“I have lived at this apartment for 8 years. In the beginning it was nice, however, after several management changes the apartment changed. My car has been broken into several times and stolen twice. I do like the apartments, I just wish their cameras were functional during that time. All in all is it a perfect apartment, no, but is it nice and have a good location, yes. The front office staff and maintenance are pretty cool too.”

“Overall nice place spacious the only thing is we've had a little theft and people not understanding DO NOT PARK IN RESERVE PARKING. Living here for 2 years we haven't had any issues honestly . I like it here”

“I really Enjoy Living here at Trails @ City Park. I Staff is Super Friendly and Helpful. The Grounds are Well Kept, for the most part it's kind of quiet. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt when responding to calls.”

“I've been quite satisfied living here. My main reason for living here is because of the location. It's convenient location allow me to have access to the freeway 288. It's also very close to pearland, the medical center and access to Hobby Airport. The area has been clean and well manicure lawn, and landscaping has kept the property attractive throughout the years, that I've lived here. I'd only like to see additions like more covered parking to accommodate all tenants who want weather protection for their vehicles. Also, their are many activities geared toward adults . We are a family community, I assume. Therefore, I'd like to see the central area, that I feel is dormant, wasted land, use as a fenced in concreate area playground. . I am frequently visited by my grandchildren. I'm on the second floor and you can imagine that it causes them to play inside with lots of movement. I'm very overwhelmed most times, because of having to insist that they sit still and walk softly. It's bothersome for me being a senior of 73 years old. The playground and water splash outlets would be an awesome addition to the property. Tenant: Earline # 724”

“Trails at City Park is a wonderful community to live in. I moved in Oct 2022 and the staff has been nothing but great and attentive to any situation. They take pride in their property and ensure that it is well kept and aesthetically pleasing to a resident when they come home. Maintenance is taken care of within 24 hours. The amenities they offer is just the icing on the cake. Community is very quiet and friendly as well. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at Trails at City Park! I love it here!”

“By far the best apartments I’ve lived in. I was living at another apartment close by but it was not as modern as here. The office staff is very nice. The manager Angelica is always ready to answer any questions. They always have a food truck or something going on every week. Overall it’s been cool. Anthony and Travonta are great too!”

“I do not recommend to move here.. cars are broken into often and the staff in the leasing office are rude.. the roaches are bad and the gate is always broke and we have no security. Definitely moving soon. Dont make my mistake of living here.”

“The staff at Trails @ City Park are great very friendly and helpful. The apartments are maintained vey well excellent maintenance man Francisco knowledgeable about what he does. Can’t say enough about the office staff very welcoming upbeat, always looking for ways to make thing easier for there renters. Great job!!??”

“Great front office and maintenance team. The area is close to downtown and pearland which is a plus. The apartments are spacious and the rent is not too expensive. It is pretty quiet in the evenings for the most part.”

“The apartment I'm currently living in, is truly spacious, high ceilings, large bathroom that has a large soaking tub. Washer and dryer connections, and rentals available if you don't have your own washer/dryer. Great, front office customer service. Great location.”

“By far the best apartment I have ever stayed! The Staff in the office are always pleasant and attentive to your needs! They even give you a house warming gift when you move in and also put a gift on the door with a card sign by the staff for my son birthday! The apartments are clean! The pictures are really what they appear to be! The residents here are quiet and Maintenence keeps the apartment tidy! The whole crew is awesome but Tj is awesome ??I ! He made me feel so comfortable not knowing I was moving from out out of town and all my other apartment searches were a horrible experience! me walking in here he just made me feel like this was the best home for my kids! We even have different events and socials here! I recommend anyone to stay here! God bless all the staff who makes our experience a great one!”

“The best apartment tour I ever had! Me and my husband was so impressed we filled our application out right after the tour. We were displaced due to the storm and the whole staff was pleasant and made our transition easier. We also received a welcome gift ?? Any issue you may have the front office responses in a timely manner to address the issue. Communication is excellent. Easy to use mobile app for paying your rent, community discussion, request of services, and messaging the staff.I also love the monthly events the apartments does for the residents. The staff does a great job with keeping the community clean and landscaping.”

“Been spending time in this complex and have not really had much reason to complain. The apartments themselves look well kept and roomy. There's a cozy feel to the complex and surrounding community. Located minutes from several highways and beltway 8, the complex features a pool, central mailbox area, and ample parking for its residents and visitors. Then why the two stars? Mainly because I have a lot of concerns with the security of this complex. While visiting friends, all four of my car tires were stolen from my car. I found my car sitting on bricks. There was also a lot of broken glass around the parking lot, not from my vehicle, so naturally I assume that they broke into and/or stole someone else's car. Looking around I saw a video camera facing the general area where my car was parked and, from my vantage point, figured it captured everything that happened. I asked for assistance from the leasing office with identifying the thieves to which the complex responded with "the camera didn't capture the incident." Huh? How did it not capture the incident when it's pointed in the direction of the lot? Is it not on? Does it not work? I figured since two cars were affected in the incident that there'd be some sort of notice to the community keeping them apprised of the situation, advising them to be in the lookout, and to be careful.... But there's been nothing. Lastly, after the incident occurred, we noticed that the entrance and exit gates were wide open. Additionally, a few days later, upon entering the complex, there were four cars parked up by the leasing office waiting for someone to open the gate. Once opened, all of the cars sped into the complex. There are also gaps in the fencing/walls surrounding the perimeter of the complex where anyone can walk off the street and into the compound. Basically, and in other words, anyone can get into this gated community through various means whether or not they live here. While these apartments might be nice and affordable, and prior to my situation, I'd even describe it as cozy and safe, I urge you to cover your bases and consider the security aspects of the complex before making the decision to move here.”

“I just moved into a one bedroom and I love it. My apartment had a lot of space and a big kitchen. I would recommend. Staff is very nice. The maintenance men are friendly and handled any requests quickly.”

“I've been here three years and never had to deal with what I'm dealing with now, they change property managers every 6 months, they're inconsiderate, they don't care about they're residents. They lie, tell you one thing then when you bring it to they're attention they swear it's something different. I'm glad my lease is almost up so I can't get the ---- from these overpriced --- apartments”

“I love this community because it is very quiet, clean and is lovely on the outside and inside! The front office is very professional & very generous. The outside property look clean all the time, there is never any trash and parking lot or anywhere on property!”
