raggedy ------ and the office is always extorting money from you....even to unclog ur drain unstop a toilet fix anything!”

“Stayed here for a year to get good rental history but boy was that a huge mistake. I work hard and long hours to make life as good as possible for my daughter and I only to have some scum from these apartments to break in thru my child's window and steal from us. Luckily we weren't home which the robber knew because they were watching me at 4am leaving for work smh. No telling who else was in there the door was open because management said they couldnt close it THANKS DUMBA$$E$ most dumb rule ever real didn't even call the cops for me had to wait til my late shift was over to do it myself. Besides that all the bugs in the book I have had to search for and kill every night in my BED roaches spiders grasshoppers ect. Creepy ones I have know idea what the name. Loud music from neighbors people talking and smoking outside your window in the middle of the night guess I didn't need sleep. Just dont come here unless you like the problems.”

“I moved here and I regretted it at first because the room smelled from the last tenants, and there were blemishes in the apt that looked a little pitiful. But, all in all, you pay for what you get here. Crime was there was one incident where somebody got chased by police in the apt for something stupid....no shot were fired. There's animals that stroll the property....even deer in the adjoining bush area...but noting to dangerous; it's negligible. Things broke and they fixed it mostly, and for the most part everything worked fine. The price is excellent, but the amenities aren't that great...but that's what you paid for. The laundromat isn't dirty OR clean....BUT there is a great laundromat off property not far from there on 1960 that i'd advise you go to. There were bugs but I could have tried the exterminators more PLUS i could have cleaned more often....no biggie to me personally. It was quiet. I felt safe. People kept to themselves. Hell, I've even went to sleep in my car a few times! Staff are great people! I can't stress that enough. Burt took care of me and everybody were all the time nice. I didn't like that they didn't work with me on when my rent was due, but hey, that's their policy so i can't complain. If this was a nicer piece of real estate they'd really be rated a lot higher, but given the quality of property and area they're in you won't get the best stay of your life. But i couldn't tell someone to completely avoid this place. There's a lot better out there, but they're still good.”

“I currently live here and I cant wait until my lease is up! The manager Nora is due for a good --- kicking as soon as my lease is up, that ----- talk a lot of ----!! They let anyone move into the raggedy apartments. Takes forever to fix stuff, a maintenance man broke my knobs on the sink and they have not fixed it yet, its been 5 months already!! Run far away from these apartments!!”

“I lived in this apartment complex from November 2007 to March 2009!! In the beginning the apartment complex had some noise and for me personally I never felt safe outside. Anyways to make a long story short I had my mom come stay with my for a little while. In Feb. of 2009 while I had left her there alone for a couple days to help a family member move I am awakened to a voicemail where she said she had been driving around all night long because she was afraid to stay there anymore.. She had heard some noise by the window and went to open the door and she was bumrushed by some thugs who help a pump to her head... They came in held the gun to her head while the other one started taking all types of my belongings... A police report was filed and nothing was ever done about it.. Come to find out there were other breakins before and after... This place is unsafe to live in... We almost had a gang fight int he parking lot one day where it seemed like they were getting ready for a gun fight... The gate was always broken and they even rented out apartments to drug dealers.. I will never more back here!! I am glad I broke that lease and that is money that they will never see..”

“I have lived here 2 years. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance always does a good job and are friendly. They respect my home when they come in. I love how clean they kept the outside.”

“Well I moved in April of 2011 and I moved out July of 2011. You go figure what happened. While trying to make a living at work someone broke into my apartment during the daytime.Management sucks there is one person who will work with you. Parking is horrible. Maintenance comes in your apartment without a notice. 3 different service requested have been completed on my apartment that I never put in. Crazy thing is a few days before my apartment got broken into someone else's apartment got broken into. If you choose to stay there you need to get Full Coverage Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance and dont move your stuff in the middle of the day, you have to sneak your stuff in the apartment cause when you leave someone will try and take it. I would not recommend anyone to stay in these apartments. They will still hold you liable. That 10:00pm curfew is a joke. Gate is always broken and there are roaches there. There are no cameras onsite, they have a security guard that rides around but what is the point. Lady told me she cant guarantee her residents safety!! What type of stuff is that. Since they cant guarantee it, they dont care.”

“4-5-11 and 5-3-11 my apt.was broken into.the front door did not get repaired until the next day both times.upon my move in the office would alert you( lucy.)of such incidents.new management try to keep a lid on crime.repair work sucks.not a good place to live”

“I just walked through these apartments and thought they were great. Outside shoes that they are older than many of the complexes around them. The lady in the front office Shawnette, was so helpful even though I didn't come in until 30 minutes before the office closed. Please give advise while I'm still looking.”

“This place is horrible, the management now is out for two things money and revenge. The gate is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS broken and cars are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS stolen from these apartments. It does not help that these apartments are located near TWO large clubs and the GUNSPOINT area. The town home roofs leak every time it rains. We have lived in these apartments twice now and will never come back. The first time living in this apt. complex was not that bad of a deal although I had to exercise my Texas Tenant Rights very vigorously. I even had to hire a lawyer, then something got done. The only reason why we HAD TO come back is because my husband had a broken lease while in his prior marriage. Now he has a new wife that pays the bills. I would NOT RECOMMEND these apartments unless you want to be constantly violated by management, the community, and unsafe living conditions. I have a small balance that management has served a notice for 36.00 and the noticed was served today which is a day after their demand for payment, who does that? I will tell you who, Huntington at Stonefield. For every tenant that lives in these apartments I almost want to knock on all doors and make sure they are aware of their rights as tenants. This complex is in need of major changes. If they would like to advertise that this complex is so nice, which is a lie, then we should let all prospects aware of their lies. I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER, EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“i just recently moved here from out of state and really like it. I put in a service request for my fridge and they came right away to fix it. The Ladies in the office were very helpful and the townhouse i live in is like a little house! I would defenitly recommend it for the price:)”

“My apartment was broken into 3 times withen a 4 month period i finnaly saved money to get out and the manager (lucy) said it would not be a broken lease due to the fact it was a unsafe habitat. Now im trying to get another apartment these MF's are saying it was a broken lease and i owe 2500.00.. I do not and will not recomend these apartments to anyone. Not even my enemies.... There managment are a bunch of rudes snotty bit*ches.... I will continue to let everyone know about these ------ apartments untill they fix what they gave me their word on......”
